&lt;p&gt;Mr. Uribe is an active auctioneer and appraiser, presiding over sales in both the Decorative Arts and Paintings Divisions at Sotheby's, and appearing frequently on the PBS &lt;i&gt;Antiques Roadshow&lt;/i&gt; broadcasts.  A graduate of Princeton with a B.A. in politics and Latin American studies, Mr. Uribe, who is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, is an enthusiastic promoter of Latin American culture. He is a frequent guest lecturer and panelist at museums and galleries both here and abroad. His talk will include a discussion of famous works up for auction, and of how to authenticate works of art. &lt;p&gt;Paula Konikoff is an independent real estate appraiser and consultant whose practice focuses on the valuation of commercial, industrial and mixed use properties for litigation, arbitration and due diligence. An &lt;a href="http://www.uli.org/" target="_blank"&gt;Urban Land Institute&lt;/a&gt; advisor, she is also Vice Chair of the Appraisal Standards Board (ASB) of the &lt;a href="http://www.appraisalfoundation.org/" target="_blank"&gt;Appraisal Foundation&lt;/a&gt;.  Ms. Konikoff, who holds a B.S. from Temple University and a J.D. from Villanova, will provide an overview of changes to the &lt;a href="http://www.appraisalfoundation.org/html/standards.asp?FileName=current_uspap" target="_blank"&gt;Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice&lt;/a&gt; (USPAP) for 2006.
