Adicione o vodka e o gelo e triture mais uns segundos na vel 5 até ouvir mudar o barulho das pedras de gelo. Sobre cada um dos triângulos coloque 1 quadradinho de chocolate. Enrole a massa da parte maior para a mais pequena, deixando a ponta virada para baixo pressionando-a levemente. De pão rijo;&lt;br /&gt;50 gr. De azeite;&lt;br /&gt;6 dentes de alho;&lt;br /&gt;Coentros;&lt;br /&gt;Uma pitada de sal;&lt;br /&gt;1 folha de louro;&lt;br /&gt;Pimenta q.b.;&lt;br /&gt;Água q.b.; &lt;br /&gt;2 ovos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coloque o pão em pedaços num recipiente mergulhado em água até que este fique bem demolhado e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;Coloque os dentes de alho e os coentros na Bimby e pique durante 4 segs. Na Vel 5.&lt;br /&gt;Deite o azeite e a folha de louro para o copo e programe a Bimby para Vel. 1, Temp. 100, durante 7 min. Retire a folha de louro.&lt;br /&gt;Coloque o pão devidamente demolhado no copo e programe 10 min., na Vel 1, Temp. 100, acrescentando o sal, a pimenta e os ovos previamente batidos pelo bocal. Desta vez fiz as moelas estufadas na Fussion Cook e acompanhei com batatas fritas na actifry. Ficou tudo delicioso!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Moelas&lt;br /&gt;1 Cebola&lt;br /&gt;2 Dentes de Alho&lt;br /&gt;2 Tomates grandes&lt;br /&gt;50gr de Azeite&lt;br /&gt;Salsa qb&lt;br /&gt;1 Folha de Louro&lt;br /&gt;Sal e Pimenta qb&lt;br /&gt;100ml de Vinho Branco&lt;br /&gt;Água qb&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No copo da bimby, deite a cebola, o alho e a salsa e triture tudo durante 10 segs, vel 5. Adicione o azeite e a folha de louro e refogue durante 7 min, vel 1 temp 100. Retire a folha de louro, junte o tomate, tempere de sal e pimenta e pique tudo durante 8 segs na vel 5. Refogue mais 5 min na vel 1 temp 100.&lt;br /&gt;Transfira o preparado para a cuba da FC e junte as moelas, adicione o vinho branco, rectifique os temperos e caso necessário adicione um pouco de água. Seleccione o programa Porco e Vaca e deixe cozinhar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Acompanhe com pãozinho para molhar no molho. Introduza no copo os cogumelos, o tomate e o pimento partidos em bocadinhos, tempere de sal e pimenta, junte o açúcar e programe 30 min, vel colher, temp varoma. Adicione o chocolate pelo bocal, espere que se funda e triture tudo durante 20 segs na vel5. Deite no copo a cebola e os alhos e triture durante 5 seg na vel 5, adicione o azeite e a folha de louro e refogue durante 7 minutos na vel 1 temperatura 100. Retire a folha de louro e triture o refogado durante 30 segs na vel 7. No fim deste tempo adicione o leite, a margarina e a farinha e programe 8 min, temp 90, vel 4. Adicione então o peixe previamente cozido e escorrido e triture tudo durante 1 min na vel 5 temp 90. Sem lavar o copo e já sem a borboleta, coloca-se a casca de limão e pulveriza-se 30 seg., vel. 5-7-10. Adiciona-se o açúcar e repete-se a operação, 30 seg., vel. 5-7-10. Junta-se a courgette e a cenoura cortadas em pedaços. Adicionam-se as gemas e programa-se 30 seg., vel. 4.&lt;br /&gt;Junta-se a margarina e mistura-se 15 seg., vel. 4.&lt;br /&gt;Adiciona-se a farinha e o fermento, e mistura-se 10 seg., vel. 3. Coloque a massa no cesto e quando o tempo terminar introduza o cesto no copo programando mais 8 minutos na vel 4 na temp varoma. A meio da cozedura mecha a massa com a espátula para que cozinhe toda por igual. A receita para a carne já se encontra aqui no blog, tanto na receita da lasanha como na da bolonhesa.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sobras de carne qb&lt;br /&gt;1 kg de Batatas descascadas&lt;br /&gt;1cenoura&lt;br /&gt;500gr de Leite&lt;br /&gt;50gr de Margarina&lt;br /&gt;Sal e Pimenta qb&lt;br /&gt;Noz-moscada qb&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coloque as batatas, a cenoura e o leite no copo da bimby tempere de sal e pimenta e noz-moscada e programe 25 min, temp 90, vel colher inversa. No fim do tempo, junte a margarina e triture tudo durante 30 min, vel 5/7 para que fique uniforme.&lt;br /&gt;Num tabuleiro, coloque uma camada de puré, uma camada de carne já cozinhada, outra camada de puré e finalize pincelando com gema de ovo batida. Por fim deite o sumo da laranja, o whisky, as natas e a maçã partida em pedacinhos pequenos ou mesmo ralada, e programe mais 15 min na temp 100, vel colher inversa. Findo este tempo adicione o tomate e refogue mais 3 min na mesma vel e temperatura. junte o vinho branco e triture tudo durante 20 segs na vel 7 para que fique um molho uniforme. Experimentei fazer na FC porque tem uma cuba maior que a da Bimby e porque é uma sopa que não precisa de ser triturada. O marido adorou!&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 Batatas&lt;br /&gt;3 Cenouras&lt;br /&gt;1 Nabo&lt;br /&gt;1 Cebola&lt;br /&gt;1 Dente de Alho&lt;br /&gt;1 Lata pequena de Feijão encarnado&lt;br /&gt;Couve Lombarda qb&lt;br /&gt;1 Farinheira&lt;br /&gt;Água qb&lt;br /&gt;Sal qb&lt;br /&gt;50gr de Azeite&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Na cuba da Fussion Cook deite todos os legumes partidos em bocadinhos pequenos, adicione a água até que os legumes fiquem cobertos, junte o azeite, tempere de sal e escolha o programa: "Legumes e Sopas". Enquanto isso, coloque a farinheira dentro do cesto da Bimby, coloque este no copo, e encha de água até cobrir a farinheira e programe 15 min, vel 1 temp 100. Quando estiver cozida corte-a em rodelas e reserve. Mas fica a promessa de que vou vindo aqui conforme me vai sendo possível.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Num destes fins de semana fiz este entrecosto que ficou bem bom.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Entrecosto cortado em pedacinhos&lt;br /&gt;6 Dentes de Alho laminados&lt;br /&gt;200ml de Vinho Tinto&lt;br /&gt;1 Folha de Louro&lt;br /&gt;Sal e Pimenta qb&lt;br /&gt;1 Colher de sopa de Preparado de Vinha de Alhos&lt;br /&gt;1 Colher de sopa de preparado de Massa de Pimentão&lt;br /&gt;Manjericão qb&lt;br /&gt;1 Colher medidora de Azeite&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparação junte todos os ingredientes excepto o azeite numa tigela, envolva bem e em seguida regue a carne com este preparado. Ficou muito boa!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;500 gr. batatas cortadas em pedaços pequenos,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;300 gr. cebola cortada em pedaços pequenos,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;100 gr. caldo verde,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 dentes alho,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 Lt água,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;50 gr. azeite,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Umas rodelas de chouriço&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coloque no copo as batatas, a cebola, os dentes de alho, a água e coloque o caldo verde no recipiente Varoma e programe 25 Min., Temp. de semana decidi à última da hora fazer um almoço de família cá em casa que saiu assim:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para o Lombo:&lt;br /&gt;1 Lombo de Porco&lt;br /&gt;5 Dentes de Alho&lt;br /&gt;1 Cálice de Vinho do Porto&lt;br /&gt;200ml de Vinho Branco&lt;br /&gt;1 Folha de louro&lt;br /&gt;Colorau qb&lt;br /&gt;Alecrim qb&lt;br /&gt;Sal e Pimenta qb&lt;br /&gt;Azeite qb&lt;br /&gt;1 Colher de sopa de Margarina&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para o Arroz:&lt;br /&gt;1 Dente de Alho&lt;br /&gt;1 Folha de louro&lt;br /&gt;50gr de Azeite&lt;br /&gt;2 copos medidores de Arroz&lt;br /&gt;4 Copos medidores de água&lt;br /&gt;Sal qb&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para as Batatas:&lt;br /&gt;Batatas para fritar congeladas&lt;br /&gt;Alecrim qb&lt;br /&gt;Sal qb&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para o esparregado:&lt;br /&gt;400gr de folhas de espinafre&lt;br /&gt;3 Dentes de Alho&lt;br /&gt;30gr de Azeite&lt;br /&gt;50gr de Farinha&lt;br /&gt;200gr de Leite&lt;br /&gt;1 Colher de sopa de Vinagre&lt;br /&gt;Sal qb&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Num tabuleiro que possa ir ao forno disponha o louro e tempere-o com os dentes de alho fatiados, as ervas, os vinhos, o colorau, o sal e a pimenta e regue-o bem com azeite e reserve-o durante algumas horas para que tome o gosto dos temperos.&lt;br /&gt;Coloque sobre o lombo umas nozes de margarina e leve-o ao forno durante 35 a 40 minutos a 180º até que esteja completamente assado, indo pincelando sempre com o próprio molho durante este tempo para que não seque. &lt;br /&gt;Entretanto, na cuba da FC, coloque o alho partido, a folha de louro, o arroz e a água, tempere de sal e escolha o programa Arroz.&lt;br /&gt;Na actifry, deite as batatas, polvilhe de alecrim e seleccione 25 minutos e quando a máquina apitar, abra-a, polvilhe de sal e deixe as batatas repousar durante 2 minutos com a tampa fechada.&lt;br /&gt;No copo da bimby deite a água, introduza os espinafres no cesto, coloque este dentro do copo, tempere de sal e programe 12 min vel 1 temp 100. Findo o tempo retire o cesto escorra bem e reserve. Com o copo vazio deite os dentes de alho, pique durante 5 segs na vel 5, adicione o azeite e refogue durante 4 min, vel 2 temp varoma. De seguida, junte os espinafres e salteie-os durante 3 min, vel2 temp varoma. Adicione a farinha e o leite e programe 20 segs vel 7 e programe mais 7 min, temp 100 vel 2. Digo-vos que gostamos muito dos filetes feitos desta maneira, o molhinho é bom e é uma óptima forma de disfarçar o sabor da Maruca que não é um peixe muito apreciado em nossa casa.&lt;br /&gt;Seguramente que irei repetir esta receita.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Filetes de Maruca&lt;br /&gt;1 Limão&lt;br /&gt;3 dentes de alho&lt;br /&gt;Sal e pimenta&lt;br /&gt;Azeite qb&lt;br /&gt;900gr de água&lt;br /&gt;300gr de Arroz&lt;br /&gt;1 Colher de Sopa de Mostarda&lt;br /&gt;2 Iogurtes Naturais&lt;br /&gt;Salsa qb&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tempere algumas horas antes os filetes com o alho picadinho, sal, pimenta e o sumo do limão e deixe repousar algumas horas&lt;br /&gt;No copo da bimby coloque a água, insira o arroz no cesto e introduza-o no copo, tempere de sal e tape. No tabuleiro da Varoma, disponha os filetes, regue com alguma da marinada e por fim com um fio de azeite. Coloque a Varoma sobre a tampa e programe 25 min, vel 4 temp varoma. No fim do tempo, retire a varoma e o cesto e reserve em lugar quente. Junte a cebola, o alho e o azeite e programe a máquina para a vel 5, temp Varoma durante 5 min; quando terminar o tempo junte o tomate e programe 3 min na mesma vel e temp. Espero que gostem!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"A receita base é da Tele Culinária n.º 8 e foi divulgada pela Andreia Cambez no mundo dos blogs. Obrigado Andreia pela ideia! O resto foi uma maluqice minha que acho que se come com prazer!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 coelho partido em pedaços;&lt;br /&gt;2 cebolas;&lt;br /&gt;4 dentes de alho;&lt;br /&gt;2 dl de natas;&lt;br /&gt;1 dl de vinho branco;&lt;br /&gt;1 cálice de vinho do Porto;&lt;br /&gt;1 pitada de alecrim;&lt;br /&gt;2 sementes de cardamomo;&lt;br /&gt;50 gr. De margarina;&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de sopa de mostarda;&lt;br /&gt;Sal e pimenta q.b..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coloque o coelho numa taça e deite-lhe por cima o vinho branco, o vinho do Porto, o alecrim e as sementes de cardamomo, pelo menos, 2 horas antes de levar à Bimby. Coloque sal e pimenta q.b.. Reserve, tendo a preocupação de ir dando uma volta de vez em quando, para todo o coelho tomar o gosto da marinada.&lt;br /&gt;Deite o alho e a cebola no copo da Bimby e coloque na Vel. 5 durante 5 segs.. &lt;br /&gt;Deite no copo a manteiga e a mostarda e refogue durante 5 min. Na Vel. 1, Temp. 100º.&lt;br /&gt;Coloque o coelho com a marinada no copo da Bimby, deite as natas e cosa durante 40 min.
