In this case, you should take sometime and think about what you need to do before you depart. You should organize your travel checklist. The two important requirements before travelling are the Passport and Visa. You should ask yourself, “do I have a valid passport? Do I need a visa to travel abroad? ” Make sure that your passport and visa are authentic to make you legal especially when you are in a foreign country. If you do not have a valid passport, apply for it before your planned travel date, and check whether you need a visa in advance of your planned departure so that you have enough time to go through the process.

Once you get your passport, treat it with proper care. Always bear in mind that it is the proof of your identity. Do not attempt to write anything on your passport to avoid invalidation. Damaging your passport invalidates it and risks rejection of your visa application. Never surrender your passport… when asked by a creditor to hand it over as collateral to get a loan or when asked by your employer to hand it over. Above all, never give your passport away or allow another person to use it.

Without a passport, it is difficult to prove your identity and citizenship particularly if you are in another country. It is easier for your government to protect and support you when you have a valid passport. What if you lose your passport in another country? Tsk3x! You lose a travel document which enables you to return to your own country. Then, go to the embassy that represents your country and ask for assistance. A visa also proves that you are legally staying in a foreign country is usually stamped in the passport.

So without a passport, you will have a hard time proving the legal status of your entry into that country.

Last two months ago, I happen to came across a friend from New York in the Facebook. It was really fun for having communicated with friends whom you lost contact with for a very long years. He was so excited to share to me his adventure with google. In fact, according to him, google is his savior. He told me details on how to get started with google and how to earn something. Although I find it hard for the first time to register, I believe that in the long run, google will allow me in the system. I used to use my yahoo email add to register at google adsense, but to no avail. Until now, I haven’t got any positive response regarding my application. I tried joining the indyarocks.com but still google has not yet responsive.

To date, I tried blogging with google. I registered with gmail and whooola! I made it!! I use it to create a blog with blogger.com and started posting some journals. Blogger.com told me that my ads are currently serving with publisher ID ca-pub-445967897------. And “Please wait up to 48 hours for your new account to be reviewed before ads are displayed on your blog. In the meantime, your blog will display public service announcements in place of ads. “…. I don’t understand why until now I haven’t got any confirmation from google and that their ads are still not available from my site. My iPad joined my despair. But according to Og Mandino, God’s delay is never God’s denial. I am hopeful that within few days, GOOGLE will ADSENSE with me. We love you google!

Stress is commonly used to describe a feeling or emotion. It is the process by which the individual responds to environmental and psychological events that are perceived as threatening. A person is said to be under stress if found physically or mentally demanding and in a dangerous situation. In fact, stress can make everybody ill.

The negative effect of stress shows up in unsuitable behaviour, low energy and performance levels, and poor health. There are factors that cause stress and these are called stressors. Physical stressors like heat, cold, noise, fire, traffic, violence, own illness and poor working conditions and equipments. Social stressors like unemployment, cost of housing, and crime, family, job and career, social, economic and political situations. Psychological stressors like frustrations, conflicts and pressures.

To cope with stress, you need to take an action. How will you respond to a stressful situation? Here are the ways of coping with stress:
• Through cognitive responses- it involves reappraisal which is looking at the good and the bad. Maintaining a sense of humour and perceiving the lighter side under stressful situations reduce the negative reactions of stress.
• Informational response- seeking out information and getting a better understanding of the stressful situation can be an important step in coping with stress.
• Behavioural responses- sleeping well, doing things you like to enjoy, developing hobbies, learning to set aside problems temporarily, having a clear picture of your life goals, nurturing your faith dimension, and taking a break or a vacation.

Now we figured out what these stressors are, it is quite important that we learn to control stress and live with it.

One of the issues in the Philippine educational system at present is sex education. It is sad to think that even the ideal place to explain sex at an early age of a child has become an issue and a conflict for both parents and educators. In fact the ideal place to explain sex education is at home.

Most of the parents have hard time explaining to their children regarding their curiosity about sex. Parents would say to them “It is God’s method of bringing into existence a human being and thus establishing the home. That is why God made man, male and female.”

But since it is God’s means for the multiplying of race, it is a great a holy gift guard it as one of your most precious treasures and keep it always pure.
