The &lt;i&gt;Investor Survey&lt;/i&gt; is a quarterly publication of rates, cash flow assumptions, and other criteria major investors use in analyzing institutional-grade real estate investment opportunities. It includes overall capitalization and discount rates for noninstitutional-grade property as well. After heading the Research Department of another large aircraft brokerage, she joined Avjet as Vice President of Sales &amp; Acquisitions in 1997.  An expert on used aircraft, she has prepared appraisals for many Fortune 500 companies, including Citibank, GECC, KPMG, Credit Suisse, JPMorganChase, Gulfstream Aerospace, and Bombardier Aerospace. Korpacz, MAI" hspace="8" style="padding: 4px; border: 1px solid #ddd;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;This will be a joint meeting with the local chapters of the &lt;a href="http://www.appraisalinstitute.org/" target="_blank"&gt;Appraisal Institute&lt;/a&gt; and the &lt;a href="http://www.naifa.com/" target="_blank"&gt;National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers&lt;/a&gt;. The ASA Board Meeting is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. Dinner is at 6:30 p.m. The guest speaker is Peter F. Korpacz, MAI, who will discuss &lt;i&gt;Emerging Trends: U.S. Real Estate 2006&lt;/i&gt;. Mr. Korpacz is the Director and global head of the strategic real estate research group of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. With over 40 years of experience in real estate appraisal, counseling, and research fields, he is often called on as an expert witness in state and federal courts for tax appeals, limited partnership disputes, and other real estate related litigation. Nationally recognized as an appraiser and arbitrator in real estate tax assessment disputes, he is a frequent speaker and conference contributor.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Paula Konikoff is an independent real estate appraiser and consultant whose practice focuses on the valuation of commercial, industrial and mixed use properties for litigation, arbitration and due diligence. An &lt;a href="http://www.uli.org/" target="_blank"&gt;Urban Land Institute&lt;/a&gt; advisor, she is also Vice Chair of the Appraisal Standards Board (ASB) of the &lt;a href="http://www.appraisalfoundation.org/" target="_blank"&gt;Appraisal Foundation&lt;/a&gt;.  Ms. Konikoff, who holds a B.S. from Temple University and a J.D. from Villanova, will provide an overview of changes to the &lt;a href="http://www.appraisalfoundation.org/html/standards.asp?FileName=current_uspap" target="_blank"&gt;Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice&lt;/a&gt; (USPAP) for 2006.
