These are my news kids, drawn a few years ago. Newsboys worked hard for a very small living in all kinds of weather. They went home and gave their pay to their families for the most part.   I saw a similar picture somewhere, but I don't recall where. I liked it enough to make one myself for printing out and framing. I think it would look cute framed on a table. Mine is different than the one I saw and the words, though in the same vein are also changed.

The question posed to me was what a first century Jewish woman would look like. I figured that she would not be much different than most Orthodox women of today and drew her that way. While there might be a few differences, I imagine this would not be out of place then either. A tefach of hair can show when the hair is covered. That's a tiny amount. The real show was in the sunset on July 4th, before the fireworks even began. I am not a photographer at all. I just take photos of things I want to remember. I have a simple camera and show these only to share things from nature that I think are pretty.
