There are 4 types of fees involved in schooling in Cortiva. The program tuition, the student fees, the cost involved with book materials and the cost of the massage equipment.

The cost of the program tuition is around $12 000 and that includes the first national or state recognized licensing exam and fees. Financialy aid is offered to those who qualify.

The student fees has to do with various school/classroom supplies, student liability insurance, graduation, administrative costs associated with student services and supplies. It costs around $500.

The book supplies cost around $500 too.

The students are also required to get a work table. That is a table package that includes a bloster and carrying case, foldable for transportation and storage. The student are allowed to take the table package along when they graduate from the program. The table package costs around $500.

How long does it take to complete the course in homeopathy?

Basically the school offers 4 programs:

The most popular course is the Homeopathic Diploma Program, a 3 years course offered to those who want to be recognized as professional homeopaths. The academic year starts every January and September. This course has the option to be taken either on campus or online.

Elective courses and certificate programs are additional and not included in the total tuition cost. Students are allowed to pay in installement and financial aid is offered to those who qualify.

The Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM) program is a 26 months degree that cost about $22 000. Federal financial aid is currently unavailable for the Doctoral program. Basically, since not all students can attend classes and some may not be interested in all the courses offered in a certain certificate program, there is the option for each student to choose the specific subject he/she wants to study. How long does it take to complete the course?

PIHMA offers two different courses:

To take the Master Bodyworker Program, one will have to first complete the Professional Massage Therapy Program. One can first take the Professional Massage Therapy Program and start working straight away then later in life, you can decide to upgrade to Master Bodyworker Program.

HOW DO I BECOME A MUSIC THERAPIST?

These programs usually require the student to take all core music therapy courses at the undergraduate level and to make up any deficiencies the student may have in supportive areas such as anatomy, psychology, music, etc. Essentially, equivalency students have to complete all courses required in the undergraduate music therapy degree program which they have not already taken. Those who already have a degree in music performance or music education can usually complete an equivalency program and the internship in about two years; students who do not have a music degree may take significantly longer. Many students work on a master's degree while completing equivalency requirements.

Several colleges and universities offer a master's degree in music therapy. It usually requires 30 semester hours or credits beyond the undergraduate or equivalency program. The curriculum consists of advanced courses in music therapy, music, and supportive areas. A thesis or final project and a comprehensive examination are also required.
