Sales and operations planning (S&OP) has been around for quite some time, but there remain numerous myths and misconceptions about its implementation and proper use. Unaddressed, these misconceptions can get in the way of successful S&OP practices and become deal breakers. This presentation will detail 10 specific, misunderstood elements of S&OP, drawing on real-world experience with companies in many different industries.

Winter Review Course Scheduled

Our next review course is scheduled to begin February 3rd. It will run for 12 weeks on Thursday evenings at the Hampton Inn located at 407 Amherst St in Nashua, NH. Instructors will be Kirk Frazee and Sara McCabe.

One three-hour class each week for 12 weeks in a convenient Southern New Hampshire location. The CSCP program is appropriate for professionals with experience with supply chain functions or ERP systems who are interested in increasing their knowledge and expertise in the field of supply chain management and preparing for the APICS CSCP exam.

To be eligible to register for the APICS CSCP exam, an individual must meet ONE of the following criteria:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus two years of related business experience, OR
Five years of related business experience
