There’s just not enough time in the day to do everything I want to do. I’m working, may be going back to school next semester (…and I think I have no time now), making sackdolls, and having absolutely no time to play games.

Speaking of games if anyone runs into my account on HoN that would be the BF smurfing on it. You can tell because he has WAY better K:D than I ever do.

Anywho, I’m hoping on getting a beta key for DotA2 and sharing my experiences with you all here. If you are really interested in what I’m up to you can check out my other site ArtisticGaming.com and check out the sackdolls/sackboys that I do of various games. It’s updated every week unlike this site, my poor baby. I would love to promise you that I will update more often, but then you’ll smack me for lying. =/

Pandamonium Plushie… or My Sackdoll, Which do you prefer?

Ok… so I got a little.. catty. I saw the S2 plushie for Pandamonium and thought “god that’s ugly.” It was mostly the mouth that did it, not to mention the stick, but I thought I could make a cuter plush. Hey guys, I started up on a new project called Artistic Gaming. Basically it involves everything artistic that were influenced by video games. I’m So Sick of the “You Only Paid $30, Be Grateful” Arguement…

Whenever the HoN servers go down, a glitch/bug happens, when matches don’t record, or when HoN completely screws over already paid customers with shiny new “Gold” items and someone complains… the fanboys come out. The fanboys come out and say “Guys, we only paid $30 for this game, we should be grateful for what we get. We’ve gotten more content than most for $30. We’re overpaying!” And I want to smack them. It may come as a shocker to all of you, but I did not set the price for HoN. S2 decided $30 was a fair price for keeping servers up, keeping the game updated, giving out content weekly (or really whenever they feel like it). I did not go to S2 and tell them that I will pay $30, give me what they feel like giving me for that price.

S2 set the price. S2 believes $30 is appropriate for servers being up, for them to update the game. That was S2. I recall back in open BETA people constantly asking about how much HoN would cost. “Are you sure it’s just going to be $30?” “We won’t have to pay a monthly fee?” S2 always answered $30 is all they want, and need to maintain servers and patches. So why should I be grateful again? Why should I be happy that I only paid $30 for servers and matches going down?

Don’t tell me I should be grateful for paying a price for a game that was deemed fair by the creators and not receive what was actually promised for the price.

Side note: I haven’t played HoN in … awhile. I do still however watch my favorite streamer Pwn’. So I don’t really care that servers are down, I’m just sick and tired of hearing this damn argument.

Well? Were you? Were you tempted by the crazy, tattoo covered, Jack? Or the skin-tight outfit, perfect human Miranda? Did you cheat on Liara or Ashley? You whore..

Mass Effect 1 I slept with Kaidan, and for whatever reason I remained faithful to him in Mass Effect 2. Well, there is a reason I heard that if you cheat on your original love that there are consequences. As with everything you did in Mass Effect 1 and 2 there will be consequences. So while all of you guys were banging Jack, Miranda …. really ANYONE on the crew I was in my quarters banging my fist on my desk as I stared at the picture of Kaidan. Pretty lulzy.

I’ve decided that since I went through as a good girl that I was next gonna go through as the biggest asshole male God ever made. I was going to hit people, outright kill people in cold blood and just choose the dick move option every time. So now I just gotta decide on who I’m going to cheat on Ashley with… crazy Jack, or the perfect Miranda.

A co-worker of mine asked me if I’ve heard of Dead Space. Conversation went like this:

CW – “Heard of Dead Space?”
ME – “Ya, I didn’t play it though. Jon has and I’ve watched him sometimes.”
CW – “Oh, cool. Ya it was a good game.”
ME – “You gonna play Dead Space 2 then?”
CW – “No! Fuck that game! I fucking hate scary games!”
ME – “o_O …ohhhhK.”

Apparently Dead Space scarred him for life and he refuses to play the second installment. …wimp. I’ve only played a few Resident Evil games when I was younger, back on the N64, and I don’t enjoy playing scary games. Not too much because I’m afraid, but for the same reason I don’t like platform games. It’s just not something I like. Anyway, this conversation reminded me of when my favorite HoN streamer, Pwn, had his friend Tony play Amnesia The Dark Descent, which is said to be one of the scariest games out there. I’ve got a few hilarious clips below. Enjoy hearing Pwn’s laughter in the background.

I barely played this game. Saw the creature for the first time (he didn’t see me) and I followed him to see where he was going, ducking and hiding… Realized I couldn’t play the game the way it was meant to be played and stopped.

S2 Doesn’t Want Fansites.

Not really. I’m sure they want many many fan sites. But what would these fan sites give to people if S2 already has it covered? They just implemented guides in game, which is awesome for us as players, but not for us as fan-site..ers..ss.. After all, what new information could we possible give you that S2 doesn’t release and show on their site, forums, or in game? Nothing. So, bye bye guides. Bye, bye patch notes. Bye, bye, HoN onry content.

We should be really happy about this as players though. We’ll get updated guides from the people that created the game themselves. And I mean, who better to give us guides than them …right?

This is just a quick post to say that this site will be turned into just my personal blog as a gamer. Topics will cover whatever game I’m playing or interested in at the moment. HoN will be one of those I’m sure, at least.. until Dota2.
