For Type Test/ Data Entry Skill Test

Staff Selection Commission conducted the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) level Examination, 2011 on 4th & 11th December, 2011 for recruitment to the post of Data Entry Operators and Lower Division Clerks at various centres all over the country. A total of 12,16,422 candidates appeared in the said examination.

2. Following is the lists of 20168 candidates qualified provisionally for typing test for LDC and 10639 candidates for skill test for DEO in the written part of the examination and are thus eligible to be called for Type Test/ Data Entry Tests subject to their fulfilling all eligibility conditions.

Demolition of houses and atrocities of state government against the innocent people

Violation Fundament Rights of People living over 50,000 houses fall within the restricted zone near the IAF depot, Gurgaon
This is what we can say that state acting like autocratic form of government. It is facts that more than two lakh people are living in colonies and Huda Sector near IAF Ammunition depot Gurgaon. These houses are not new or newly constructed. In these colonies some houses are there which had been built before Huda Sector near the IAF Depot. Most of the people who are living in these colonies are belonging to middle class who have invested their whole life earnings and constructed their dream house. With permission of Haryana government HUDA had plan sector 23a, 14, 17 and Maruti Udhyog which also fall within the restricted zone. But now MCG along with Gurgaon administration is only behind the colonies where middle class people are living. They do not have courage to look after Huda sector and Maruti Udhyog. I am not against the people who are living in sector because they had paid to the government of Haryana as development charges for their houses.

What is against the Law? How government of Haryana with MCG infringing fundamental right of the people?
Gurgaon administration had taken so many steps which are against the basic principle of our constitution. Government has control over the basic amenities like water, electricity, road, sewerage etc. It is facts these amenities under control of government but the government does not have right to stop these amenities to the people as these are the essential requirement of people for life and state government have to protect the life of the people.

But government of Haryana had stopped development work in these colonies and also stopped electricity and water supply. People who had constructed their houses in these colonies are living without light and water. It is inhuman treatment with the people in a democratic country. It is also reported by newspaper that government ( Gurgaon Administration and MCG) is planning to erect 21 gates in different colonies encircling the IAF depot in Gurgaon. Is it lawful to encircling innocent people? The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) has decided to erect 21 gates in different colonies encircling the IAF depot in Gurgaon. The decision to construct gates was taken recently in a meeting held in Chandigarh where senior state government officials were explained the strategies to solve the IAF depot issue by HUDA officials. The state government is working on a policy document for the central government suggesting shifting of the depot from its present location. Whatever may be the decision of the government about shifting of Depot but till the time Haryana Govt must provide civil amenities to the people who are living in these colonies.
The people who are living colonies around IAF Depot must protest against atrocities of MCG, HUDA and Gurgaon Administration in a peaceful manner. This issue must not be politicized by any political party for their vested interest. This issue is concerned to the life of more than two lakh people who are living in these colonies. Government of Haryana, Government of India must resolve this dispute amicably at the earliest.

Does Government have Right to demolish houses of its own citizen which are constructed on their own land?
Does government of Haryana have right and power to stop supply of electricity and water without any reason?
Does government have power to encircle innocent people?

Cancellation of exam again HARYANA STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION

Re-cancellation Exam post of Taxation Inspector & Excise Inspector (Excise & Taxation Department, Haryana)

Haryana Staff Selection Commission is not in mood of conducting exam for selection of Taxation inspector as it cancelled exam second time. Reason given is very funny “clashing of HSSC Examination Centers at Kurukshetra & Panchkula with CTET Examination conducted by CBSE, New Delhi on 29.1.2012 & being most of common candidates in both the examinations. It is clear that the BSSC not have any plan for the exam and cancel exam when it desire. There is no rule or law as more than 22 months it has taken to conduct this exam. The notice is simple given on the Haryana government website and HARYANA STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION official website.

“In continuation of Commission’s Notice dated 29.12.2011 which published in various Newspapers regarding holding of Written Test on 29.1.2012 at various District headquarters for the post of Taxation Inspector & Excise Inspector (Excise & Taxation Department, Haryana) Advt. No. 3/2010, Cat. Government must understand motto behind such cry against the Aakash Tablet
Datawind, the maker of the lowest priced tablet 'Aakash is doing good job for the people of India and we request the Human Resource Development Ministry to include 'Made in India' clause in the proposed tender for the low-priced device."Datawind successfully made the $ 49.48 tablet Aakash in India despite various pressures. The government plans to procure large number of low-cost computing device to leverage benefit of broadband connectivity in universities and colleges in a phased manner.
HRD Minister Kapil Sibal is also Minister for Communications and IT where draft of new policies on telecom, electronics and IT are in the process of finalization. The Proposed National Telecom Policy 2011 and National Policy on Electronics 2011 have laid special emphasis on promoting indigenous manufacturing of electronic items.
Is it Big Brand Behind the Cry?
Unless SOME Competition comes up, these guys will never change. When Govt. of India was looking for Cheap Tablets to be used by Students why the Association and others were silent. Now that Datawind has done it at @Rs.1500/= and bagged the contract everybody has started looking for faults. I was amazed to find a news article saying:IIT,Jaipur finds that Akash is not Waterproof Tell me how many Tablets avalable in the market are waterproof. Not even teh Apple tablets costing Rs.44000/. How many IITs were trying to make a Tablet at a cheaper price, in the first place? How many PHDs, MTech degrees awarded by IITs are really aimed at solving problems facing India, Such as low cost sanitation, housing, alternate source of energy, faster internet browsing ,defence sector etc. Funny,It all needs an "Aakash" to reveal the true faces of all vested interests. The Akash is ok at the price point ,use and the target audience. If anybody can find a better option, he should have come
Why some negative news is being spread about Aakash Tablet
On electronic media I have read some review of the people who criticize the tablet without know its facts. As we know it is lowest priced tablet and big brand that cheat people on the name of technology and loot huge money from the people for the same. Let us talk about mobile phone company used to loot the Indian public till Micromax , Spice and other such cheap manufacturers came up with low priced phones with features suited to the Indians. When dual SIM and touch screen phones were introduced by the small manufacturers the Big guys used to make fun saying "Cheap,Chinese make" etc. After losing market share quickly, they have reduced prices, introduced dual Sim, Touch screen phones. I have not used tablet Aakash since it is not available in the market but I think as per price is concerned its feature are ok and when it will be available I will buy it. Jai Hind.

Is Property around Ammunition depot Gurgaon safe? Historical fact of dispute

This is very crucial question for everyone who own property around IAF depot Gurgaon. This is not new dispute which concerned to people. Ammunition Depot Land Dispute start long back when the land for the ammunition depot was acquired in 1948, under the Work of Defence Act-1903, which imposes restriction on construction in a 900-metre area surrounding the depot. However in 1971, Sector 14 and 17 were developed, and are allegedly in the prohibited area. HUDA claims that these sectors were developed by the erstwhile Estate Department. In 1974, Maruti was also given land to set up a factory, and a part of this land allegedly falls in the prohibited area. In 1988, Sanjay Gram colony took shape, again allegedly within the same area. A court case was also filed by a resident in the same year, against the construction activity taking place in a prohibited zone. In 1992, development started in Rajiv Nagar, again allegedly within the 900-metres. In 1990s, Ashok Vihar Phase 3, Sheetla Colony, Dharm Colony started developing, again allegedly in the prohibited zone. In 1991, Justice Ashok Bhan gave directions that the government should first demolish the Maruti factory, and parts of HUDA sectors, before embarking upon demolition of the residential dwellings of the weaker sections of the society in the prohibited zone. In 2008, RWA of Sector 17, Gurgaon filed a case based on these violations of the Defence Act. It requested the court to direct the government to ensure that illegal constructions in prohibited area are removed. Public Interest Petition filed by a social activist of Gurgaon. Another Common Interest Petition filed by local politician in the Punjab and Haryana High Court. On December 7, 2011 the Supreme Court stays all decisions of the Haryana High Court. Stays demolition till further orders.

Even as thousands of residents living within a 900-metre radius of the IAF ammunition depot in the city are faced with a certain ambiguity on their status, the state government and HUDA officials are considering recommending shifting of the depot itself from Gurgaon to Faridabad. The option of shifting the IAF depot was discussed in a recent high-level meeting held in Chandigarh in which the strategy to tackle the issue of illegal constructions that have come up within 900 metres around the ammunition depot. Confirming discussion of the option, the HUDA administrator, Praveen Kumar, said: "The option of shifting the ammunition depot to Faridabad was discussed as a possible solution to tackle the problem in the city. No final decision has been taken in the meeting." News Reported by Times of India.

The committee members also discussed the status of the houses that have come up in the past several years. According to the IAF regulations, no construction activity is allowed within 900 metres from the ammunition depot. The committee members also discussed viability of the 900-metre land itself. "The rule is very old and now the geographical situation has changed dramatically so it is the right time to look at the validity of the rule," said Kumar. The committee members also debated the exact location of the zero point (the area from where the restrictive zone starts) being considered for the 900-metre no-construction zone.

The case was fixed for hearing on 20 Jan 2012 but due to Advocate on strike on that day case was not taken up. Now case next date of hearing is fixed 05 Feb 2012. People who are residing around IAF depot in colonies are hopping that new power supply connection will be open in coming days and development work in these colonies will also be started by MCG.

Now question is property in these colonies is safe? I can’t say anything but want to say people of these colonies must unite to save their basic rights. Do not support any political parties who do not support people and help to resolve the issue as early as possible.

News reported by most the daily on 08 Dec 2011 " the Supreme Court on Wednesday, stayed the demolition within the 900 meter radius of restricted zone Air Force ammunition depot in Gurgaon". The Punjab and Haryana High Court last year, had ordered no further construction on the land. The supreme court bench of justices DK Jain and AR Dave accepted the special leave petition (SLP) filed by residents including a Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon (MCG) councillor Gaje Singh Kablana. Notices will be served to the ministry of defence, the Haryana government, MCG and district town and country planning department in this respect.

Who is owner of land
Land Around the IAF depot belong to farmers of village Gurgaon, Chouma, Kartarpuri, Sukharali etc. This is a good decision of the SC in the welfare of the people living around the ammunition depot area. Now these colonies should be provided the basic amenities e.g. water, road, power etc. There is no sense of demolition of all buildings around the depot in which people are living for last 20 years. The ongoing dispute between the Haryana government and the ministry of defence has led thousands of residents’ fate hanging in uncertainty. The Government of Haryana had many times violated the Defence Act, 1903 rules helping Maruti Udyog, HSIIDC area in sec. 18, Sect 14 and commercial market etc. Therefore government has no right to remove the common people living in the area. The government should either reduce the range of the control area to 50 mtr from 900 mtr or shift the depot for the sake of the safety of Gurgaon people and International Airport which is just 8 kms away from the depot.

Shifting of Ammn Depot is the only solution now

Now it is time to shift the ammunition depot as people desire. Only solution seems to be left with the Haryana and central Government to shift the depot safer place. The city has witnessed violent protests in the past by those who own establishments within the restricted zone. More than 50,000 establishments have come up in the area and more the two lakh people residing in these colonies. While the depot that was built many years ago was secluded, the city has grown many folds and so have the population, bringing the depot within the confines of the city.

People’s demand

People who are residing around IAF depot in colonies demanding development work in these colonies also. Mr Subhash Yadav ( Ex IAF), Mr Mukhatar Singh and Mr Anil Kumar resident of Ashok Vihar-III said that now MCG must start development work like street light, sewerage etc in our colonies and provide all civil amenities.

People Reaction on SC Order

I have visited colonies around IAF Ammn Depot Gurgaon on 8 Dec 2011 and contract people residing in these colonies. Most of the people are happy with the Hon'ble supreme court direction and thanking Mr Gaje Singh Kablana and Mr Ajeet Kataria who filed SPL before the SC. People now are optimistic about the future development work by MCG in these colonies. Most of the people said that it is not a political issue but issue which related to welfare of people and now government of Haryana and Central government will take positive steps for development of these colonies.

The Skill test and documents verification of the successful candidate of Combine Graduate Level examination 2011 for non-interview post will be declared very soon at official website region wise and same will also be available on the official website of ssc.nic.in.

Pattern of Skill test for Non interview post CGL 2011
Skill Test in Data Entry for Tax Assistants. The skill test will be administered for duration of 15 minutes on passages containing text of 2000 key depressions. The actual skill test will be preceded by a test passage for 5 minutes in order to enable the candidates to adjust to the system and key board provided by the Commission. The candidates are not required to re-enter the text on completion of the passage and, therefore, should utilize the spare time to correct mistakes, if any. Commission will decide at its discretion qualifying standard in entry of the text for different categories of candidates taking into consideration overall performance of the candidates in the skill test and available vacancies, subject to the standards not falling below limits fixed by the Commission. The skill test will be of qualifying nature. The test passage will be in English.

First Step: Call toll Free Number of the operator ( Customer care), Tell about your complain and ask them to register your complain and take Docket Number. It may be happen that customer care operator may say that networking is not working or system not working. These are the simple excuses of the customer care but still it is advisable to call them again and register your complain. The customer care is duty bound to register your complain. If still they not register your complain, just ask his position number and name and also asking the nodal officer Email and contact Number. Many complaints can be resolved at this stage if you take stick stand and action.
Step Two: If, your complain is not solved at call center or you are not satisfied with the redressal of your complaint at the Call Centre level, contact the Nodal Officer of your service provider. Ask at every level of your complaint that if your complaint is not resolved in time you will change the operator as number portability is available. Also tell the concerned operator that I will not only change my number but also ask my friends and relative who are using same operator to change other operator immediately. It is my advice, in case your problem is not solved than act accordingly and change your operator along with your friends and relatives. This is only the way to make the operator to listen you. As reported by various newspaper that team Anna member Arvind Kejriwal was attacked in a public meeting in Jhulelal park in Lucknow on Tuesday evening. A person attempted to assault Kejriwal by hurling a shoe at him. This is the second attack on a Team Anna member after Prashant Bhushan was attacked in his Supreme Court lawyer's chamber on October 12 for his remarks favouring plebiscite in Jammu and Kashmir. But why it is happening and who are these people who attacked Anna team member?

As per report Some politician who do not want law against the corruption are allegedly behind the attack. How much it is true we can’t say but It is sure that people who are attacking Team Anna are supported by someone who does not want corruption free India. Person who attacked Kejriwal has been identified as one Jitendra Pathak of Jalaun. He was caught by the volunteers present and handed over to the police.While being led away the man said that Kejriwal was misleading the public on the issue of corruption and that he had no personal grudge with Kejriwal.

He also claimed that he didn't belong to any political party. But, it is not true he has to belong to some party let police find out.

Team Anna core committee member Sanjay Singh later told reporters that Kejriwal has pardoned the attacker and asked the police not to register a case against him. But, such people do not deserve pardon and has to be severely punished.

Reacting to the attack on his close aide, Anna Hazare said that he is not deterred, and his team is ready to face bullets to eradicate corruption. He added that he is planning a trip to Lucknow to make people aware of corruption.

Earthquakes are sudden release of energy in the earth's crust or upper mantle. The resulting shock produces waves which travel through the earth and along its surface, causing tremors that can topple building and causes widespread devastation.

Epicentre: The point on the earth's surface directly above an earthquake focus is known as the Epicentre. Earthquake epicentres are largely concentrated in narrow belts which coincide with the boundaries of the earth plates.

Kinds of Earthquakes

Volcanic: These are caused by the eruption of volcanoes. Their effect on land is limited around the epicentre but in the sea these give rise to tidal waves which travel across the oceans and destroy shorelines far away.

Tectonic: These are caused by the shifts in the rock structure of the Earth. When large basins of rock structures are subjected to stress, they bend as far as their elasticity would permit them. Beyond this point they break with a rebound which causes earthquake. They affect large areas and causes extensive damages.

Causes of Earth Quakes
Some tensional earthquakes arise from faulting i.e. from transform faults which are found all along plate boundaries.

Some earthquakes arises from arching of the lithospheric crust as converging plates press hard against each other

Some earthquakes may result from the tearing of the lithosphere under high pressure.

Zone of high friction produce major earthquakes while zones of lesser friction produce minor earthquakes.

What is Panchayati Raj In India, Civil Administration

Panchayati Raj has its roots in ancient India. The villages used to be small republics governed by Panchayats. The Britishers destroyed this institution because they introduced Zamindari and Ryotwari System of land tenure and adopted a cruel method of revenue collection. This the villages which led a corporate were completely   changed.

After Independence India Adopted the Panchayat system again so that they may have democracy from grassroots level. It is called a complex rural local self-government in India.

Structure of Pachayati Raj In India
Panchayats constitute three tier system of rural self-government in India.
·    First Tier: Is village Panchayat. Its membership varies from 5 to 31. All the members are elected by the members of the gram Sabha by secret ballot. The Sarpanch, the President of the Gram panchayat is elected directly or indirectly by the elected members. Village Panchayats implement development plan, look after village sanitation, Construction and maintenance of Brides at village , wells and ponds, preventive and curative measures against epidemics etc.
·    Second tier: Is Panchayat Samiti or Janpad Panchayat . The jurisdiction of Panchayat samiti is co-extensive with the community development Block.
·    Third tier: Is Zila Parishad. It acts as a link between Pancayat . The jurisdiction of a panchayat Samiti is co- extensive with the community Development Block.

Naya Panchayat: Is a village court which provides speedy and inexpensive justice to the villages. It can impose fines upto Rs 100 but can not imprsion convicts.

The earth was probably formed out of a rotating cloud of gas and dust. In its initial state it was a homogenous mixture of Silicon compound, Iron and magnesium oxides and small quantities of all the natural chemical elements. It is believed that in the beginning the Earth was cold. As it was forming it began to warm up the eat came from three source (i) The particles that formed the growing Earth came to rest their energy of motion was converted into heat energy.(II) As the earth grew its interior become suppressed under the increasing Wight of additional material drawn on elements like uranium, thorium entering the earth were radio-active and emitted heat as they decayed . The persistent emission of heat from radio-active in the early stages of Earth's Life. As a result of it the earth's Temperature was melting temperature of iron after several hundred million years. This did not occur at the center: It occurred at the region which was at depth of 400 - 800 Km where a suitable combination of temperature and pressure existed. As iron melted it formed drops which began to sink toward the center of the earth because they were heavier than the material around them. As they sank their gravitational energy was converted to heat energy which raised the earth's temperature. This increases in temperature enlarged the zone in which iron melted until it extended throughout most of the planet's interior. The heavy one form many other elements which melted fell towards the center and the lighter one rose up. Thus a separation of material according to weights took place. The heaviest element among liquid one among which Silicon was the predominant, crust of the earth. The rest of the original material remained between the core and the crust and this part forms the mantle. So there are three parts of the earth- Core, Mantle and Crust.

Core has two layers: Inner core about 1300 Km thick and outer core about 2080 Km Thick. The Mantle is 2900 km thick and accounts for half the radius the earth. The Crust varies in thickness from 12 to 60 KM. This is about formation of earth but scientist says the same way the earth will be destroyed one day and the life on the earth will end thousands million years before its destruction. Human being will be only the responsible for end of life from earth.

Why Mahipal Maderna is now unwell, is it fear of CBI summon?

What is matter in Bhanwari Devi Case
Bhanwari Devi mysteriously disappeared from Jodhpur 38 days ago on September 1. The CBI had on October 11 taken over the probe into her disappearance in which allegations about Maderna's involvement have been leveled. The CBI registered a case in this regard after the state government requested the Centre in September to hand it over to the agency. Maderna's name had sprung up sometime back after a CD which allegedly showed him in compromising position with Bhanwari Devi was circulated. Bhanwari Devi was posted as auxiliary nurse midwife at a sub-centre in Jaliwada village, around 120 km from Jodhpur district, Her husband Amarchand has alleged that she was abducted at the behest of Maderna and his associates. These charges have been refuted by the minister and his associates.

News from Rajasthan Pink City Jaipur:
Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Sunday sacked Water Resources Minister Mahipal Maderna as Maderna is the key accused in the abduction and murder of Dalit nurse, Bhanwari Devi. In a communication forwarded to Governor Shivraj Patil, Gehlot has recommended the dismissal of Maderna, highly placed sources said this evening. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had summoned Maderna to Jodhpur on Monday for questioning, but the former minister said he is unwell. Meanwhile, the High Court will continue hearing the Habeas corpus plea filed by Bhanwari Devi's husband.

Despite repeated instruction from Congress and Chef minister persuasion M Maderna was not agreeing to reigned from the minister hence finally chief minister had taken the step to sack him however after sacking he had also written letter of resignation to Chief minister.

Now Question why the Minister goes unwell when they face inquiry or trial? Most of the case minister or leader who are made accused for any offense they immediately become sick but why ? we are not aware but if you know please comments below.

Life should be short but Meaningful, but Why? Little about out life
Most of us always desire a long life but is it correct to desire a long life? If, yes then why and if, no than why? This is a natural phenomenon that everything has taken birth in this world has to die one day. Nothing in this world is immortal. If God has gifted you such a beautiful life and has gifted you sharp brain, then utilize it in all ways. Life may be short but it should be meaningful. An Oak tree lives for more than three hundred years but no one praises it. On the other hand, a lily flower blooms only for a few hours but enchants the world with its beauty. History is full of examples of great personalities who lived for a short period but left their imprints behind for others to fallow. Even small creatures set an example for others. A butterfly dancing on flowers, spreading its colorful wings is feast for they of beholder.

Don't we learn to be diligent from little from ants and to be by and hardworking from bees!

These are the some example I have given on the issue of short life but useful life. Everyone knows that old age is enemy of individual himself/herself. Whatever the position he or she may have in the society but old age always gives pains. Our bodies become old like any other machine and various complications do arises in various body parts. We consider our children to look after us but they do not have time to look after as they are in their adult life and have other responsibilities also.

So it is good for very one to live a healthy life and live with dignity. We must be a hardworking during our adulthood so that world remembers us for our achievement in the life. So whenever we pray for God our desire must be a healthy life not a long life.

Little About Sex Education and Adolescence Education Components
Definition of adolescence: adolescence is generally defined with reference to a period of years. Many of the developmental Psychologists define it as a period between 13 and 18 years of age, while some of them put it between 10 to 19 years of age and still some others extend it up to 24 years, but adolescence may not be seen only in association with the precise number of years, as its periodicity differs from person to person. It can start as early as at the age of 9 to as late as 14. Moreover, defining the age of adolescence varies from one socio-cultural setting to another. For example a young person attending school may be considered as adolescent at one place while another person of the same age at another place may married and consider an adult. Adolescence, therefore, can appropriately be defined as the period of physical, psychological and social maturation from childhood to adulthood, the period extending from puberty to the attainment of full reproductive maturity.

Phases of Development: Adolescent is usually divided into three phase- early adolescence, Middle adolescence and late adolescence. It must be note here that there is a great deal of overlapping among three phases, as development rarely takes place in strict conformity with a set of norms.

Early Adolescence --- Age 9 to 13 years
Middle Adolescence --- 14 to 15 years

Color can be nutrient for the mind as vitamins are for the body. It is suggested to keep away from red to defuse irritability and anger. Avoid wearing colors that make you fell down. Go for warm, bright and active colors that lighten your mood. Neutral colors such as soft shades of blue have a soothing calming effect and alleviate anxiety and tension.

He shall have to miss the evening exercise. In spite of all his efforts, he will probably not produce as good results as the early riser, because he misses the best working hours of the day.

· Some people find the perfect quite of midnight by far the best time for working. This is no doubt, true in certain cases. Several great thinkers have found experience that their intellect is clearest and they can write best when they burn the midnight oil. But even in such cases the practice of working late at night cannot be commended. Square waves or digital signals are composed of a wide spectrum and are prone to attenuation in the signal strength and distortion due to the different frequency components of the signal. These signal impairment effect are not suitable for baseband(DC) signaling for higher speed and long distances. They are suitable only for slow speed and over short distances. The data communication also seeks to communication over large distances. Hence another technique called AC Signaling is employed in which a continuous wave called sine wave is used. A Sine wave is characterized by frequency, amplitude and phase. Any one of the characteristics of a sine wave is modulated in accordance with the information so that the information can be transmitted over large distances in which a sine wave acts as a carrier for information.

A device that accomplishes the above function in which it accepts series of bit in the form of 0 and 1 a input and produces a modulated carrier as output at the transmitting end and a reverse operation at the receiving end is called a modem. In other words, a modem is an electrical component that can concept another modem over an analog telephony new network. When two modems are connected, they can send each other a two way stream of digital bits. A Computer sends information to another computer located at a remote location using modem. The modem receives digital information from the computer translates it to an analog signal using digital to analog converter unit and sends the analog information to the PSTN. On the other side, when receiving data from the network analog to digital converter unit is being used to retrieve the data. It is important to know that DAC/ADC units are noisy units and are thus limitations on the performance of the modem.

Data communication technique was developed based on the existing telephone network so that no extra expenditure may be incurred on infrastructure. It was the voice communication that had necessitated the communication between remote computer that had necessitated the communication between remote computer and computing devices using the existing telephone network communication and therefore, they were able to transmit only analog information. On the other hand, the computers and related computing devices were based on digital signal in the form of pulses or 0 and 1 . Therefore, to use existing telephone and vice versa was needed. This device is known as MODEM and stands for Modulator Demodulator. It performs the function of modulating and demodulating a signal.
