I purchased i-pod from meerut,but after some time some it earphone were not working,i brought it to the service station,and they commited me to bring new ear phone within a week but in every visit,they said,come after 2 days,its very pathetic to have service like from Philips.

Looking forward from Philips side,your prompt action is highly appreciated.

I’m located in kolkata. I’ve been running all over the city trying to find an interior or a kitchen designer for our small three bedroom flat. I found some but their aesthetic sense is horrendous. Their idea of hinges and locks atrocious. In fact they canmnot operate on most odf teh desihns that I would like them to such that it fits my small kitchen. They sorely lack innovative and utilatarian ideas. I have founda couple of DESIGHNERS who can really do the stuff that I want but like all DESIGNERS they cost the earth. so I’m basically looking for people who can work in innovation and have plenty of good aesthetic sense but at he same time do not charge the earth…

Dear Sir,

I am Inder Bohra from Meerut (UP). I had most trust this brand (Philips). But few days i am very socked that your service in the Meerut City by your authorised Philips Service Centre M/s Smile Services, PNB Compound, Civil Lines, Sophia Mkt., Court Road, Saharanpur. They are also gave our service in Meerut City. My own a Philips CTV Model No. 21GX1563/94R Sr. no. 16059046. I have faced a problem on dt. 07.10.09 in which picture was moved with tracking so i was call there for clear this problem on dt. 08.10.09 they had come and after checking they have carry the main board of TV with our service centre & say that tomorrow we install it. But same date to till yet now I have many rounds to this service centre and many follow-upwith by phone but no result found.

They are saying that some IC part who install in this TV coming from our Sharanpur Service Centre or Company. I don’t know, they are said true or not. But in this time I am face very problem neither i have not received our TV in old condition nor serviced condition. So sir please help me and a action take to this service centre asap, because this is show your poorly services.
