EXPERIMENT

Last thursday i was on working mode and had to edit a video for my Montage class and well, my teacher said it was a good video and that i can actually cut well in final cut pro (my self geek was crazy when he said that), in the end i got a good grade and now i'm presenting it to you :)
Its kind of an experimental video with footage i already had, kind of my perspective in parts of my life and such.
Hope you guys like it.

YOGA

On february 2013 i'll be turning 2 years of practicing yoga, and i feel so so good about it. Yoga has made me ( i think ) a better person, i feel so relaxed and focused on everything.
A friend of mine opened this world for me and i thank her for that, because for 90 minutes i'm out of this world and it let's me just be. It's amazing the concentration i get and the way i feel every inch of my body while i do the poses.

Miss Nina Dobrev is a great inspiration for me ( hey vampire diaries fans! ) she's a yogi and when i found out she was one i was more into yoga, she's so centered and successful and come on! who wouldn't like to have a body like this lady?, fit & healthy all the way!.

Yeah i imagine all you non yogi fellas saying "natara-WHAT"?, well, let's consider those the "fancy names", this 2 poses by Nina in the english languague are King Dancer Pose and The Wheel Pose (better, right?) I love this 2 poses, the first one is a tricky one but when you do it you have to be totally focused or you'll fall and you're working on the tummy, butt, legs, your equilibrium and the strenght of your spine.

For all of you who want to get into yoga, do it!, i seriously recommend it.

Have you seen these paintings by Silvia Pelissero?, or you may know her (in the artistic world) as Agnes-Cecile, she's a 20 yeard old artist from Rome that paints with watercolor and charcoal to represent full on sentimental paintings.

It's pretty amazing what these kinds of paintings can do to the mind, as they represent human emotions to the best, and i really love the technique Agnes uses, free strokes with precision.

EDUCATIONAL FRIDAY

2nd month, almost the 3rd in my master's, 3rd class: M o n t a g e.
Am i making sense?, alright, so if you guys must know, every friday and saturday i have classes for my master's degree, and today we started a new class named Montage, that at first i was actually a little bit in the "no, thanks" planet but after this 5 hour class i was up to the game. It was actually really interesting learning how filmmaking started and how in the 1920's and before that, people used to film and edit their movies.

One of the things we learned: movement. Peeps in the 1800's - 1900's went crazy when they found out how to capture movement, and how to manipulate it to make it look like what we call it today: movie. But of course everything started with photography and i thank them everyday for it. What would we do without photography?!

Alright, something "new" ('cause i actually had a little bit of it in college) for me today, hopefully for you too.

Yes, you probably seen this but it is news to me and i'm actually going crazy about it. The Impossible Project is turning iPhone photos into real and beautiful analog INSTANT photos, let's get all the ohhh! and aaaah's! around here out by now.
They've already reached their goal and now its just time to wait for 2013 to get it in our precious hands and play with it.

Maybe is fall (it probably is) but i want to find a cute cool hat to rock on this time of the year, i mean, look how cool they look!, i am loving the way they styled it at Saint Laurent on PFW, so chic and effortless.

And i don't know why but, i would probably add some studs to it, i just want to.
