I'm back (once again... I know). After 2011's last week craziness it's time to get back to work.

The season just started and Paris is once again full of models trying to book some shows, including me. Had 5 castings today and got a shooting tomorrow morning before the castings so things seem to be going pretty smooth.

Now it's time for some workout and then rest.

This is the reason why I didn't blog for the past few days. Well, it's the main reason since it's all I've been doing when in front of my laptop, can't control it... I watch an episode after the other, it's extremely addictive. When not watching Breaking Bad I've been partying hard, I mean it. I've had the best nights of my life with my best friends, the Crew. You'll soon understand what I'm talking about for the ones that don't know it already. I wish everyone could have as good friends as I do.

Last Saturday I had some shows in Porto for Portugal Fashion and one of the shows had this make-up. Kinda cool once I've started watching The Walking Dead Tv Show 1 week ago and it reminded me of it.

So the weekend was great, the shows, the party and the people.

Time to come back home and play some volleyball, think about the next trip and have fun with my friends.

Today my mom is turning 58 so we're having a nice family dinner. It smells very good since 5pm, can't wait...

So much has changed but nothing changed.

I had the craziest trip of my life. CHINA!

I didn't blog while I was there, how stupid can that be? So many weird things going on over there, enough to write a book about it, make it two books. I'm probably never going back there after being there for 3 months but that doesn't mean I regret doing it. I met great people though, friends for life.

Also modeling never been so good for me ( I don't mean China obviously).

Anyway, I missed blogging and hey... here I am, I'm back!

I've been 3 months away from blogging. So very fast this is what happen in those 3 months: I was 1 month working in Athens, Greece and I was 2 months resting at my parents house. Fast and simple. In those 2 months I was having fun with my friends and hitting the gym hard.

So, I'm starting 2011 in Paris. This weeks got the castings for the Fashion Week and next week the castings will be in Milan.

Well, what can I say about my friends... they couldn't be weirder. Sometimes we're just bored, and we can go from the simple coffee and darts game to go and watch an horror movie in the middle of the forest, yes by night.

Last week we just decided to go camping, out from the blue. Did we go to a campsite? NO! We had to go to the middle of nowhere. The chosen place was a river beach. A small beach with a small cozy river surrounded by pine-wood. Under a magnificent moon light we set up the tent and we stood there for the whole night and morning.

Lights, music, booze, snacks, marshmallows, etc. nothing was left behind. The river kept our beers fresh and the small fire kept us warm. No words or pictures could ever describe how awesome that night was.

No wild life was harmed :)

I'm back in Portugal, once again Madrid was just incredible. On one hand the shows were not that good but on the other hand the party was amazing. As soon as I can I'll post the pictures from the show.

It's time to get back on exercising and eating healthy again, couldn't be happier with the jumping rope and the resistance band.

Good morning!

It's 5am and I'm getting ready to go to the airport.

Last Sunday I had my birthday, just turned 21. The night before my friends did a surprise party to me and it was really nice to feel how strong our friendship is. Love them! In the morning of the 12th, Malin woke me up with pancakes, super cute pankcakes, I dont have any pictures right now but I'll upload them later.

So it's time to go to Madrid now for the fashion week.
Once again going to Spain, once again lots of fun, I bet.

Changing Habits

For the last few weeks I've been changing a lot my habits. I've decided to change my way to eat and to workout more often.

Basically I'm eating every 2,5h-3h, something I didn't use to, I used to have breakfast (not everyday), lunch and dinner, sometimes some snacks, cookies or sweets between those two meals.

Now I'm having a huge breakfast every morning, fibers cereals, almonds and hazel nuts with milk, a couple of eggs and whatever I feel like. Then a small meal before lunch, lunch, a couple of small meals before dinner and then dinner, later on maybe another small meal so I won't go for bed starving.

Ok I'm eating more, but that's not all, I'm eating more quantity but also more healthy, I decided to say no to sugar and salt. It actually feels good. Vegetables are also in the list of things I didn't use to eat but now they're part of it.

Last but not the least, the workout. Now I'm working out everyday. I bought a skipping rope and a resistance band. They are both great workout tools, especially when I'm travelling so much

The summer is almost over, so are the nice beach times. Last Sunday was just awesome, great weather and the sea very good as well, me Malin and my friends were there until 8 pm, until there was almost no sun.

That girl asked us if she could have a picture with us, good that Malin had her camera ready to snap that moment, I got so silly friends eheh

Ok so I'm in Portugal right now and I'm able to blog a bit more. Once again Valencia was just awesome, no need to describe, I just can't.

I moved out from Lisbon, I'm modelling full time now so being in Lisbon it's just a big waist of time. It's not easy but I just made a decision, I'm also moving out from Portugal. I'm sick of this country, I've seen enough from other places to feel like I don't belong here.

Next stop will be Greece, not to live there for a long period of time, just to make my book better. Even though Greek's situation is not as healthy as I would like to, the point is not the money, just getting more and better material for my book. So this was the first big change, I got some more that I will write more about it tomorrow.

Today I went to Lisbon for the Lisbon Fashion Week casting and tomorrow I'll be back there for a showroom for José António Tenente.

At the moment I'm in Valencia doing the Valencia Fashion Week again, this time the Spring/Summer season. Feels good to be back and meet the city and the people again.

The girls already had shows yesterday and today, for the boys only fittings today and then the shows tomorrow.

Done with Milan

So after an eternity without blogging, once again, here I am again and this time done with Milan. I've been 2 weeks in Portugal and now I'm in vacations in Sweden with Malin. But before posting about Sweden I'll finish the subject "Milan."

After the Louis Vuitton job I had a catalogue for Pirelli for 3 days, very soft job with very nice people.

Done with Pirelli and after some free days I did 5 days of showroom for Dolce&Gabbana before going home.

So later on I'll update some more pictures from Milan from some good moments with friends and this next days I'll blog about Sweden.

Houston, we have a problem

I can say I'm really unlucky with the public transportation every time I'm abroad. Technical problems, people committing suicide at the metro, motorcycles being hit by cars, strikes, whatever. But the worst thing it's the timing, this always happens when I'm on my way to important castings or jobs.

This picture was from one of those times in Milan where I got stuck in the traffic because of an accident, a car hitting a motorcycle. I'm not blaming or complaining, just wondering about it.

Still in Milan, almost for a month now. The heat is horrible, it's really hot and I'm always getting to the castings so sweaty, seems like I just took a shower and dressed up.

Paris was awesome, seriously. The city is beautiful, the work was awesome and I got lots of pictures.

Now back in Milan for the castings and some jobs hopefully, at the moment I'm doing some few days of show room for Alexander McQueen.

Seems like I almost forgot that I actually have a blog. Well well...

I'm in Milan since the 10 of June. Lots of castings everyday in a crazy heat. This last Monday I had a job for Trussardi jeans, a presentation. I was here to do the castings for the fashion week and hopefully do the fashion week but seems like I'm not gonna be in Milan for the fashion week, I got a job for Louis Vuitton and I'm going to Paris tomorrow to work for them one week and in the end do their show in the Paris fashion week, pretty funny how things "change" like this.

I'm living in an apartment with 3 Spanish guys, quite funny moments. So that's it, nothing else to tell, I've got some pictures from jobs coming out soon I think.

If I'm to lazy too blog? Yes I am, and i apologize for that. So lets catch up with the past. My life is going great, quiting university turned out to be as good as I thought, finally I got the free time to be just a model and enjoy the good things that modeling brings to me.

Just arrived from Amsterdam where I did a catalog with Malin and two other models, had a great time there. An awesome team in a beautiful place. After Amsterdam I flew to Valencia where I did a catalog for Disney, yes Disney...and pajamas eheh. At night in the same day I had an event from Tendencias magazine where they were giving fashion prizes, for models, photographers, designers, make up and hair styling, etc. By the end of the night I couldn't be happier knowing that I was awarded with the Best Male Model Prize. That's the second prize I win this year for Best Male Model. Rock in Rio shows are about to start and I'm gonna be there at the Fashion tent doing some runway shows, after that I get to be there for free watching the music concerts and the gigs at the Electronic tent, could it be better?

Almost 2 years after last time, I'm going back to Milan, older on the inside and outside, hope it goes better this time.

As I use to, I'm gonna promise to blog more often... Lets see for how long I can keep this promise.

If you are reading this from the beginning I'm sorry if I got you made you bored. I got a new camera, Canon EOS 1000D so I guess from now on I'll have more and better pictures.

Another trip to Spain that was amazing. Did some more shows, had lots of fun and both me and Malin got a catalog job for a Spanish brand and we are gonna shoot for a couple of days in Amsterdam, so that's awesome. Don't have the pictures yet but as soon as I got them I'll blog about it.
