This is the second version of the book cover. I think it’s near completion.

I made the sauce droplets look more like sauce instead of blood. Yay!

I spelled Thursdays correctly haha, can’t believe that happened. Love how when you look at something so long it just blends in.

Added a quote as per the suggestion. It’s hard to read at a small size, but will be legible on kindle.

I think that’s it folks. Stayed tuned for when it’s published. It’s a great read!

My little brother wrote a book (so proud!) and I have been tasked with making the cover. This is my first attempt at it, it’s still in the infancy stages, but I’d love some feedback if people have thoughts. It’s is going to be on kindle in digital format only.

Helpful feedback could include…what kind of book do you think it will be by looking at the cover? Is it legible enough at small sizes? Can you tell that the noodle is meant to be a heart? For that matter can you tell it’s a noodle?

Oh, and one of my new year’s resolutions is to do more visual design like things. Stay tuned.

It took me a bit longer than 30 days, but I made it, and in the end that is all that really matters, at least on this task.

I’m writing this on my new laptop, which I’m pretty excited about. I feel like a fish out of water on a PC, especially a PC running Windows 8, but it’s new and with any change there is going to be challenges. I am welcoming this one.

I’m excited for what my next challenge might be. I’m currently doing the 30 day ab challenge for June, but that isn’t enough. I’m torn between trying a first attempt at a novel or doing one web based challenge a week. There are so many things I want to build. I’m excited to explore the possibilities.
