Breast Enlargement Surgery is full of risks like any other surgery and it can be caused by many factors. Generally it is one of the safest plastic surgery procedure but we need to think twice, some people have actually died from this procedure. Infection may occur days after the procedure. Though it is easy to treat, but there are medical reports that some women have gotten gangrene and toxic shock syndrome because of it.

Abnormal cool breast if you have saline implants. Though this is safer than the silicone implants, saline gives an abnormal coolness compared to the real warm breast and to the silicone implants.
Breast feeding problem may also occur. If you are thinking of having children, breast feeding is good for their health and development. Now if you already have breast implants, these will likely give insufficient or no supply of milk to your baby. Nursing could also be very painful. It is best to have breast enlargement surgery after your last child.
Detection of breast cancer may be hindered by the breast implants. It will interfere with mammograms and may leak or rupture.
In addition, women with autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, lupus or chronic fatigue syndrome, should avoid having this breast enlargement surgery . You should not give any chance of a foreign body to get in.

There are two types of breast implant, the silicone gel and the saline breast implant. Both have silicone elastomer shell but the saline breast implant has salt water solution inside. Both and even all breast implant will eventually break. As your implant gets older, the more it will likely to rupture. To answer this problem, experts agree to have an ‘Explantation’ (the removal the ruptured implant) immediately, particularly if it contains silicone gel. Here is some information that might be useful in determining if you have a ruptured breast implant.

Saline Breast Implant

Saline breast implant utilizes salt water solution to enhance breast volume. When a saline breast implant breaks, it is very noticeable. This is because the salt water solution leaks very quickly. The breast implant deflates and the breast will eventually change in size or shape in a short period of time. So this will not need an MRI or other imaging technique. The body will absorb the leaking salt water solution and this is not harmful unless it has a fungal or bacterial infection inside the implant or if it has a non-sterile saline solution from the implant.

Silicone Gel Breast Implant

When a silicone gel breast implant breaks, it is not obvious like the saline breast implant. This is because silicone gel leaks slowly. In most cases, the leak migrates to the scar tissue capsule and builds around it. The scar tissue if not addressed may lead to pain and changes in the shape of the breast. In extreme cases, leaks may move to other parts of the body like lungs or other vital organs and the leak is impossible to remove. The longer the ruptured silicone gel implant stays in the breast, the more time the leak can travel in other parts of the body. Fibromyalgia, a pain disorder, was also reported by women with leaking silicone implant, as studied by the FDA.

Change in size or shape of the breast, pain, swelling, numbness, burning or tingling sensations are some signs and symptoms of a ruptured silicone gel breast implant. ‘Silent rupture’ is also highly possible when you don’t have these signs. To determine if you have a ruptured silicone gel breast implant, MRI is most likely the solution. Mammogram is not advisable because it might leak the content more as it squeezes the breast. The FDA advised women with silicone gel breast implant to undergo MRI after 3 years of the surgery, and every other year after to check for leaks.

If you have gynecomastia, you can choose any of the solutions given, but you need to discuss this with your surgeon for further information and for a more suitable solution. Also, if you choose to undergo gynecomastia surgery, it is vital to have a normal weight before the procedure. Thus, this is not a solution with your excess weight.

9 Lists To Keep Updated, and Keep Handy

I bought a Moleskine notebook a long time ago, and for a while it got zero use. My productivity system is totally digital and Web-based, as is my personal journal. I bought the Moleskine because it looked awesome, and because so many other people found it useful.

The Moleskine, though, made its way into my pocket or backpack all the time, because of one simple use I found for it: a list manager. Not a list of things to do, or people to call – different lists. The Moleskine is my perfect list-manager, and that’s all I use it for.

That said, I’ve also discovered how useful it is to keep a small number of lists both updated and handy at all times, for a whole variety of uses. Here are nine lists that can be enormously helpful to all of us, if kept both current and accessible. Keep them wherever you like (for me, a Moleskine), but make sure you keep them.

“Things I Want”

Every year, people I know ask me what I want for my birthday, or for Christmas, or just because they love giving me gifts (that last would would be nice, huh?). Usually, I have no idea what to tell them. That’s why I’ve started keeping a list of things I want – every time I hear about or come across something I’d like to have, no matter how big or small, it goes on my list.

If I get it, or don’t want it anymore, it goes away. It’s simple, but having this list gives me a running tally of stuff I actually want, so I’m not just telling my family and friends “anything’s great, seriously…” and then pretending to like what I get.

“Gift Ideas”

This one’s on the opposite side of gift-giving. If I think of something that would be a great gift for a person I might some day buy a gift, I write down something like “Mom – Rollerblades.” That way, when my Mom’s birthday comes up and I realize I haven’t been paying attention for a whole year, I’ve got some backup ideas. This one, more than all the other lists here, has come in handy over and over in my life.

“Got a Minute?”

We all have things that we’d like to do, but that aren’t required of us and that have no consequences whether we do them or not. I keep those things in my “Got a Minute?” list. If I have some free time with absolutely nothing to do, I’ll take a stab at something on my list. If they don’t get done, it’s not a big deal – it’s full of things I’d like to do when there’s nothing better or more important to do.

“Watch, Read, Listen”

Another critical one for me, as a music and movie junkie. If a movie gets suggested to me, or I’m told I absolutelyhave to hear a particular band, they go on the list. If I have some time, I’ll go through the bands and see if there’s anything good. If I’m in need of another book, I try to pull one from my list rather than just reading whatever’s nearby. These lists are populated by friends, blogs, and any other source you can think of, and they’ve provided me with a ton of great movies, music, and books.

BHAGs

BHAGs, or Big Hairy Audacious Goals, are an important thing for anyone to keep updated. These are goals that are way beyond what you think is possible, and are things you’re constantly keeping in mind with every decision or choice you make. For most, these goals are career-based, but they don’t have to be. What do you want to do, or be, or accomplish? Keeping this list handy will help keep you centered and focused in all things you do.

Bucket List

We’ve all heard of bucket lists before – lists of things to do before you die. These might overlap with the BHAGslist, but not necessarily. For instance, “spend a night in jail” is proudly on my bucket list, but I wouldn’t exactly call that a goal. Keep a list of things you want to do – need to do before you die, both to help you get them done and to help you figure out what’s important. If “go to New Zealand” is on your bucket list, it’s worth saving for rather than taking a less-awesome trip somewhere else.

“Don’t Forget”

This is a list for random, momentary stuff that you need to remember – but not remember forever. Things like “new guy at work is Jim” or “mail taxes” go on this list – review it periodically (I check mine every morning) and get rid of whatever is done or that you actually know. Hopefully, after a week, you’ll remember Jim’s name, and not need it on the list anymore.

Great Ideas

Have a great idea for a business? Thought of a brilliant invention? Write it down. Maybe you won’t do anything with it, maybe you will – either way, having a list of your best ideas is a great way to both stimulate more great ideas, and to give you something to impress the boss with the next time he needs someone with great ideas.

Grocery List

Obvious though it may sound, too many people still don’t keep a grocery list. Or, like me, they keep one and then leave it at home. The usefulness of an always-available and always-updated grocery list is twofold: one, it gives you a place to put “Orange Juice” when you run out of Orange Juice, thus keeping you from either not having it, or buying altogether too much because you couldn’t remember how much you have at home.

Two, it prevents you from buying things on impulse, or because you’re hungry – grocery shopping while hungry is dangerous. Keep a list, buy only the things on the list, and odds are you’ll eat both healthier and cheaper.

I’m a listing fanatic, keeping lists that far outnumber just the ones above. But those nine are the ones that have proven critical to saving me money, keeping me fresh with good ideas, and always knowing what to do or spend my money on in relation to what I want to be and do.

Everything You’ve Been Told is Wrong — The Truth about Marketing Your Freelance Business with a Blog

Most blogging advice does NOT apply to freelancing. Or, it applies in different ways than you read about.
In any case, most of what you read about online marketing is wrong for your freelance business. How do I know? See if any of these are familiar to you:

Your blog isn’t generating leads for you like you’d hoped.
The people you’re engaging with online are your peers instead of your prospects or customers.
The work you’re getting isn’t coming from your website, but from word-of-mouth referrals.
Nobody is signing up for that email list you’re supposed to build.

If you saw your own freelance business reflected in any or all of the points above, you’ve been getting bad advice. It’s not your fault, however, because 99% of the blogging advice out there is not aimed at freelancers. It’s intended for “pro” bloggers and other kinds of online businesses such as e-commerce, coaching/consulting or information product selling. It’s not directed at the unique needs of freelance businesses at all.
But when you search online for information, this kind of advice is all you find. It’s understandable, but there’s a better way.

From Bad to Worse: “Pro” Blogging Advice

Let me be clear: When I say “pro-blogging,” I’m talking about pro-blogging in the generic sense. I’m not specifically singling out the Problogger website for any supposed sin. But let me be equally clear that much of what you read in “pro” blogging advice does not apply to your freelance business.
Here’s why: if you follow that advice, you very well may have a successful blog!
How is that a problem? Don’t you want a successful blog?
No, you want a successful freelance business.
If you’re not getting the leads you want, it’s not because your blog isn’t “big” enough, it’s because you’re blogging for the wrong people, for the wrong reasons or for the wrong goals.

Pro-blogging is designed to grow an audience, not generate leads.
Pro-blogging’s monetization model is advertising- and affiliate sales-based rather than services based. The goal is to send visitors away from the site in order to make any money.
A blog is not a business. A business, however, may use a blog as a marketing channel. The difference between the two (in mindset and motivations) is huge.

The Problem that Masquerades as Success

If you follow most pro-blogging advice, you can have a successful blog. It will get traffic, comments, subscribers and social media shares. By all rights, it will be successful... as a blog.
But it will not get you leads for your freelancing business. You will have a liability which is a drain on your time and money instead of an asset which makes you a profit. Think about it:

You pay for hosting on a site which gets you too few leads.
You have to take a large amount of time to write blog posts and answer comments.
You spend a lot of time reading other blogs and commenting on them.

Essentially, you will have a situation where the tail is wagging the dog. Your “successful” blog will be worthless because it will deplete you instead generate revenue.

How to Blog for the Right People

The goal of a freelancer’s blog is not to attract an audience. It’s to get leads which turn into clients. Yes, being a thought-leader among your peers is a wonderful thing and you should strive for that. But you can’t write to your peers and to your prospects simultaneously. You have to decide which group your next blog post is for, and write it only for them.
Your prospects are going along a connected path of thoughts and questions which will lead to a purchase:

Awareness problem exists
Information gathering and research
Sorting of options and solutions
Comparing solution providers
A provider is chosen and a purchase is made

You want to enter into this process at the first or second step. As part of the second step, people will often ask for recommendations from their network because they know this is a shortcut to finding someone trustworthy without doing all the research themselves.
Word-of-mouth referrals are a freelancer’s best friend. A client of yours gives your URL and/or email address to a friend of theirs. This friend may look you up before making contact. What will they see when they land on your site? Information which confirms you’re the right person to hire? How will you accomplish that?
By writing to that person when you write blog posts.

What to Write about on Your Freelance Blog

What would a person who may hire you want to know?

Confirmation that you provide services that will help them solve a key problem.
The options available with your services, and why they may want to consider certain options (benefits and pitfalls).
That your work has helped others succeed in the past.
That you are safe and reliable to hire.
That you and the client are a good fit for each other.
That they can afford you.

The last point is the most malleable, because if you hit all the other points, the client will be able to afford you. If you don’t, she won’t. It’s like magic!
In some ways, everything I’m saying here looks like “typical” blogging advice, right? Show your expertise and authority. Write about what you know. Choose a niche audience. But notice the slight (yet critical) difference in the angle we’re taking.
If you follow this advice, what you’ll end up with is a blog that will look like a complete failure by pro-blogging standards -- mainly because its audience will be small. However, through the lens of lead-generation, your blog will be a success. Because if you get regular, well-paying work as a result, your blog is a success by freelance blogging standards.
And you know what? No other standards matter.

Freelancer Blog Post Types

What kinds of posts you can write that will help your objectives?

Interviews with clients
Informal case studies
Client success stories
Definition posts
How you dealt with a problem
What to look for in a [service provider or tool]
Your stand on any polarizing issues around the work you do
Why you do what you, how you got into it
How you do what you do, and why it matters to the client
What inspires you, and why
Examples of work, what went into them and the results they achieved

These kinds of posts are clearly aimed at prospects who need to make a hiring decision. In fact, your peers (who wouldn’t mind one bit poaching your clients out from under you) would be loathe to comment on many of these posts. What could they say that wouldn’t make them look like also-rans and make you look like a thought-leader?
Below each post in your blog, make sure you provide an easy link to contact you privately. You care much more about getting leads and inquiries than you do about comments.

How to Get Started and Turn it Around

Now that you understand why “normal” blogging advice doesn’t apply to freelance blogs, you can change how you write posts and what you write about. Here are some steps to help you get started:

Create a “persona” of your ideal client. In the world of marketing and advertising, personas are used to create an imaginary ideal consumer so that the marketing message is on-target. I suggest you read up on personas, but you don’t need to create anything quite so elaborate as what’s described in professional advertising information. Do write up a description of your ideal client, maybe a page or two.
When you write, always write to your ideal client. You are writing only to one person. Pretend you and your ideal client have met for coffee or a drink and are having an intimate, informal chat. This will create the effect of “getting inside the head” of your prospects and they will respond.
Create each one of the post types I list above, then create them again. Mix up the order (the order doesn’t matter). Put ‘em on “shuffle” in your editorial calendar and repeat as necessary. The exception is timely events which you can respond to and offer your opinion on: don’t delay on those.
Change your blog design to add in a contact form or link below every post. No hard selling here or sleazy marketing. The marketing already took place in your blog post. All you need do is provide an easy means of private contact.
Keep going even though your blog readership may shrink. That’s okay, because the people that leave would never hire you anyway. You’re only losing dead weight.
Ask every client why they hired you. Whatever they tell you, keep doing more of that. If, for example, you learn that some clients hired you because of a client interview you posted, then do more of those.

Many people, when they hear about someone doing home base jobs, they give an impression that this man is rich , financially stable and is getting all the wealth that you could think of. Well I guess it would apply for those who really made great fortunes in freelancing. Well freelancing, does not only apply to people working online and is home base, though everyone has their home office or should I say home business, but it also applies to those earning a living that is not directly connected to a certain company, his company is himself.

To be more specific, Online home base freelancing, is the most in-demand or call-to profession now a days. And locally when they hear about it, people have that notion of a "wooh you're rich!" because of the thought that this people are earning a constant flow of dollars. But the unlikely truth is, it's not always the case.

Almost everyday is a job hunting day, most specially if your a project based freelance provider, where you will be paid for the specific task or project that you have done and then that's the end of the contract.Unless they are satisfied with your output they will rehire you and make you do another job. And if you're lucky enough they can hire you for a long term project and pay you either bi-weekly or per month, which doesn't happen that often.

2. DOESN'T PAY GOVERNMENT TAXES AND OTHER GOV'T FEES. Well this maybe true for some freelancers, but for me I continuously pay for tax and other government fees like PhilHealth, SSS (Social Security System) and PAG IBIG Fund. I have the option not to pay for this but if you want to continuously be blessed with WORK and PROJECTS be honest in paying for your taxes and government fees, but if you don't want to it's your decision. But for me, I treat it as forced savings, so that in the future if I can no longer work for a living, I can have my pension :)

3. NO HEALTH BENEFITS. This is true. So if you love your life and love your health you can pick or get your own LIFE Insurances or Pension plans to take care of your health in case of emergencies. Again this becomes my forced savings, so in the future I have something to use or my future family or beneficiaries just in case something unlikely will happen. We don't live forever in this world. Right?

4. YOU CAN CHOOSE YOUR TIME. This maybe true for some. But some clients do require time of log in. Some clients even use time tracking software to seriously track your productivity hours.

5.YOU CAN WORK WHEREVER YOU ARE. This is true if you have a good working Laptop/Netbook and portable plug-it Internet connection. You can't expect WIFI to be present at all times in anywhere you go. If you are a virtual assistant who won't be answering client calls or business related calls then you can work on the beach, in a car or to wherever you are as long as Internet connection is available. But if you don't have that portable device, then this "you can work anywhere" craze may not fit you. If you're getting a home base call center job where you take in income calls or do outgoing calls for clients, you need a sound proof or a zero background noise environment, so it greatly depends on what time of job you have and on the conditions set by your clients.

6. IS A VERY EASY JOB. Well everything is easy when you are enjoying it. If you're doing something that you don't like/love then you will definitely call it as a job. But if you're loving what you're doing, the things that you do daily for your client is something like a hobby,where you spend time to perfect it and enjoy every second doing it.

7. YOU CAN LAND ON A JOB EASILY. Freelance Job hunting is never easy. There are a lot of applicants all over the world. A lot of people are trying to grab the beauty of home base jobs. If you'll search online you'll find a lot of freelance hubs that hosts freelance job posts but not everything is legit. So beware of scams, since there are a lot in the Internet. In most of the sites, getting a project/task/job as a freelancer involves bidding for the price of the project, and most of the time the lowest bidder gets the job.

From my experience, it took me 3 months to finally land to a legit online home base work. And doing it at the same time with the my Office-based job was not easy (that's why I salute those people who survive doing it at the same time). Landing a job is never easy, just like office-based jobs you need to be patient.

8. NO BOSS. Well this is a big misconception. You're client is your BOSS. They supervise you with the things that you need to do or accomplish, they pay you for the project/task that you have done for them and they coach you when there are things that you personally need to change or improve, most of the time with your work ethics. But unlike office-based immediate supervisors, you don't really interact with them physically, most specially if your are working directly to the client, because there are also virtual agencies in the Internet where they act as middle man. They are the once who talk to clients directly and course through informations to you. So if you are in an agency, your BOSS or immediate supervisor is the owner of the agency or an online team-leader, who tracks your productivity hours and checks the quality and accuracy of your work. The difference is you either interact with them through email, skype or chat :).

9. NO CONTRACT. Some clients don't have binding contracts with their Independent contractors and some do have. But whether you have or you don't have, if they feel that they don't need your service or expertise anymore they can end your contract immediately without informing you months or days ahead. You are lucky enough if you'll get a client who will inform you way ahead and give you heads up to look for a new client before your last pay.

10. EASY MONEY. It may look it is but it's not. You maybe overwhelmed seeing success stories online about that great fortune in work from home jobs, some of them are true but a lot of them are scam. Don't be fooled with the easy money process that you can see online. Always remember, great things starts with small things. Their stories are inspiring but you just don't know the pains that they have been through while claiming that fortune of work from home. Article writing jobs starts at $1 per 250 words, hourly rates starts at $0.5 it's so low but there are a few grabbing those rates just to get the job. But if you believe that the quality of work that you can provide for that client is higher than that you don't have to settle in such a small amount.

MY POINT: If you wanted to go on Online Home Base Freelancing ;

Be patient. Some may be able to land on a job in days, some takes months just like me.
Bid bid bid. Don't bid too low that it would look like as if you're giving a free service to a client. Come on you're making a living not a charity. :)
Beware of scams. There are a lot in the Internet.
Know the industry that you wanted to go to, ask those people who have been working Freelance to give you some tips and advice.
As you build your online portfolio, always remember Great things starts with small things, just be patient.
Don't push for freelancing if it's not for you. How would you know? ( Oh well, I couldn't tell, how about you?)

Wakeboarding @ Camsur Watersports Complex!

Wakeboarding just gone crazy lately. All of a sudden International competitions are held here in Camsur Watersports Complex. Seeing the pro's gliding smoothly in the water look so easy and exciting. So I made a promise to myself that I won't go home not spending a day wakeboarding.

Camsur Watersports Complex (CWC) is owned and maintained by the government. It is a man-made lake built with an intention of bringing good vibes to Camsur tourism and also to increase revenue for the Region. This is a project of Gov. Ray Villafuerte which has an intention of earning funds for the region and giving livelihood to the locals (salute!!!). Camsur Watersports Complex is a unique watersports park designed for wakeboarding, wakeskating and waterskiing. For beginner riders to the professional wakeboarders and skiiers from all over the world, CWC offers a 6-point cable ski system, coupled with restaurants, sand bars, spas, pro-shops and grand stands to hold guests. Riders can also enjoy their favorite water sports at night as the park will be equipped with spotlights that allow for it even to be open on evenings (http://www.cwcwake.com/about_cwc_philippines).

When the SFC Icon ended on Sunday, Feb 20, 2011 the other delegates already packed all their things and bid goodbye to CWC to catch up with their flight schedules and others vacate the vicinity to avoid having charged for another day of stay in their accomodations within CWC. My sister is a missionary so she has to stay in CWC. I opted to stay since my trip won't be complete if I won't be able to try what CWC has to offer me. On that day, I went to the wakeboarding registration area to register for the free ride CWC catered for SFC Icon delegates. But sad to say it was already fully booked. And wait listing has been cut off early because of too many registrants, well imagine 7000 delegates of SFC ICON that should be a lot huh? Since there is no advance wait listing for the next day, we were advised to be in the vicinity starting 7am in the morning to catch the beginners monday promo that they have, which only costs Php 200 pesos from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. Well, that's fine with me, as long as I can wakeboard.

So the next day,Monday, was indeed my wakeboarding day. Me and my sister stayed in Naga City, we arrived an hour late for the beginners monday treat, so we opted for the per hour course instead. Well, i thought an hour was enough, but men, I would highly recommend to get the half day or the whole day unlimited ride instead.

We got to try knee boarding and learn wake-boarding at the beginners lake. Knee boarding was the easiest but wakeboarding is much challenging for me and for my sister. We are quite heavy and the wake-board needs control from your heels. I find it hard to control my heels and my hands to not pull the rope, but as a human reflex our immediate reaction when being pulled is to pull back which results to an unstable cable and the sinking of the wakeboard. So as you can see below are the pictures of our many "semplang" moments while learning to wakeboard at the beginners lake.

You might be wondering why we were at the beginners lake? Well, there are a lot of Professional riders on queue at the Big wakeboarding lake and if beginners trying to learn wakeboard will be placed their you'll just be a waste of time, hehehe. So that's why beginners lake was created.

The instructors are very accomodating and patient. They are very encouraging and full of powerful words pushing you to not give up. And when you were able to glide back and forth and know how to turn from one side to the other, you're off to the Big wakeboarding lake...

And since we worked so hard for the ride, we have to stuff our hungry stomach with food from the CWC Club House which is moderately priced. We wished to ride all day but my sister has to go for their missionary conference somewhere in Naga City. We have to bid goodbye to CWC after lunch.

Must try! Try their pizza it looks yummy and is yummy... It tastes like Da Vinci's Pizza in Cebu :)

I surely will go back to Camsur and do wakeboarding again. It was a great experience. How I wish I had more pictures to share. Too bad were only 2 and have to switch positions to take pictures. That's why when we have to knee board the camera stays with the bag. Hmmm that won't happen next time, I'll make sure of that.

1st MSU-IIT e-commerce expo

Being practical and accessible, shopping through the internet has not only become the vogue but has also become the norm in many business transactions.

Subsequently, the World Wide Web has become a global channel for entrepreneurs to create new ways for business to interact with one another and with their consumers. Called Electronic Commerce (e-commerce), this way of business allows customers to transact online through the web without the need to travel to shops.

With this emerging business climate, the College of Business Administration and Accountancy with the School of Computer Studies has set the 1st MSU-IIT E-Commerce Expo that showcases internet-based businesses, the BusIT 3 and BusIT, which five students have developed.

Led by Mr. Lemuel Clark P. Velasco, the expo exhibits e-commerce sites that will be displayed at the Main Library Hallway on March 8 until 11.

A highlight of the event is an Educational Symposium on March 11, 1:00 - 4:30 p.m., at the MSU-IIT Mini Theater. The symposium features topics on information technology applications in businesses including the following:

Walked along the cold streets of Baguio. From Burnham Park to the Cathedral and then to our transient house.

Hmmm I wanna do this again. I may not have the same people with me, but I'd love to reminisce the cold streets of Baguio...alone.

I'll be heading Manila Feb 14, 2011 and yes I'll be all by myself. I need a new set of memories of Manila and Baguio and I guess this is it. I have been wanting to start and learn backpacking skills since then and traveling solo this time is quiet an adventure for me. hehehe

Five Simple Steps to get fit and Stay Fit

You saw a sexy lingerie, two piece bikini or that very sexy underwear that you wish you could wear flaunting your sexy and fit body on the beach or just simply look good in front of your partner. And you have that great imagination of a happily ever after . Your almost ready to pick that pair and head to the cashier only to wake up in a reality that this great piece won't fit you. And then there was silence.

Yes reality bites, many people not only ladies wish to have that sexy and fit body. You dig in to weight lose books and weight management plans, spend time, money and effort on it, only to end up failing. We set these ambitious goals and then fail. When we fail we get disappointed and end up gaining more than what we used to have. Thinking it never worked and never will, for you or to any body else.

So how can we be successful in getting fit and staying fit? Here are five tips that we need to keep in mind to be fit and stay fit;

1. Set a realistic Goal. Often times people tend to set goals that are too ambitious to attain. Most of us set goals that is to impossible to accomplish in a very short time and we ended up being disappointed not meeting it. Set short term goals, know what you can do , once attained then move to a higher goal. Take one step at a time.

2. Decide what plan to take. Whether you'll do an exercise at the gym, brisk walk, walk the dogs or do your own exercise at home or go for a food diet. Choose an activity that you'll enjoy. A task is easier to perform when your having fun doing it, right? Remember that you will doing it repetitively so it has to be something that you'll enjoy and you'll love doing over and over again. Change your eating habit, low carb diet is a good choice.

3. Let go the bad habits, and that includes thinking habits. One fitness plan may work for your friend but it may not work for you. If one plan is not working stop thinking about that plan. However, if your given a plan that should work but you keep on telling yourself that you can't do it, then it never will. So be positive about your fitness plan, instead of thinking that it won't work for you, keep in mind that you will. Nothing bits being optimistic.

4. Talk to yourself. Ask yourself what you want and what's in it for you if you will do it and if you won't. Your main goal is to be fit or to fit in to that sexy lingerie. Think of the things that you can possibly do when you meet that goal. Think of the what if's. What if I get fit and stay fit? What's in it for me? Think of your own satisfaction and think of what you would like to feel? If you are satisfied with your own answers then ;

5. Take Action! A plan will never be realized if you won't act on it. A plan will always be a plan unless you take action. You won't get fit, if you'll just lie on your bed and keep on dreaming all about the what if's. Act on your goals. Make your goal a reality by acting on it. By simply doing your short term goals repetitively, little by little you will reach your ultimate goal, and that is to be fit and stay fit.

You can change your life and be at your best, if you act on it now. Remember it's all in the mind and everything will come into place.

How to Get Rid of Credit Card Debt Legally and Efficiently?

Everyone wants financial freedom, the ability to have their money work for them not only today but also into the future. Unfortunately many people have one big obstacle sitting squarely in the way of achieving this goal. Bad credit card debt, which in essence refers to just about any type of credit card debt, takes the control of their money and turns it over to their creditors through outrageous interest rates and fees that seem to pop up at the discretion of the credit lenders.

So how do you get out of the overwhelming trap that is bad credit card debt? How do you stop those annoying phone calls that come at all hours of the day? You go on the offensive and take the necessary action needed to do something about the problem because if you look at it logically it is not the credit card company's fault you spent all that money you didn't have, though they did make it easier.

Step one is to take responsibility for your own financial future by taking back control of your money. Don't let your creditors dictate how you need to spend your money no matter how much they threaten or cajole you or your family. This does not mean you will not pay back that which you owe; it means that you will pay it back on your terms in such a way that allows you to reach your monetary goals.

There are several things you can do to start this process of dealing with your bad credit card debt.

1. Call the credit card company to see what your options are is a good place to start.

Many companies have programs in place to help those who need it. Fee waiving programs, interest rate reductions, or even lower payments can be found but you have to take action and ask them what your options are and find the one that works for your budget. As long as you keep sending them something you'll be surprised at how they will work with you.

2. Find ways to pay down large chunks of those balances is another great strategy, but you will need to be willing to sacrifice not only some of your stuff but maybe also some time. Garage sales, e-Bay, and Craigslist are great ways to get rid of any extra items you have taking up space around your home. You may be amazed at how much you can make off of stuff you no longer use or need.

3. Get a second part time job delivering pizza at night or waiting tables. An extra thousand dollars/or pesos a month can make short work of that debt and expedite your journey to achieving financial happiness. A part time job is not something you need to do long term either. It is a way to make some extra quick cash and get your debt problems back under control.

Taking action and attacking your bad credit card debt head on is the strategy that millions of people have used to get out of debt. Controlling your money instead of it controlling you will work every time, but you have to take responsibility for it and the future it can provide by doing so.

My brother is such a nerd – or a dork, geek, whatever. He just loves tinkering stuffs – both making and breaking (unfortunately). Anyways, it’s his birthday in two weeks’ time. So I asked him what he wants as a birthday present. And his reply was: “Oc830m, 1 aa battery fiber illuminator for hobbies, and 0.5 gpm inline aerator. Love you much.”

Huh? He’s talking Greek again. I have no idea what he’s up to again. But being the good, dutiful big sister that I am to this spoiled not-so-little brother, the first instinct was to google these stuffs. As a non-techie, I absolutely have no idea what I’m looking for exactly. But good thing I found this great website which apparently sells a huge range of products – automotive, magazines, food and drink – name it, they have it!

And so for the three items he specifically asked – oc830m, 1 aa battery fiber illuminator for hobbies, and 0.5 gpm inline aerator – I found them all here. Aha! Now there’s one happy birthday to you, dear brother.

Three Steps to Set Freelancing Goals You Can Achieve

Are you frustrated because you can never seem to get your freelancing business to where you want it to be?
If you don’t determine a destination, you probably won’t arrive anywhere. This is true for travelers and it’s also true for freelancers.
Most freelancers understand that it is important to set goals for their business. What most freelancers don’t understand is how to set goals in such a way that they can actually be achieved.
It is possible to set your freelancing goals in such a way that they can easily be achieved. In this post, I’ll describe one such method that you can adapt to your own freelancing business.

Step 1 Set Your Overall Goal

Not surprisingly, the first step in achieving your goals is to have goals. You can’t meet your freelancing goals if you don’t know what they are.
So, sit down and determine what your goals are. Be realistic and honest. Be specific. At this point, it is not wise to overwhelm yourself by setting too many goals at once. Pick one or two goals that are the most important to you and focus on them.
Here are some goals that many freelancers set for themselves:

Increase my income by x amount - hmm maybe x2 or x3 than my current earnings.
Increase my time available for personal (non freelancing) activities by x hours each week. - can I say 20 hours per week?? :D
Increase the visibility for my freelancing business by establish (pick one) a blog, a social media presence, a local advertising campaign
Gain x additional clients - 2 more clients definitely

Of course, you will have your own goals for your freelancing business, which may (or may not) be similar to those shown above.

Step 2 Determine What It Takes to Get There

Once you have selected one or two goals to focus on, it is time to examine what tasks you will need to complete in order to achieve your goal. You should also examine any barriers that are keeping you from performing those tasks and explore alternative ways to reach your goal.

For example, if my goal were to increase the local visibility of my freelancing business a logical step might be to advertise in the local newspaper or telephone directory. However, a barrier to my taking that step might be the high cost of placing such advertisements.

Because of the barrier, I will need to look for alternative ways of improving my local profile. An example of such an alternative to placing a paid advertisement might be to volunteer to give a presentation to the local chamber of commerce or at a local community college.

Once I have identified some tasks to move me towards my goal, I need to plan and schedule those tasks in such a way that they are most effective. As an example, if I were to speak at the local chamber of commerce I would want to make sure that the meeting would be well attended and that I had handouts and business cards ready for any prospects that I might meet.

For goal #1: I need to accomplish goal #3 to attain it. And for me to accomplish goal #3 I'll start replying and accepting JO's from the Online hubs looking for Freelance Providers. Then for goal #2 I have set my working hours and will try to stick to it and maybe be flexible when needed.

Step 3 Take Action

The final step towards achieving your freelancing goal is to take action on the steps that you have identified above. A surprising number of freelancers know what it is that they should be doing to better meet their business goals, but never actually do it.

One way to make sure that you accomplish what you’ve set out to do is to schedule time for achieving your goals on your calendar in the same way that you’d set aside time for a client project. Often, if you don’t schedule time for something, then it won’t happen.

Determine a deadline for taking action and stick to it.

Making action plans could be one of the challenging part. Now I'll identify them offline. :) and Hope it will work. *crossing fingers*

Wrapping It Up

At the end of your specified timeframe, you should re-evaluate your freelancing goals.
Ask yourself the following questions regularly:

How close did I come to reaching my goal?
What could I have handled differently?
Is my goal still appropriate for my freelancing business, or should I select a new goal?
Should I adjust my efforts towards reaching this goal?

Depending on your specific results, you may need to examine additional issues as well.
Then, keep on heading towards your goal. Persistence is a big part of success.

Revisit the goals and action plans quarterly to determine if the action plans are working or need to be revised.

Th very first Filipino made 3D animated movie. It show cases world class talents of Filipinos. The graphics quality competes with Walt Disney and Pixar's animated Films.

I'm waiting for this movie... I'll definitely watch it in a 3D Cinema whatever it takes :P... At least I have something to look forward to. I'm Optimistic bout it! :)
