What I did so far is to prepare an excel sheet to work out the possible discourses by permutation the elements on four quadrants. One form its appearance is as below:

This indicates some of my conventions used in this formulation too. Master Discourse has it own identification number, M1, means to say it has 5 other categories as well, M2, M3, M4, M5 and M6 having S1 at its Agent position.

Blue colored numeral is the serial number of the discourse in concern according to my tabulation. Say, #1 is the Master Discourse 1, M1 and after M6 next category starts on University Discourse, naturally U1 is the major and it takes number 7. University Discourse also feeds 5 other categories such thta U2, U3, U4, U5, and U6, hence serially 13th one will become the Analyst Discourse major A1. Hence the same notation in Hysteric Discourse and its derivatives. This makes total discourses amount to be 24.

Last 17^th of July, or may be few days before, I was starting to write an analysis on Let Her Cry movie. Actually this date is the milestone kept in my mind as the day I sent a preliminary draft of ideas I put together on very much unorganized manner to Mahesh and Hashitha by email.

Though I started on reviewing Let Her Cry movie, my directives changed drastically from the mid of the writing; in fact, mid of the thinking process. At one point I realized something I have kept frozen in developing further somewhere in my study of Lacanian discourses.

So I kept my writing frozen on Let Her Cry and started to formulate my previous findings on Lacanian discourse analyses to more elaborate position by this time.

This wasn’t an arbitrary or random inspiration, but having a real amusement triggered by on discourse structure analytics by someone else’s work.

Yesterday was ended by today morning; sharply one and half hours later the midnight, I could hardly managed to swim into the ocean of my bed. The things have changed to appear in front of me ever since the moment I closed my eyes. Its not a single dream but an enormous amount of chain dreams. Some dreams were merged into others without any boundary or margin, but exist at the same time in different detailing levels.

Last couple of months I spend without having any memory of a dream. I may have dreamed lot, but nonetheless I could recall at the dawn. But, today morning I could recall everything like high definition movie, it is quite strange too.

First phase of my dream started from an accidental shot of a bunch of people busy with operating a cine camera and the actors were kept in a dark background illuminated by very sharp and point lights hanging over the ceiling where could be hardly spotted the fixing arrangements; its complete dark above the scene. I was behind the camera team, little far from them, reaching behind without their attention. I saw in the side, there were some actors rushed into the scenes, sitting in a row, similar appearing their waiting to public hospitals out patient department area. One famous actress suddenly stand out from the raw, actually it was her chance to enter into the stage, where the scenes were continuously capturing.

I noticed that the fat woman sitting beside the camera ordered the team to stop the camera to save some film reals, and take a look at that actress who appeared in front of the camera whispering she has worn the wrong costume for the take. The fat woman, with her enormously large round shoulders were seem to be shaking in refusal, and shouting at her art director.

I turned my self back and stepped out to the lighted area just the entrance of the studio. I saw some people are just above the ceiling level, in higher embankment operating a shovel to push sand on this studio ceiling and this studio appeared to be in the level below the ground surface because of this earth moving operation. I can not see any good reason to dump sand around that studio while some people are really doing some camera operations inside of the enclosure.

Due to this soiling operation, I suddenly noticed that the soil was seeping some kind of a thin liquid from its bottom layer towards the shooting hut. I move towards this soil dumping and had a very close look at what was mixed with soil in such moisture. Those tiny liquid things were many sizing worms! Blue, red, violet, rose and green colored tiny worms were scattering inside the soil mass which is continuously poured into the sides of the studio.

I thought something is going wrong here, and I ran back to my initial direction to inform the gang inside the enclosure to run out from this to save their lives without trapping inside and buried alive below the layer of soil. When I was running inside the studio, the studio itself seem to be expanding in every direction and become a very larger place compared to the previous observation and most importantly worms had surfaced the walls from top to bottom like electrical wires wrapped all around. I had no time to surprise and enjoy the traumatic feeling, I experienced the large diameter worms were emerging all around and they are moving across the air like wire strands of different textures with moisture colors.

I wanted to save the team but they were carrying out there shooting without any attention into the worms or the physical evolution happening around them. All the walls and the spaces were filled with growing worms in size and they were dragging many things from the earth below. I saw a dark shining venomous creatures were trapped with worms and flow with their movements towards somewhere I can not see. All the worms were travelling towards a warp like point in space but could not see in the space where it was actually entering and finishing. It was more or less looked like a hypothetical black hole with gigantic attraction make them move towards its center.

The diameters of the worms growing much larger with time and soon I could see the things flow inside their body, appearing small fish, flowers and other various colorful debris. I could not see any harm from the worms to anyone in the dream other than the irritating feeling of seeing such creatures were passing to a realm, a different realm from ours by an accident.

They were trespassing our realm to enter into their own realm by accident.

I was thinking that yesterday's write up made me bit amused to continue to writing. Hence I was actually waiting till the message appearing in my inbox just to start today' quota. So I had something in mind to write; so here it goes.

When I actually realized that I was really fed up with my writing habit, actually it wasn't having any truth till I re-realized it myself. This made me somehow to manage my readings last night. I delicately managed two hours of bed reading on Atlas Shrugged, and watch the movie while in the mood of John Galt. I astonished by the screen adaptation of the novel. It was simply a marvelous endeavor. I couldn't easily capture the similarities and the dissimilarities of the script with the novel text with respect to the dialogues. They were the same. But when I was into Esio Trot, the movie becomes drastically changed as it contains lot more incidents to make it cinematic rather to a 56 paged children's story book. This made me to realize the cinematic experience need more tension than the fiction itself, but in the case of Atlas Shrugged, it was gloriously filled with suspense or super tension spread all over the pages more than enough to capture into a single movie. I like both the techniques how they have managed to Ying-Yang the media. Still I am trying to figure out the case of John Galt, but it's related to the Real, of course the Lacanian Real! Need more revisiting of Slavoj Zizek to find out the core of Ayn Rand. I love this kind of self affirmation.

Where I have stopped the already started Around the world in eighty days journey frozen? I was somewhere the caretaker starting to look at the inside hideouts of the palace like place where protagonist lived. He was so curious about that giant house but I was not able to continue into what the assistant got by his investigations roaming around. May be today I will read some more on this; can't say much at this moment. I have only eight days remaining for my Foundation Engineering examination. So I have to struggle with primary consolidation and elastic deformation more than literary investigations right now.

In the other hand, how should I continue the pursuing of my new job? Have to wait till the new employer calls me with new visa; it is totally beyond my control. What I can do now is to purchase more Dimicron from pharmacy. Hopefully Salim will reach me within next couple of hours to drive me to Grand Mall.

Who is John Galt remains the same way as I stopped by yesterday. Nobody can stop the same line by the same line each day. Want to find new methods of killing novel characters is a challenge to every writer, so my problem relies on the same grounds. How can I end up this scrap?

I was trying to find the real meaning of SDOF, or Single Degree of Freedom system’s real physical meaning. I still perceive it in a mathematical level of idealization but same as in the reality of physical world. Can we say if someone has one deformation in any one direction under the physical restraints around him could be termed as Single Degree of Freedom situation? I never see a single individual could have been categorically placed as such. I always find people or persona with many Freedoms of Deformations. I capitalized some of those because I needed to emphasize the depth of those words.

Let me say, even more honest way, SDOF doesn't even exist in reality in mathematical foundations as well! Is it true? I don't know. No structure could have a single deformation under single acceleration on earth, where that much pure motion; hypothetically yes, but mathematically, even yes. So I must say that mathematical idealization is not far from the hypothetical stage but in reality, it is impossible to find such dynamic system. But to be honest do we need all factors to encounter for a particular instance of dynamic behavior to predict the worst scenario? NO!

We are looking at the most significance phenomena only to predict the worst outcome of a dynamic system, or any system. Who cares about minor effects that make adding single millimeter to a large deformation measured in meters?

I like this thinking of prioritizing the effects. I want to look at the big picture, in particular phenomena, not the minor effects or their impacts.

I am bit in the mids of Atlas Shurgged, Esio Trot and Around the world in eighty days!; a combination that has nothing in common, apparently, but inside me its getting scrambled. I never know the author Roald Dahl till I accidentally exposed to the gaze of this tiny book packed in a huge shelf of Lulu supermarket at stationary section. I was just killing time to wait till the Ooredoo to open the counter to upgrade my internet connection to 150GB plan because the plan with 75GB had exceeded its limits due to increase of downloading movies during last month. It was the last Friday, hence for the prayers they had closed the counter, so I had to wait outside the mall.

Waiting, waiting, waiting, and waiting.

This made me to take a little walk through the mall, through shelves of various domestic products and huge number of various people. This walk had not any directive; of course it was just to kill some time, approximately three hours! Three hours time passage was never a small time bit at all.

First I went to the E-max shop for electronics and bought a flash drive of 8GB for the kid I would see in that evening in celebrating his eighth year. I wanted to gift him couple of books and some videos. Videos would have gone in the flash drive, so it was purchased. Then I have other nearly two hours to spend there in the mall, so I stepped towards the stationary section, without any clear idea of buying something for that kid. I already had purchased the books that I was about to gift him in the evening. I was roaming through some children books, all around scattered, disordered with Chetan Bhagat, and all the sizes of dictionaries from mini, pocket, concise and academic. So the punch line hit me at this particular dry vision on the shelf. I noticed this book with fairly unusual name, Esio Trot, and the author's name even more confusing at first glance, Roald Dahl, I was reluctantly forced to get the book in hand and open the first bits of pages. All of a sudden, a thunder flashed across my forehead giving a dash shot idea through, by seeing the couple of very last pages, OK, I will buy this book! I saw some writing hints by the author made me to count the book in mind to purchase, and of course the simple graphics spread all over the pages with childish accent in caricature wise. This made my life easy as it was nearly spent ninety minutes on the process and now I am ready to change my internet plan with Ooredoo!

Roald Dahl became one gigantic neuron evoking children literature into my three pounds of brain, actually it was two pounds before editing this for the second time!, and Googled to prevent the neuron becoming isolated in the grey matter around its emergence. I am happy with the choice I made at the supermarket. Literally neurons can emerge in such a way I depicted, but in reality it will not, never mind, this whole thing is literal at the end of the writing.

I never knew the protagonist of "Around the world in eighty days"; Phileas Fogg has anything common with me. Other than the isolation, being isolated with himself, or total withdrawal from the existing society, (but being a member of Reform Club), a fact common to Mr. Hoppy of Esio Trot, Phileas Fogg was the real character I can admire right by this moment to completely coinciding with my misery. Will it be true? We cannot acquire the truth that much easily, so investigation of the truth about that fact could be postponed infinitely.

So the Atlas Shrugged emerged in the mean time, I don’t remember how it exactly pop out in mind, but now the two movie segments of Part 1 in 2011 and Part II in 2012 are packed in my hard disk to watch later, and in the mean time epub version is opened in my tab for continues reading. I have my hard-copy of Atlas Shrugged in my room at southern corner. Nonetheless, I had found the inter relationships of the works by Ayn Rand and Jules Verne and Roald Dahl, in my unconscious mind (who knows or who cares?), to be honest didn’t come into words yet, but hopefully within this life time I could be able to disgorge the best version of my truth about them. Particularly, truth has no versions!

In such truth what will be the role of Quentin Blake, the illustrator of Roald Dahl? Or the role of Jean Passepartout, the servant of Phileas Fogg? or the roles of some characters in Atlas Shrugged railway business? Or anything right now I am busy with? Earthquake engineering calculations which I am preparing heavily to answer the examination questions on seventh day of May 2015?

Finally, SDOF or single degree of freedom systems? Who is John Galt?

Dear Daughter Livini,

Just after a long time I am writing to you. Hope everything is fine with you.

As I said last time, if you are not reading books much, what would have happened to you will be the same what had happened to your Podi Ammi; just live like a vegetable. No comments, no ideas, no values, no comparison, no analysis, no options, no answers, no responses, no creativity, no enjoyment, no judgment, no anger, no feeling and etc. etc.

Sometimes vegetables are better than ignorant people.

So, what you have to do is commit more time to read books whatever comes across to you. Don’t worry about what you are reading, but read it in very deep sense, line by line. This will make your imagination grow.

Think, if you start thinking about the universe now in the age of 12, when you are becoming my age, you probably have thoughts of 30 years old about the universe! For sure, those thoughts will be mature than anyone in your age at that future time. So, if you start reading something now, it will become more historical in your mind with time flows into future.

Keep in mind that, things we put in to our minds will be kept always live, unconsciously, I mean without our knowledge, making many connections inside the brain, with other ideas. So once we need the thing what we learned by reading something, this will come back with many other new ideas interwoven with it, by nature. This is sometimes very helpful to solve problems. We should deeply think about a problem and let it think about itself later while in sleep, will make it solved itself during our sleeping time and the answer will come to mind once you wake up from the sleep. This is very sure thing that you can experiment with.

That is why we need good sleep to keep our brain little rest. Brain is busy even when we are sleeping. So the brain itself thinks for you and solves most of your day to day problems without acknowledging you. This process hence we call it unconscious. Conscious means that we do think putting an effort, but unconscious will think without your effort.

So make sure, that effortless thinking nature in brain, to make use for your life.

So start reading “Sophie’s World”. That is the best book I can recommend to a small girl like you to read at this age. That book will implant many new questions in your mind, at this young age and will surely give answers from your unconscious mind whenever you need it in future, consciously.

You got talent Lishan, I mean it!

It is wonderful to see the background of “Short Dictionary of Misunderstood Words” decorated with Hegel, Lacan and Zizek. This wonderful layout was created by Lishan; I am so indebted to him. From a short request, he has painted full of his marvel on this pixel wall just the background of all the text is hanging on.

The development of this theme is quite an interesting story. I was in mind to put Zizek’s picture in the background just because I wanted a small pleasure of showing him in deep silence, as we all well aware that he is a public intellectual and make lot of noises all around the world. So I wanted him to show here bit silenced. In the mean time I wanted to show him as my most favorite writer, philosopher , critic, actor, presenter, speaker, lecturer, etc. may be we can put joker as well. He is quite humorous in most of his speeches, and people pay for his jokes when they are coming in books. This isn’t my idea, but Zizek’s.

Once the layout presented for the first time, not to mention the first version, Zizek was in the God’s position and posing a similar stance at reader while he is lying on a bed. Just this made my total aspect of keeping him in background a little nightmare and I asked Lishan to work it out a bit again to dissolve his gaze on the reader.

Second version came with the similar grid of pictures of Zizek himself again appearing in tiles whole background giving the same effect of Zizek’s authority; I was really frightened to keep such background, probably anyone seldom visiting this site might get the first impression that this blog belongs to Zizek. I never think if he might keep a blog in any known world to us, will never put his face there like we did here. Zizek is very much narcissistic on papers and books what he had written so far, but he doesn’t agree with the publishers of his articles on the past about one thing. How he appears on caricatures or cartoons; make him so upset and he depicts it the way he appears mostly on photographs like a criminal. This is a very ridiculous idea just Zizek keep in his mind or just kidding with.

Finally I got an idea of dissolving Zizek’s power over the blog background by keeping the 3x3 picture grid of Zizek to reduce dispersing Hegel, Lacan and Zizek in 2x1+2x1+5x1 proportion.

So the theme came on this form.

In the mean time I will put here my last conversation with Lishan:

Well, it has been done!

This is quit complicated experience to have such thing happen in my life. But it happened. I just don’t want to explain it. Let it moves along with me.

I do not need to be the most unequivocal gentleman on this society. I do need to show off my insanity and vulgarity as well, so I break rules intentionally and naturally.

What does it mean to me? Just it means lot to me. I am becoming one of you.

I think finally I agreed to use “Courier New”.

Don’t worry; it’s all about my “font” which I am using to type this stuff here. That’s it. Finish.

I do really want to know which type of fonts used by authors of bestselling books. I thought those were written using a special font other than the miraculous fonts freely available with Microsoft Word or other writing software, widely used in the arena of electronic word processing known to me, up to date.

Just for instance, I have seen a video documentary on Slavoj Zizek, and he used some kind of a special font in his clumsy looking old laptop, but “nonetheless” it caught my attention. I was thinking that there may be something in his own imagination and the intellectual credibility relates with the “font” he used to type! Such a great personality in front of an illuminated ludicrous small screen and the typing pad with yellowish natural colored background reminded me the same natural scent of papers printed with black ink; No I don’t think so. It is only an imagination of my own, briefly a very much stupid kind of. Best authors are writing just with their writing pad; never thinking of the font or the format. Just they write. That’s it, perhaps like me!

Ok, Just Few things more. The font, It must be courier new, ok. And the format must be “justified”. It doesn’t mean anything other than stretching text between two vertical limits of the page, equally spacing the words in between. That’s ok too. What else? Want to keep a “counter” on words. Just it is displaying in the bottom status line of this word pad, where I can see every and each time how many words has come from my mind into this typing pad or briefly “my progress” of writing.

Nonetheless I want to stop each level of writing or phase of writing exactly once it reaches the counter 255 words!

I don’t know what influenced me to select this number, but I prefer it will be the one breath of the writing lungs could take in a shot. Lest take it easy. I don’t want to make much trouble on making the “writing” more systematic. May be it will kill my thoughts from the beginning. So I am on the writing desk; my hands are on the typing key pad; my eyes are on the word screen; here I am going to infinite moments of creation. And stupidly I have reached very first 255 words right now!

How can I restart counting after reaching 255 words? No way. It is completely stupid to watch the line of counter to see the number of words continuously starting from 0 to 255 in each session of breathing. By the way, it isn’t easy job to get the multiplication products of 255 by each numeral increasing by unit continuously. Say for example I want to stop writing and look back at the each stoppage of 255 words. In that case I want to stop exactly at 255x2=510 but it is cumbersome event if I want to continue adding each 255. Just let’s stop the discussion here, right now. I don’t want appear to you to make myself so stupid about counting words other than putting things in order.

I forgot one last thing to mention about writing in the word processor, it is always keep things clear and much visible, if you turn your text lines doubled. This is right now I have done. So, one complete session of writing is being reaching to its end within few sentences from this point.

One larger or quite huge tantamount of content is waiting to put on to this word processor; here I suppose, the first milestone is kept. I would prefer if you had maintained your patience up to this line, you could have flown further with me in a many worlds of imaginary and symbolic, hereafter.

I lied. I had just not stopped at correct word counts at 255! (You will find below the reasons ARE!)

I actually tried my best to dig little bit of 255! First I found it has 3 prime factors, 3x5x17.

(Keep in mind that 157 is the first “apocalyptic power number” which will further explore at the end of this article. Look at those factors, they are showing the number 157 in a disguised form!)

Secondly, I found that the number made of those prime factors generate another complete prime, 3517! This sounds so nice, isn’t it?

And finally I knew that 255 could be derived from another 3 factors which aren’t seemed to be primes but irrational values. This basis irrational value is the square root of 21, SQRT (21), which will give these figures symbolically in linear combination with other numerals:

(SQRT (21) +19)/2 x (SQRT (21) +15)/2 x (SQRT (21)-9)/2

If, let’s say that 2x2x2=8 is a part of the multiplication, the denominator, it does mean that the value 255*8=2040 will be the multiplication result of (SQRT (21) +19) x (SQRT (21) +15) x (SQRT (21) -9).

So we get another equation of 3^rddegree to solve as follows:

(X+19)(X+15)(X-9) =2040; one real solution for this equation will be 11.5204. Other two solutions are complex.

At 2040, my age will be 69! 6 and 9 are like evil and reciprocal of evil. Not so nice to hear the evilness at that age. Let’s forget it right now. We have bigger problems rather than dying on 69!

Now, again, forget about SQRT (21) or X. What does it mean 9, 15 and 19 to me?

It is having multiplication result exactly 2565; which is having kind relationship with 255 in vicinity!

It’s just coming “6” in between the 255, somewhere it changes whole value of the original, and 6 relates to some kind of evil again, we can’t forget it at this moment and hereinafter…

Let’s put together the prime factors of 2565 in order to get the number 91519.

What 91519 says about me? It has kind prime factors 71 and 1289.

It is easy to realize that 71 means to me is that my birth year.

What does 1289 says to me? Do we believe in previous births? No! I just don’t like that kind of argument here. If I believe in number of the beast, why don’t I believe in previous births either without good reason? Let’s say if I believe so year 1289 is related with some religious upheavals in the West, which I am not sure how my soul is to be connected with such. So simply I omit further analysis of 1289 as an historical aspect.

But still I can manipulate its numerical value with other mythical data.

Well, Wikipedia says:

“The number 1289 is called an apocalyptic power because 2¹²⁸⁹ contains the consecutive digits 666 (in decimal), as the Number of the Beast: in the sequence ..., 1281, 1285, 1286, 1289, 1290, 1298, 1301, etc.^[1]^[2]“

So the evil things are repeating. 6 appeared once before and again it appears in evil form depicting “number of the beast”, can’t just simply omit the consequences.

I think 255 is not a number to use as the basis of a writing count for me!

Fantasies have to be unrealistic...

I was removing my eyes away from the movie The Life of David Gale, ~~lets say a moment before;)~~ , which made me think of some Lacanian theories of desire and fantasy.

Some movies have that quality of inspiring minds into deep subject matters such as psychoanalysis, I was wondering at the moment of seeing the Basic Instinct part II , few years ago, reminded me the same. ~~In fact some dialogs were saying it is Lacanian itself! :D~~

Here I will emphasize the point adopted from the subtitle file, please go ahead.

“Come on. Think.”
Lecturer David Gail walks across the class room and arrives the front.

“What is it that you fantasize about?

I was really surprising seeing the abstractions from Lacan’s theories into this masterpiece of film work, that gives whole a damn picture of twisted from top to bottom arousing fantasmatic fragments of minute pleasure of the cinematic text.

Here I would like recommend you to watch the movie and get into the nucleus of the Lacanian subject.;)

By the way I have finished reading some of the novels listed for the state literary award for the last year[2009].

The award for the best novel was won by Kandak Sema [A mountain alike] by Sumithra Rahubadda, which was written in the subject of a inter cultural marriage of which happen between a Sinhalese woman and a Japanese old farmer. Literally the novel has not much succeeded but as a theme it conquers a land which is rarely pin pointed by rest recently, and a social issue which took part in the recent history nevertheless a minor form. Due to the socio economic diversities currently happening around the country has made lot of opportunities related with overseas affairs in multi lateral points of various disciplines such as international business opportunities, employment and inter cultural marriages and mostly opening the markets for production based on cheap labor and competitive releases of taxes and lower infrastructure costs in the region.

Due to this paradigmatic liberalized states of social exposure to the world had made unforeseen situations to arise in various sectors of the society. This novel also focused on a similar situation raised in the nuclear aspects of the asian family and its values in different asian cultures [hear between Japan and Sri Lanka]and is fabricated in the novel how it affects female, basically in the female point of view which is primarily governed by the oedipal forces of mind.

We are fortunate to enjoy two debut anthologies in this year, making a remarkable astonishment in our mind, significantly giving a hope in future of each direction of literature.

One is a short story anthology which was written by Nedimale Hector, the so called short story anthology Denethra [Two Eyes], and poetry anthology by Mahinda Prasad Masimbula, the Hiruth Hima Piyallaka,[Sun also in a snow flake].

I would like to show off one poem from Mahinda’s book. This has been translated by Malathi Kalpana Ambrose, which is written originally in Sinhalese.

In that glamorous twilight
As I came to see you
I sensed I was convinced

I have just finished reading of Indiyawa- Shoonya Seweem [in pursuance of null in India] which was written by Eric Eliyapparachchi, a veteran literary critic in Sri Lanka.

It is a kind of travel literature book which author has written about his experience and the places he visited during his assignment in India.

He has colored the essays with large amounts of abstracts from books relevant. Each and every chapter is filled with awesome details in history of India in very readable format with great style and form of each chapter. One can get a snapshot view of Indian Music or Cinema or Media in general or situations of recent past in politics or activities with a quick glance where everything is obviously covered in these 180 pages compactly. I enjoyed it a lot.

One final thing , Boodee is about to start an academic institute, so here you can read about that too… this is for the people who are interested in creative commercial works. Whatever,...

Seven Dreams By: Ajith C Herath

Today I will post here a strange thing as conflicting so far though I was continuing with many misunderstood words and contexts related posts till the last one about high definition matrix of the human eye. This poem is by Ajith C Herath, a veteran revolutionist and critical poet in our time. He depicts the reality of the struggle in Sri Lanka for the last forty years since Sri Lanka was conceived the Marxist specters of armed struggle since radical revolutionary party the so called JVP, Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna or the People’s Liberation Front, proclaimed two unsuccessful revolutions in the island since its origin in late sixties. At the mid of the seventies the North Eastern Tamil people were engulfed into a similar attempt towards their liberation through another armed struggle headed by Tamil revolutionaries called Liberation Tamil Tigers of Elam, LTTE.

This poem depicts the final realm both of these struggles had to face in the capitalistic regimes.

Seven Dreams

First Dream -You never noticed

I was falling
from unimaginable points of infinity.
Mucky water surged
through the streets of the city.
Moments before I fell
On to the water,
I woke up an infant
In a cradle floating among debris.
I passed men and women
Smiling and waving at me,
Wading through muddy water,
Gathering up their clothes.

When the cradle toppled
Into a sewer,
I leaned out,
Shivering and unbearably cold
I crawled out of the cradle
Eagerly following you,
But you never noticed!
Suddenly, someone grabbed me
and threw me back into the surge.
Once again I was falling and falling.
Just before hitting the ground,
I felt I was waking up.

Second Dream –Your kiss did not lift the curse I was suffering

the rain was endless.
You stared out of the window.
The mist from your breath
blurred the Knuckles1 mountain range.

I was falling asleep,
knocked out by chloroform,
when I woke up
from a tear slipping out of your eye.
Stretched out on the dissecting table
I stared at you.

Once, for the last time,
You held me gently and kissed me,
Opened the window and dumped me out,
Then left the science lab
Never to return to school.
And your kiss never lifted the curse I suffered,
Nor did I ever wake up, before falling.

Third Dream - The bridge that could not be conquered

Naked they made you kneel down on the bridge,

To save your life,
I screamed and scraped the earth
For the last rifle none of you ever revealed.
It had carved itself underground;
I could not find it!
Corpses were floating downstream.

Whenever I pass this bridge,

Forth Dream - I saw the blue skies and the clouds

sitting on a rotten plank bed
under a passion fruit hedge in the detention camp
I was thinking of ways to escape.
Softly you whispered into my ear
that digging a tunnel
I might be able to see
yet another blue sky with white clouds
beyond a range of seven mountains and large forests.

When the public well was abandoned
And the water was calm at noon,
I sat on the rim of the well
And looking down
Found that tunnel.
The bottomless well revealed
Yet another blue sky and white clouds
From the other end of the earth,
And you stared at me through my own eyes.

Ere the images faded:
Blue sky, white clouds and your face,
I wanted to flee through the well
Before the waters were ruffled
By buckets of detainees by the dozen.
Again. Through an endless hole
I was falling towards the blue sky.

Fifth Dream - Blue tarpaulin pyre

When the cradle was burning
Along with the camp hut of blue tarpaulin,
You came out crawling
Your tiny hands and legs burnt,
As I was helplessly watching
Your fearful struggle.
Once, for an instant, our eyes met.
I will never know, if you noticed.
Crawling
You passed fossilized me,
Fell into a ditch
And disappeared amongst
Dead bodies and smoke …
The ditch that protected you
Was leveled into a tomb by bulldozers.
As they faded into the distance
All I could see was that tiny hand
Above the sands.

Sixth Dream - As I was late, I missed you forever

I woke up in sorrowful vigilance.
Unaware, if it was early or late.
It was still dark.
All of a sudden, a feeling persisted
that someone somewhere was waiting for me.
Who and where was uncertain,
At times it might have been you.
The days ahead, the tasks and appointments,
Were torn off the calendar.
Only the months and days that had passed are remaining …

Walking along the A-9 road,
I cleared the last military checkpoint,
Yet nowhere could I see you.
As I was late,
I did not know if you had left.
I was in the Vanni2, but you were not there.
So I was sitting on the doorstep
Of a house in ruins
Waiting with your half of the cigarette …

Seventh Dream - The past shattered and floated away

Once the search operation had been completed,
The soldiers left.
And in the demolished room I found
our group’s last portrait
Torn into shreds.
Lingering on those time-faded scattered pieces
was our smile
of the last moments we spent together
Just before going our ways
towards unknown destinies.
I placed the pieces on the window sill
wanting to mend them.
A sudden mysterious wind
stirred them up.
Piece by piece they scattered
with the last autumn leaves
Moving to sites far away.
We had become tiny pieces of paper
tumbling away in the wind.

Reflections on the Metamorphoses

lying on a bed early at dawn,
listening to the song of a bird
Is a dream
which may collapse from a fatal scream
in yet another dream.

Who are you?
Dream by dream …
You follow me, while I follow you
and before we can meet
you escape
only to reappear in different form.

through the mountains, valleys and meadows

the golden baldachin of the killer.
The deception passed justly unnoticed,
as similar ones had recurred in cycles.

A frog nailed its soul to the dissecting table
Split its chest and took out its heart,
while, its tongue stretched out,
it enjoyed seeing its own blood flow.
“This is my blood which I had long determined
to shed for your liberation.”
From that time on, no-one would ever die of starvation.

The last prayer rising up from the sorrowful darkness
Of Gethsemane3 gardens
did it not echo the holy truth
Revealed from Parileyiya4 jungle during the cold rains?

The harmonious calm of solitude
Experienced in a lonely school building in Bolivia
Or in the cremation chamber of Borella5 Cemetery
Or on the sands of blood-soaked Nandikadaal lagoon6,
Is the same silence remaining
at the far end of the universe
which the human race will never reach
while lugging their bundles of sins.

Conclusion

Freedom can only be sensed

1.The Knuckles Mountain Range lies in central Sri Lanka, north-east of the city of Kandy. The range takes its name from a series of recumbent folds and peaks in the west of the massif which resemble the knuckles of clenched fist when viewed from certain locations in the Kandy and Matale Districts.
2. Vanni is the mainland area of Sri Lanka's Northern Province. It is considered as an integral part of the traditional homelands of the Tamil people. For over a decade, it remained under the control of the Tamil liberation fighters who ran a parallel administration. Eventually the Sri Lankan government troops who pursued a scorched earth policy gain control over entire Vanni mainland in 2009, after massacring tens of thousands of Tamil civilians and completely destroying entire villages.
3. Gethsemane is a garden at the foot of the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem most famous as the place where Jesus and his disciples prayed the night before Jesus' crucifixion
4. Parileiya Jungle-In Buddhist literature, Parlileiya jungle is described as a place Lord Buddha chose to live, in order to stay away from his own disciples who fell out with each other.
5. Borella Crematorium-The leader of the People Liberation Front, Rohana Wijeweera, who was captured by the Sri Lankan government troops for leading the second Sinhala youth uprising in Sri Lanka in 1989, was killed and cremated in Borella crematorium. The uprising was crushed by the government troops by massacring over 60,000 Sinhala youth.
6. Nandikadal Lagoon-In May 2009, the final battle between the Sri Lankan government troops and the Tamil liberation fighters took place in the area surrounding Nandikadal lagoon in North of Sri Lanka. It is widely believed that at least 40,000 Tamil civilians were massacred during this massive military onslaught.

The elements of the poem in its fundamental analysis of the reality and its metaphors as dreams has been separated into two major conscious levels which denotes the symbolic and imagery to clear cut the suture of the real. It needs some time to work on to see the deep layers of the poem in each space time continuum of which a total of seven.

I was awakened by a dream. Suddenly I realized it wasn’t a dream but I have wakened into a dream!

Dreams and Photoreceptors

I don’t know how exactly I have witnessed this dream by my own biological eyes. Just to mention human has an eye made of flesh and nerves connected to the brain, the neural network of nature, which has the capability of distinguishing image data. It works more or less similar to a manmade camera in many senses. Just my belief is human has made a prototype of natural eye using some metals, plastic and electricity. Though we can see images in a flat continuum [say its flat but it isn't at all flat;retina is spherical], I mean we use our eyes to understand images without pixels! Is that a miracle? How we can see things without any distortion or discontinuity even though eye is made of distinct cells that have sensitivity over light in discrete pattern?

Let’s simplify this question.

We can assume the retina, which is sole responsible to convert light signal through some sort of electro chemical reaction into ions that will enable to transport the light data to the brain along the wires of nerves. In this case retina is made of tiny special cells called rods and cones. Both cell types will convert light data into ions which carry signals along the neuron chains.

In this manner rod cells and cone cells will make the surface of retina as a continuum to catch the light image and proportionately transferring those quantum energies into energized electron radicals through the optical nerve. So we sense the imagery data.

My problem is, if these distinct cells or discrete cells arranged over an area must generate light signals individually and those must be acting as separate data loggers hence the image we should sense must be having dots of colors of image parts similar to a printed picture on a newspaper. Because individual light sensing cell produces its own signal and brain is suppose to capture the entire picture by assembling all together. But if this is the process, it is there a chance to reproduce the image as a combination of a data which was generated by individual cells. For example if we have rod and cone cells[these are actually not in the same proportion. Anyway!] in a matrix of 1000x1000 then the image must be having dots or signals of the same 1000x1000 matrix!

wow...this is so mysterious! Is that the Matrix movie all tells about this?

"No.. no... it isn’t, please don’t misinterpret. Matrix is a more general term. Not only the movie itself! ;)"

But in nature we can see objects without the dots of separation so called pixels in digital context.

How can this happen? Are the photo sensitive cells interpolating the missing data at their boundaries through an algorithm who acts in the brains visual area?

Or though we have this nature of discreteness in the seeing objects but we are unable to disintegrate the actual image?

Or are we really getting perception of totally delusional field of light integrated with a seamless color matrix?

My quest finally is whether we involved seeing aspects of retina while we are dreaming?

I was searching some fact sheets available in the web to investigate this phenomenon of the eyes, but I rarely found free content for these areas as shared research papers on the subject. But whatever my argument stands still for the clarity of the resolution of our own human eyes images which should be bound to the limit of the number of rod and cone cells.

If we carefully study the arrangement of the retina we can see these rod and cone cells are discretely organized on the sub surface covered with another membrane of transparent which covers and protect the retina from the internal fluid of the eye which makes the media for the light to travel through the lens to the retina wall.

Retina – A thin multi-layered sensory tissue that lines the back of the eye. The retina contains two types of photoreceptors called rods and cones. Visual information received by the photoreceptors is translated to neural signals by the nerves called ganglion cells. The rods are more abundant in the peripheral retina and work to detect light/dark changes as well as shape and movement. Cones detect color and distinguish fine detail which is why they are denser in the central retina, especially in the fovea.

So it is easy to understand the anatomy of the eye, which shows many details of the eye structure but I want to focus the subject into the retina. So shall I insert another link to pursue the retina in detail?

The human retina contains approximately 120 million rod and 1 million cone photoreceptors. The figure below illustrates that the distribution of photoreceptors across the retina is not uniform. Cone density is highest at the fovea, where recent estimates place it considerably higher than the figure above suggests -- approximately 300,000/mm2; rod density is highest at about �18 degrees eccentricity. Rods are actually absent in fovea (which is why dim stimuli, such as stars, cannot be seen when gazed at directly, but become visible when images slightly eccentrically -- to the side -- where rods are plentiful). Primates and birds have true foveas (some birds, notably hawks and eagles, actually possess two foveas per retina!); other species such as squirrels, cats, dogs, deer, etc., have a less dramatic regional specialization, and possess what is called an area centralize or a visual streak.

What we can say finally? The human eye is the most High Definition screen for mankind rather to the manmade LCD or LEDs upto now. Isn’t it?

But my quest remains. What about dreams? Are they High Defined or not?

Reading with Music [“මළගිය ඇත්තෝ”]

Yesterday I was reading a 'novel', for the second time, which one of the most famous novels in Sri Lankan literature history, written in 1959 by professor Sarathchandra; actually it’s rather a great one for me because it reflects some of my experience being living outside in another country too. How can I say the name of the novel? It’s simply the “Dead People”! In Sinhalese its name is ‘Malagiya Aththo’[“මළගිය ඇත්තෝ”], ‘Malagiya’ means dead, and ‘Aththo’ means people, or beings. So this novel is not basically centering its theme into an ideology of death or whatever the consequences of being dying or something similar to 'The Tibetan Book of the Dead' etc, but it spiraling around an human axis which one of the ~~most passive~~ protagonist I have ever come across called ‘Devendora Sung’. The story simply develops around DS who was practicing painting and start his life as a Buddhist monk and so and so. After completing many foreign traveling and some painting exhibitions in abroad, he decided to stay in Japan for a period of his life to achieve some of the skills of traditional painting in Japan. During his stay in Japan he encounters some passionate relationship with somewhat ignorant but very humanistic girl named Noriko. There relationship never well defined and no indication of an affair of love but this entanglement make both so sensitive towards their goals of life and end up the story in a partial tragedy by shifting DS back to his own country remaining both unmarried and helpless.

This tale of an isolated man being alone with his painting tools, starts to live in another country and finding some passion to investigate his inner mysteries is represented in very much poetical language. One of the most influential constituent of the novel is to get some awareness of Japanese tradition and its culture, remarkably fabricated. These reviews and critical essays are very much helpful to get into the nucleus of the ‘Malagiya Aththo’; is helpful to dig into most perspectives of reading a novel in modern context.

I was reading this novel while listening to some Japanese music made my reading a pleasurable by synchronizing music with text. That experience is very much cinematic and I used some music of ‘Secrets of Zen’ album and some other ‘Ensemble Nipponia-Traditional Japanese Vocal & Instrumental Music’ album with Kabuki backing themes very nicely marching with the contents of the novel incidentally. Most of the time these mystified lovers, Devendora Sung and Noriko are spending their time together in coffee shops listening Japanese music and watching kabuki in opera halls.

Sometimes I think music playing in background will heighten the reading pleasure of some novels mostly poetical ones. I can remember the best novel ‘Baththalangunduwa’ which was won the title by year 2008, by Manjula Wediwardena is the most poetical novel we experienced reading for the last decade in Sri Lankan literary history, I used ‘Bambaru Ewith’ cinema theme music to play in the background to get into the deep contextual singularity of the ‘Baththalangunduwa’ while I was reading it for the third time. Both the movie and the novel fixed their geographical anchor and context into the coastal life of fishermen and so and so. You can hear the breeze of the sea while you are imagining the portrayed architecture of the characters in textual form in the coastal arena is the mystifying thing here.

This nature of cinematic effect due to background music will be there in most of the English novels too which I came across. “The mysterious flame of Queen Loana” by Umberto Echo is another mysterious novel I can mention here with some classical Italian instrumental music in the background to enhance its reading pleasure such as I used to.

By theory there must be some sort of genre of music each novel can be read in keeping playing background is, mostly, very personal experience and rely on judgment.

Here I am reading aloud a little paragraph out of 'life of Pi' that made my day a colorful sky, since it painted many unusual shades in my mind just after searching in Google images for those unheard flowers I cam across in 'Life of Pi'!

You must imagine a hot and humid place, bathed in sunshine and bright colors. The riot of flowers is incessant. There are trees, shrubs, and climbing plants in profusion-Peepuls, Gulmohurs, flames of the forest, red silk cottons, jacarandas, mangoes, jackfruits and many others that would remain unknown to you if they didn’t have neat labels at their feet. There are benches. On these benches you see men sleeping, stretched out, or couples sitting, young couples, who steal glances at each other shyly and whose hands flutter in the air, happening to touch.

Again I want to picturise this scenery of Profusion: The property of being extremely abundant, flowers.

If I say the true reason behind buying this book ,Life of Pi, was to read about the diachronic/historic evolution or the history of Pi which is denoting the Greek letter [symbol here; oops, i cant insert it here!], the mathematical constant and so and so. Because that was the time I was crazy to read about the history of mathematics and many other relative disciplines of mathematics.

Suddenly I saw this book very near to the shelves of science and mathematics at the Book World –Kinokuniya at Dubai Mall. So I suddenly grab it with The Last Theorem, hence now I am reading about an Indian who came across lot of swimming, oh it isn’t bad though this involves a tiger too. I want to finish this as soon as possible to write something about Life of Pi.

Yes, Amidst: In the middle of reading of a book, will make me so intense feeling of words and colors.

Though further, I found the movie Pi too. If you want to see Pi, then be prepared to get a headache of numbers! For sure it is a psychological thriller merged with number theories that got life with a supercomputer and human called here in the movie as Max Cohen. So have some “Believing that the number and the headaches are linked, Max tries to concentrate on the number through the pain” kind of experience! Never mind, movie doesn’t do any good with mathematics, believe me! ;)

Anyway do you know how 'Pizza' got its name? 

Pizza is cylinder but it’s a flat cylinder. Lets follow usual notation of geometry and find the volume of such thick cylinder having a radius of z and height of a.

A big sorry, coz I couldn’t update this for a long ~~long~~ time as I was out of my access to net ~~perhaps looks like a small lie that could have used to 'Suture' the situation,~~ hope nobody will take that too much serious.:)

~~What~~ I am going to write at the beginning must be something totally useless. Sometimes totally useless matters will become totally useful at the end. Though the politicians ~~[Sri Lankan politicians; may be they are very special type of… who knows?]~~ usually ignore the public during their successful times i.e. just after an election and getting all the heavenly empowers ~~sake of state duty~~, they will experience ~~a sudden quantum jump in their day to day life into~~ a sarcastic life called politically nurtured nature. But after few years once the election comes they have ~~enormous~~ value again on the voters. So the useless matter will become a critical important matter. ~~Hence the proof is done.~~ Just these all crap is useless to write here and waste my time and your time and space here in my blog ~~which I could use to copy and paste another joke~~ instead writing about Sri Lankan politics.

Yesterday Wimal Weerawansha was appearing in the late night news bulleting, though many ~~new~~ ministers and faces were giving speeches on educational reforming in the parliament so and so. Sajith Premadasa was explaining the situations of the government schools of Hambanthota District and his point was that many schools were under threat of closing and bla bla. This was very factual presentation ~~and it was real threat to the newly government policies~~ which are about to deliver no sooner or later to reform the whole structure suiting the private sector to invest on the 'business of education'. Through this catastrophic reforming many hidden and unforeseen agendas to come to the stage without any of the public awareness, ~~is a fact that apparently true.~~ So the situation is very smoggy, ~~but public is keeping eye on the matter.~~ Nonetheless the point here is how Wimal Weerawansha decode the Sajith Premadasa’s involvement at this crucial matter is. As per Wimal this involvement into the debate is just because Sajith wants to brake through his idle status in the parliament and show his apparently dynamic nature to compete to the leadership of the UNP. UNP is nowadays in a deep shit about their leadership after having defeated one and half dozens of elections since under the leadership of Ranil Wickremasinghe, though the activists trying their full capacity to make a change and keeping the potential leadership toward Sajith Premadasa who was the son of one of the best/worst~~[this binary oppositions are related each other in a form of Mobius tape!]~~ president Ranasinghe Premadasa in Sri Lanka.

Anyway Wimal’s words are worth enough to remake the thinking of himself as he was expecting certain things in political space from Rajapaksha Regiment through the presidential election acting as a Trojan fighter disseminating many crucial dramas to make the public opinion drastically positive towards the Rajapakshas while making up his image suitable to plant the seed to become the prime minister ship [hopefully] publishing his speeches in an abnormal hardbound expensive looking book. I personally purchased this 'book' and it was the very first one I have seen through printing age of Sri Lanka, every page on offset with shining and dense.

For thousand rupees it is something showing the 'ego' of a symbolic mad~~nes~~s, otherwise it is nothing. Here we should go back to Slavoj Zizek to re-read this message comes through an abnormal book. What it could be meant by really?

Can language be redefined using some ideas of mathematics? This was the quest made my mind blowing yesterday after reading an article on linguistic.

This article is really thought provoking; as always we heard “two brains are better than one”. When those brains becoming Physics and Linguistics, oops!

Here I will start formulating ~~such~~ model that will help to explain certain things in language or some properties of sign/~~word~~, related to the ~~meaning~~ of what we read. ~~I don’t know how exact this exercise but lets do it for the sake of attempting something instead of nothing.~~

I am sure this ~~new model~~ will take lot of time to put into the order, ~~so be patient~~.

I did exercise yesterday ~~[omg it was 3 days before now!]~~ keeping myself patience of course, results can’t guaranty. Always we have to redefine, refine, remodel, rethink, rearrange-, re-re-, so on and so on…

How can I interpret a sign/~~word~~ as a geometrical object?
What will be the best way of doing it?

Circle?

This is the answer came to my mind ~~first~~. So let’s inject some intrinsic properties of a sign/~~word~~ into the geometry of the circle. ~~This is the beginning of everything~~.

Geometrically, if we represent a word by a circle, then the center of the circle will represent the real signification or the meaning or absolute meaning whichever exist of that word or signifier. ~~[hard to happen!]~~

Let’s say it is the 100% signification of the signified~~.[but i will explain later this will be a Gaussian Distribution!]~~

A word has its ~~central meaning~~/signification. This meaning is related to some other ~~words~~/signs. These, some of the other words have relation to this ~~central~~ meaning in various degrees. These variations can be assumed as how it representing the central meaning as a probability value. Let’s say word A is related to word B with probability of 85% of converging its meaning into A. this is a ~~realistic~~ assumption that we can relate words each other by their relative probability of explaining each other.

When a word is alone it has the fullest area of meanings or significations. The area is proportional to its number of significations. So the radius is simply showing the power of the significations. ~~More radius more meanings!~~

Once it is combined with another word suddenly both words will experience a reduction of their common meanings and action of getting together will increase the whole meaning.

there must be a diagram ~~here, alas, i have not prepared it yet, once i draw it perfectly~~ it will show here a CIRCLE! A really big one showing how the things I explained abouve can be visualised.

I need time to make an ellipse too and show the binary oppositions and what mathematics they govern … ~~surely later!~~ that may be little interesting, at least we are trying something to make visual for the conventions of Saussurian linguistic. Whoof!

Dictionary vs Diary

A Dictionary will become a Diary if someone is having misunderstood words daily!

Yes that’s true, today I will start with some thought provoking idea ~~[to me it is such; may be for you it will not!]~~, so it is done. Please see the first line again.

How can be a dictionary becoming a diary? Or vice versa.

Dictionary has its own rules of arranging its information. The Alphabet! Yes, everything is ordered in alphabetical order. So there isn’t a fuss.

Is there any possibility to convert a diary into a dictionary?

Yes it is; nobody wants to see it like that, ~~but~~, all the days once fixed and ordered in the ascending pattern of its Julian alphabet, it will become a dictionary. All the days will contain sequentially; such information of the meanings of what the day resulted to the one who writes the diary!

But why should I take Julian instead of Gregorian? We ~~actually~~ use Gregorian calendar internationally…

Hmm…

May be because Gregorian Alphabet actually exists. :) ~~I think there exists a language called Gregorian. i dont know, pls google it...~~

So to avoid confusion being ordering events in a diary following an alphabet that really existing, I choose Julian Alphabet! ~~Come on … give me a brake!~~

I was delaying to report something into this dictionary yesterday even though ~~I was planning the same thing, or again that something,~~ found to be very important to mention here or to write.

When I was ~~as usual~~ browsing through Face Book, I noticed something appeared ~~like~~ scattered ~~scraps of~~ written paragraphs everywhere focus on many different themes, I found all those scraps were written about Evolution, Universe, Intelligent Design bla bla bla… I was really curious what will be the thing that would come out if I put these ~~jigsaw~~ pieces together…!

Of course you can find it here, a veteran Sri Lankan journalist who is now living in United Kingdom, is focusing about some of the most deep and mysterious debates in Science and Philosophy. Please find it out and have some thought. Exchange some reviews with him, ~~may be he needs your opinion too, who knows?~~

But ~~most importantly~~ what I see in his suggestion of finding some philosophical background to eradicate the great unification of micro and macro theories of universe, the thing called seed-product model, will not support to explain the quantum states of particles trapped in the ~~deep~~ bottom of black hole singularity. ~~Though may be this is another misunderstood word or words related to his ideology.~~ I want to suggest this seed theory must satisfy not only the eradication of jointing mechanism ~~abyss~~ of Quantum Theory and Relativistic Theory but about the quantum states of those ~~poor~~ particles somehow trapped inside the Black Hole. Merging theories which is seem to be impossible and this philosophical seed theory will support to make it possible to reason out why it shouldn’t required to merge , will never support what will be the destiny of the quantum states of the particles who will reside inside the black hole experiencing Quantum Gravity…

If this is working properly then we have to see the history ~~or His+story~~ to reach the point. ~~History is always "his" story. Never mind,~~ the poem is something concentrated the whole reality of Marxist Movement of Sri Lanka from its origin ~~to now a day~~. Chulananda Samaranayaka, a pioneer poet ~~resulted in the freezed struggle which is a part of the reversed physic+ed his+story of Sri Lanka~~ regenerate, recreate his vision, finding words in his most vulnerable syntax and synthetic abilities to manufacture something we could image here with textual feelings reflected on a Leftist.

The point here to mention his poem is not actually to read it loud or deconstruct it thoroughly but spontaneous reactions made upon it were so impressive, even to note a summary here.

This leftist has his red shirt ready for each May Day celebrations, keeping the suit inside his wardrobe ~~actually in the foremost depth of it under the last linen~~, and he takes all the glory of preaching the slogans marching with his leaders and at the end he will have a little booze for his tiresome journey. Meantime he will preach the Buddhist slogan of wishing the help of Buddha to overcome his destiny. So at the end he uses to follow both dialectical materialism and Ideological Buddhism for his Liberation. That is the ~~rough~~ content of the poem.

~~And for sure this is a reading of mine, so somebody else must have another, may be drastically different. Alas!~~

Regarding a comment made by someone on this poem it suddenly became a little exploration of dialectics and Buddhist philosophical standing.

For the Marxist the philosophy is based on Dialectics of nature which will make the foundation to make it to believe the human capability of changing himself and the capability of him to change the society or any other nature for his liberation is the main regard here. ~~history is made out of all the struggles of mankind.~~

In contrary the religion in this case Buddhism is based on individual liberation and to attain enlightenment or Nibbana at the end. This is self centered and dialectics is society centered in the means of liberation.

Though the ideas were tranquilizing around the both ideas made to immerge that if science is ideological in its fundamental reasoning will brake down the profundity of dialectics and consequently fail the basis of Marxism literally.

Any way this debate goes on ~~forever~~. Every other ism is originated from human knowledge has to comparatively attack the Marxism to testify its viability. Because it has in its history had proved its validity ~~even though its short life span~~ on earth, may be this is something that make a huge notion to fight against each other traditionally or is that the misunderstood conception of birth of an ism?

Today I am thinking something we debated last night; exactly we debated in the last evening till we were exhausted.

Language, the best tool ever man made and [(n)ever] never ever understood its mechanism!

Someone says the Grammar is the dominant.

And to someone the communication is though...

and to some other one it is almost for action, movement, thought, reflection, consciousness, unconsciousness, experience, affectivity etc.

So what is language?

~~We can’t end it though it has never started. The sign makes all the difference, who knows exactly?~~

Nudity: A version of poetry

Sabina defines Beauty here in The Unbearable Lightness of Being as:

“Unintentional beauty. Yes. Another way of putting it might be ‘beauty by mistake’. Before beauty disappears entirely from the earth, it will go on existing for a while by mistake. ‘Beauty by mistake’ –the final phase in the history of beauty.”

Yesterday one of our friend send a poem, it’s all about his political paradigm shift and the causes behind that in a metaphoric way. If I say like that, nobody will get the fact what I mean, still some people are not well prepared to catch such a glitchy happening in Sri Lanka, because nobody is bound to a single or minimum betray for Other or outsider, though dual political thought at least for a duration of few days prevails in each individual. It is impossible to find a human who has both feet in a single land nowadays. They all plan for a shift in near future, that’s the phenomena always [this “always” term is only valid till the cabinet is being selected , believe me] apply to the opposition party members in general. Alas this can be proved very easily with one politician; she changed her party in three different “isms” in a single day! Wow!! It’s a record, I mean a Guinness record.

That’s how Sri Lankan political arena, in a glance, behaves before and after an election. I would like to give a "brief" one-to-one translation of the poem [instead of letter to letter , word by word- transliteration] that our fellow send to us and the sudden reaction came over the people, were fascinating though. Many thoughtful ideas left behind, so I decided to copy some of the bombshells came through poetically sudden provocation texts which were originated by the crowd; throw into this post in mimicking something beyond our sensational way. May be that will give enough fun; or can remember joyously; by the way of this rat run today. Isn’t it?

Isuru Prasanga

Poem dictates the metaphor of Karl Marx to signify the proletariat class’s obvious most active leadership in Sri Lanka, the previous standing party of the poet and his experience in leaving that stand and entering into another party of which headed by another big one who left the same party on many disciplinary disputes and betrayals due to his stubborn uses of his fame as the head of the party’s educational sector and major public speaker. This really depicts where the poet is standing now and its consequences related to whitewash his distinguish predator and making opportunity to take advantage of his capability to clear the path to the higher levels of his personal carrier. This was the central debated idea circulated among the astonishing email exchange by the way in various forms of expressions.

Anyway the way you did so far , continue the same and make Wimal Weerawansha the next president… then of course we can teach these nature of your poems to our children once they come in the printed form of the government text books.

Beyond this point it was so clinical and pointless seem to be the outcomes hence we will stop this drama in this point but enough joyance is there to enjoy!

This is the brief scenario of the contemporary poets, writers and artists in Sri Lanka. They need to sleep with the dog and soon after they want to make up themselves and perfumed themselves that not to leak the smell of the doggish nature to the outer world.

Today I defined the word Nudity, nudity of the writer’s soul in Sri Lanka.

This is how it is written and defined in the most usefully ever made computer program helping me in writing in the computer, wordweb says about skepticism in first glance.

My first attempt of looking a meaning of a rarely meeting word starts from this small pragmatic program which gives me enough meaning all the time to fulfill my curiosity. But nevertheless this isn’t sufficient when I am coming back to my desk with some notes from Hegel. ~~Isn't it so cute to mention Hegel here ?~~

Or if I have started to listen a lecture on the web … Skepticism, Naturalism, and Nihilism in Hegel’s Early Jena Writings of course the meaning of the skepticism merging with many many words in a vanishing singularity. It will become a discourse merely clean cut with the dictionary definition.

Though I want to see how skepticism enters into my thoughts is the most important thing to me. When I was very first encountering this word is sometimes back in my university time when I was starting to read philosophy for my curiosity. Those were the days that my life was determined by the leaders of the student union and their leaders reside outside the campus. It was merely a chain of commandments. It was the time we were parallel swimmers of the knowledge ocean. What made really on us was to surf tons of books in the library to research bulk knowledge on Marxism, was I writing it right? Yes that was the time we were in deep study of the roots of Marxism and social reforming strategies. ~~We were freely surfing through the clouds of words and manifestos.~~

I really learnt the skepticism not from a scrap of book but it was the time our whole life is very much undetermined, uncertain and finally full of skeptical!

We never knew what the real truth was, still I don’t , and what we have to trust at the end of the day.

So my skepticism has more meaning than what it means to you.
