Visited the tiny Statue of Liberty, walked thru Wall Street, ate pizza at a little Italian restaurant in Wall Street (don't remeber the name), fell in love with Thor, delighted myself with hazelnut macarons and got rescued by Spiderman in broadway.

Hello, I'm sorry to say that this will be the last time I post here. I'm moving on to something different but before I go I feel that I should post the New York pics that I promise a long time ago. So here we go.

Day 1: It was too cold and I wasn't prepared,we went to the Central Park Zoo.We got lost at Central park, watch some folks play music, when we finally scape that labyrinth we visited the amazing Museum of Natural History. And we ate some delicious burgers at Shake Shack.

It has been very hot here, hot enough for me to wear shorts and tank tops everyday, so I got my most "sophisticated" shorts and tank to create this look. I wanted to update my blog so I wore something more realistic based on the weather here.

I recently finished ready one of the best books I have ever read, Dr. Bird's Advice for Sad Poets. I feel in love with the book once I started reading it, reasons why I finish it so quickly. It was a very deep and lovely book. Sad at times and a bit funny at others. I'm looking for a new book to read something light, funny or adventurous. So any recomendations are very welcome =)

Hai! Last week I went shopping with my mom and decided to wear something appropriate for the weather, a flowy tribal skirt and a lightweight blouse. I've been very very lazy with my outfit post, got tons of ootd waiting to be posted. But since the summer started all I have wanted to do is wear my pajamas while watching my favorite tv shows in my bed full of candy and potato chips or to be at the beach and eat hamburgers while reading Dr. Bird's Advice for Sad Poets. All that and nothing else. And talking about books, just finished reading The Fridgularity which started as very original and funny book but got tedious and it almost took me the whole summer to try to finish it. And by that I leave you with my favorite quote of the book:

"To live for the hope of something isn't really living at all"

It's my birthday and I cry if I want to. And while I didn't filled my face with tears, I filled them with delicious barbecue sauce and ribs from Famous Dave's. Everything happened last Sunday were I celebrated my birthday at the same time as father's day. And while I may be getting too old for presents (~~sobbing~~) my mom still gets me the best ones ever: The Fridgularity and Dr. Birds's Advace for Sad Poets. Perfect timing since I finished reading the Uglies trilogy (1st book amazing, 2nd good, 3rd eh). I started reading The Fridgularity which makes me laugh in every page. And I got for myself this pretty H&M dress from New York. The moment an H&M store opens here in Puerto Rico that would make my heart very happy.

Last year,

I got a new job, finally decided to study something that I love,

I wore this outfit last Sunday for church, later on I went to Chuck E Cheese's for a family birthday party. Where a kid and ~~an adult~~ can be a kid. And for that, I wore my new favorite floral pants. They are super comfortable and very form fitting, which I really like. I also wore this lightweight cream blouse, rocking my new man repeller skills by buttoning it up to the top. As you can see Puchungo was photo bombing in almost every photo. I don't know why but he was in a very cheerful mood and wanted to be my my side during the whole ~~unprofessional~~ photo section.

Recently I finished reading this amazing book and I never thought I would learn that much about myself with just 288 pages. The reading flowed easily and the characters where easy to relate to. I encourage you all to read it too.

Now to the outfit, I was so happy when I received my claw bracelet that I didn't waited much to make an outfit including it. I found this beautiful spot full of amapolas, while taking the photos and it was perfect for my summer to fall colored outfit. Hope you guys loved the photos.
