As a child, I was a huge fan of Harold Lloyd; and I'd more than likely happily sit and watch an episode after school to this day were it not for the fact I am no longer at school - I also no longer have a telly, but that's another matter.

Although, here at A Suit That Fits, most of our customers prefer to book in locally to go through their measurements, it is still interesting to know what suit measurements are required. Some extra suit measurements are required for different body shapes, but I'll run through the main ones below.

This is a guide with simple instructions on how to take the 16 measurements (plus a few general details) that any tailor will need to make a bespoke suit.
