I didn’t end up getting it though since I needed my Foreigner Registration Card (I thought the form that says that the card is being processed was good enough)…  but the shop lady was kind enough to fill in all the necessary documents and since the card will be ready tomorrow, I can just go and pick up the keitai tomorrow~

The plan is so cheap too! Only around ￥1000/mth!  And the phone itself is free if I register to 3 monthly services (decomail, mobile game, etc) but you can cut it off after 1 month~ I was so surprised at how cheap it is~~ 

As for the model, it is a Fujitsu F001 in Honey Gold 

Isn’t it adorable?  I fell in love with it when I saw it~ hehe

I also liked some of the smart phones they had in store but since it costs way too much per month I decided to go against it~ (save the money for something else ね！) The camera seems quite decent too (13 mega pixels with art filers, etc) so I hope to use it as a camera replacement while I save up~~

Can’t wait to pick it up tomorrow~~ But I have the school health check (健康診断) in the afternoon so I have to wait a bit longer!

I had my camera checked and it will cost the same as the initial cost for the camera (around ￥40,000)  to repair it , so I’m saving up until I can buy a new camera~ Maybe another micro 4/3 since it suits me the best and I can still use my GF-1 lens! 

As for the model, I think I might give Olympus a try.. Maybe an E-PL2? I found them quite cheap second hand and I’ve seen great results from Jenny and on flickr so I’m saving up for that! 

On a side note, I am planning to re-open my shopping service! The rules will be almost the same except there won’t be any extra train fee since I live in Sendai~

I’m in my second week at school and second week at my apartment in Sendai!

Right now I have a lot to write about but don’t know what to write…

Plus my camera is doing the whole overexposed business again..  The teachers at school told me to get it checked at ヨドバシカメラ but I haven’t got around to it. Maybe it’s time to buy a new camera~~

Living and studying in Sendai is lots of fun so far! I am sharing my apartment with a Vietnamese girl from the 専門学校 above my school and she’s really nice, but hardly home since she works pretty much everyday. So sometimes I spend time with an Indonesian guy from school or go out exploring by myself hehe~ 

It’s supposed to be spring right now but it’s still cold over in Sendai so the 桜 hasn’t bloomed yet, but 先生 said it’ll bloom this week and the whole school will go to a local park for 花見 sometime this week!

楽しみに！～

Just a quick blog~

I’ve been busy sorting things out for my move for the past month or so so I haven’t been blogging…

But!

I’m flying out today in 5 hours or so~ I’ll be arriving tomorrow morning in Tokyo and tomorrow afternoon in Sendai~~

So look forward for proper posts on my life in Japan!

I’m slowly collecting the items!

Paul & Joe Cat Collection Eyeshadow

I got it in Siamese Please since 1. my current brown eyeshadow is getting old, and 2.  I only really wear brown eyeshadows.. Sadly, this colour is now sold out on ASOS…

I’m gonna save it for Japan so I haven’t tried it out yet~ It smells really nice though!

Another item I got from Paul & Joe recently is their Eye Treatment Duo.

I’ve run out of my Clinique All About Eyes eye cream and this one is cheaper and you get two products – a gel for day and cream for night! Win!

It comes with a teeny spoon too! 

I’m saving this for Japan too but I had a sniff of the cream and it smells divine! 

I’m looking forward to using both items when the time comes~

Speaking of which!

I got my Certificate of Eligibility today! 

This means that now I can finally get my Visa and study in Japan!!

I bought this watch the first time I was in Sendai (September-October 2010) and it turned out to be a dud.  I had thrown away the receipt so I couldn’t return it.. I tried to get the batteries replaced but the repairman told me that the watch isn’t running because of the batteries but because the actual movement is broken.

It wasn’t an expensive watch, I bought it in a sale for around ￥700.

I kept it just in case I can repair it for cheap in Indonesia. However, I completely forgot about it and Phil gave me a watch last Christmas  so now I longer have the need for it~

So anyway I felt it is a waste to throw away a brand new watch so I decided to give it away to anyone who is interested. I will cover the shipping anywhere in the world.

May I remind you again that this watch does not work and will need to be repaired.

It is a very cute watch~ I bought it from a Mori girl style shop called The Emporium!

I ordered a copy of Arabesque Zine after it was recommended to me by Rhiannon~

It’s such a pretty pretty zine~ 

The order actually came late and after I sent a worried email to the editor, she sent me free postcards and a zine as a gift to apologize for the lateness~ 

Free card and zine~

The zine is beautifully made and has lots of pretty illustrations and photography.

There’s an article that I really like, which is “A Beginner’s Introduction to Perfume”.

There are also comics and illustrated fairy tales in the zine!

All an all, it was a very enjoyable read and I do recommend this zine! 

On a random side note, yesterday night I made my very first attempt at cutting my own hair!!! 

My hair is in need of a trim and so I followed this video’s instruction and went snip snip!

I cut a whole 3 cm off my hair!! 

The result is not too bad right?

Oh and my sales post is finally up and running again!

I am selling my clothes and accessories to save up for Japan. I have a few more things to get before Japan too so some funds will be good.

I received a sheet of Black Charcoal Chin Pack by Etude House from Yi Lin for Christmas and decided to try them today since all these chin acne started popping up.

The back of the packaging says:

Formulated with black charcoal additive to remove oil and pore deep sebum. Patch tightening pores and contains Aloe Vera to improve chin complexion.

The product contains 0.1% charcoal powder as an active ingredient.

I had no idea what it is until I opened the packaging. 

The sheet itself looks and feels like one of those nose pore strips but just shaped to fit on your chin. It fits pretty well on my face except it does crease a little. It has a soft powdery smell.

After removing it I realised that it is just like a nose pore strip. It removed the sebum from under my bottom lip pretty well!  However, I don’t think that it is a good idea to use it when you have acne because it may irritate them (although it didn’t effect mine – luckily!).

I do like the product since I get quite a lot of excess sebum under my bottom lip (yuck! ) and this product had helped remove them~ I’d like to get more to see how it is in the long term!
