&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: black; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Descasque e pique os dentes de alho e refogue-os no azeite. Junte a polpa de tomate e refresque com o vinho branco deixe ferver +- 10 min.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

Coloca-se numa frigideira a massa de alho e um pouco de azeite, deixa-se estalar o alho e junta-se o fiambre e depois a massa com as ervilhas, vai-se mexendo com uma colher de pau e misturam-se as natas, por fim polvilha-se com oregãos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;• 1 carcaça de frango com um pouco de pele / carne deixada nos ossos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;• 1 cebola amarela com a pele &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;• 2 cenouras, termina cortado fora, mas não descascados &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;• 1 a 2 aipo , de preferência com as folhas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;• 1 folha de louro &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Coloque a carcaça numa panela, corte a cebola, cenouras e aipo em pedaços grandes e adicione. Cubra com água fria. Leve a panela para ferver e depois reduza a um lume brando. Deixe ferver até que tenha cerca de 1 litro de líquido (cerca de 90 minutos). Em seguida, deixe arrefecer ligeiramente e coloque num recipiente que possa ir ao congelador. Também pode deixar o caldo arrefecer no frigorífico, assim poderá retirar alguma gordura. Rejeite os ossos e vegetais. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Algumas dicas: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;• A casca de cebola dá uma cor parda ao caldo, bem como o sabor. As folhas de aipo dão uma profundidade de sabor também. Pode ter um saco de plástico com cascas de cebola e folhas de aipo no congelador para isso quando quiser fazer o caldo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;• O trio sagrado de cenoura, cebola e aipo é o que os franceses chamam de mirepoix, mas pode experimentar também cebolinha, salsa, nabos ou outros legumes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Adicione um pouco de pimenta, Tomilho vai bem se você estiver usando ossos de peru. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;1 kg de batatas,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;1 posta de atum com cerca de 400 grs;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;1 pimento vermelho e outro verde;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;2 tomates;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;2 cebolas;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;2 dentes de alho;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;2 folhas de louro;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;2 copos de água;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;100mls de azeite sal e pimenta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Preparação:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Descascar as cebolas e o alho e picar em pedacinhos. Num tacho pôr o azeite e refogar a cebola e o alho. Entretanto lavar os pimentos , retirar o talo e as sementes e cortar em rodelas finas (usei o que tinha congelado). Juntar ao tacho e mexer com colher de pau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Limpar o atum de peles e espinhas cortar em pedaços e colocar no tacho a dourar. Assim que estiver dourado junte o louro e o tomate e tempere com sal e pimenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Descascar as batatas, cortar em cubos e juntar no tacho, cobrir com água e deixar guisar cerca de 30 minutos mexendo de vez em quando.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
