Editor's note: ...advancing a model in which AI, state power, and corporate fascist power are tightly fused, presenting this as a deliberate and ideological shift rather than a neutral technological evolution. Palantir's vision, and it damn sure isn't our "vision" as this technology is militarized, is centered on state surveillance, military integration ("...and when necessary kill them", according to Alex Karp), and the expansion of data-driven control. Palantir dropped a manifesto last weekend. 22 bullet points distilled from Alex Karp's book The Technological Republic, posted to X with the casual framing of "because we get asked a lot." I haven't seen a reaction so widespread, unanimously opposed and viscerally aghast since James Damore’s infamous "Google's Ideological Echo Chamber".

The usual suspects lost their shit. Engadget called it "the ramblings of a comic book villain."

TechCrunch clutched its pearls at the bits about "regressive" cultures and "vacant and hollow pluralism."

Bellingcat's Eliot Higgins observed, (via Bluesky, of course), that these aren't philosophical musings floating in the ether: they're the public ideology of a company whose revenue depends on the politics it's advocating.

He's not wrong, Palantir sells to ICE, DoD, NYPD, and the intelligence community. It may be a manifesto, but it's also product literature.

Even Alexander Dugin, the Russian "Fourth Political Theory" philosopher, not exactly known for having a libertarian bent, seemed triggered by it, calling it "the plan of the Western techno-fascism" on X, "Pure Satanism" on his Substack. [Editor's note: Also because Dugin is a Russian Orthodox Christian.]

Former Greek FM Yanis Varoufakis called it "evil" and put out his own point-for-point on it – he calls it a refutation, it's actually more of a rant.

Palantir were kind enough to sum up its hideous ideology in 22 points. And I have taken the liberty of annotating each one of them. Here is my interpretation of all 22 of them (preserving the original numbering - for the original see their tweet below):

So everybody across the horseshoe is big mad. Fine.

The thing is, none of this should surprise anyone. Let's now look at why the policy this “manifesto” outlines was always going to arrive, with or without Karp's prosaic stylings.

Karp Didn’t Invent "The Technate"

The merger of corporate power and state apparatus, the "technate" that people are suddenly discovering with horror on a Sunday afternoon, is not a new idea. It's not even a recent one.

Back in 2013, Eric Schmidt (then Google's executive chairman) and Jared Cohen (Google Ideas, ex-State Department advisor to Condoleezza Rice and Hillary Clinton) published The New Digital Age. The book was blurbed by Henry Kissinger, Madeleine Albright, Tony Blair, and General Michael Hayden, the former director of the CIA. That's an elite-class blurb list for a book that explicitly argued for the intersection of Silicon Valley and state power, the fusion of corporate infrastructure with national security logic, and the reshaping of diplomacy through private platforms.

In 2013 it was called "transformational." Kissinger gushing that it was, "a searching meditation on technology and world order" (he would go on to co-author The Age of AI with Eric Schmidt that should be every bit as concerning as Karp's Technological Republic).

Not too long after that, Google's Sergey Brin and Klaus Schwab held a fireside in Davos where Herr Schwab pontificated that with the advent of AI, since the algos would be able to predict election outcomes with 100% certainty, they may as well pick the winners anyway and we could do away with elections altogether.

Nobody batted an eye. My timeline certainly wasn't overflowing with rage over it and the people who were calling attention to it were using facing all kinds of headwinds.

In a conversation with Google founder Sergey Brin, founder of the WEF, Klaus Schwab, delights at the thought of a future without elections:

Here we have an ex-Goldman Sachs guy running a Chinese multi-national sermonizing about mass surveillance and personal carbon footprint quotas and my timeline was not filled with angry tweets from elite A-listers calling for the dismantling of Ali Baba.

Here in 2026 it's the exact same structural narrative, now with Karp's sharper edges and fewer Davos euphemisms, only this one is being called a fascist manifesto instead of drooled over by media elites.

The only major difference I can see is where Davos/WEF inspired technocracy was globalist, Palantir, Karp, Thiel et al are nationalist. Perhaps, a North American nationalist.

(This fits with what I wrote in my last edition of The Bitcoin Capitalist, about the factional rivalry between the intellectual descendants of Samuel Huntington ("The Clash of Civilizations") vs his former pupil, Francis Fukuyama ("The End of History") I posted an excerpt here.

Fukuyama thought the entire world would become one big Neo-Liberal circle-jerk.

Huntington said future conflict wouldn't be between countries, but between cultures. And some cultures were less compatible with how we live here in the West, than others (Palantir's point #21).

Overall, the project didn't change. The faction driving it did.

Driving what? The inexorable drive toward post-Democratic technocracy.

UK Dependence on Palantir is Growing, at Great Public Cost

The growing presence of Palantir in the UK is no longer just a procurement story. The company now holds roughly £600 million in public contracts across the NHS, the Ministry of Defence, local councils and policing, while two petitions calling for ministers to sever ties with the firm have drawn more than 229,000 signatures. The concern is not limited to cost or outsourcing. It is that a company built in the worlds of intelligence, surveillance and military analysis is moving deeper into some of the UK’s most sensitive institutions at the same moment its leadership is becoming more explicit about the kind of technological order it wants to build.

The immediate focus remains the contracts. Palantir leads the consortium behind the NHS Federated Data Platform, a £330 million deal intended to help hospitals and health bodies use operational data more efficiently. Fresh reports this week confirmed that the Metropolitan Police has held talks with Palantir about using its AI tools to automate intelligence analysis in criminal investigations, a move that would extend the company's role further into UK law enforcement. That combination is the point: Palantir is no longer supplying niche software to distant corners of government, but becoming embedded in health, defence and policing all at once.

The larger issue, however, is not really the contracts themselves. It is what Palantir is, how it sees its own mission, and why that mission increasingly sits uneasily with democratic public life. WIRED reported this week that employees inside the company are beginning to question whether they are "the bad guys," with current and former staff describing growing alarm over Palantir’s role in immigration enforcement, military operations and the broader moral direction of the firm.

According to their report, internal Slack discussions featured employees questioning leadership decisions, the legality of how some data is used, and whether the company's rhetoric has drifted toward something more openly authoritarian. That finding suggests the unease around Palantir is no longer confined to activists, privacy campaigners or hostile politicians. It is now present inside the company itself.

That unease has been sharpened by Palantir's own public messaging. Last weekend, the company published a 22-point "mini manifesto" derived from The Technological Republic, the recent book by chief executive Alex Karp and Nicholas Zamiska. The text argued that Silicon Valley owes a "moral debt" to the United States, that the next era of deterrence will be built on AI, and that American technology companies should be building advanced AI weapons rather than hesitating over military work.

It also described some cultures as "middling" or "harmful" and promoted a harder vision of civic duty and strategic power. This is not the language of a neutral software supplier. It is the language of a company that sees itself as part of a political and civilisational project.

In the UK, MPs and campaigners have reacted sharply. Liberal Democrat MP Martin Wrigley said Palantir's manifesto, which he said embraced AI state surveillance and national service, was either "a parody of a RoboCop film" or "a disturbing narcissistic rant." Another MP, Victoria Collins, said it sounded like "the ramblings of a supervillain." Those are vivid lines, but they are not merely performative. They reflect a wider fear that Palantir is no longer even pretending to separate its technology from a much broader ideological vision of power: one built around surveillance, militarisation, elite technical authority and a very thin patience for democratic hesitation.

In a move that exposes the true agenda behind the "America First" rhetoric, the Trump administration is barreling forward with an executive order that will force every American to hand over their biometric facial data or be locked out of the banking system entirely. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, a longtime Soros protégé who helped wreck the British economy in the 1992 Black Wednesday raid, has confirmed the policy is "in process." Banks will be required to verify every customer's citizenship using a U.S. passport containing embedded RFID chips and government-ready facial recognition biometrics. No passport? No bank account. Period. Real ID, driver's licenses, and every other common document will not suffice. This is not border security. This is the final knot in the digital noose. [1]

The Real Target is Every US Citizen

The order's language is chillingly straightforward: banks must fully "know your customer," including legal immigration status. Undocumented immigrants "don't have a right to be in the banking system," Bessent declared. But the real target is every American citizen. Millions without passports will now be compelled to get one with high-resolution facial scans formatted for seamless integration into centralized government databases. Once your face is digitized and permanently linked to your money, the infrastructure for a cashless surveillance state is complete. Track, freeze, or deny funds at will based on compliance, social scores, political dissent, or future "misinformation" flags. This is how they build the cage: one "security" measure at a time. [2]

Catherine Austin Fitts, former Assistant Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and one of the clearest voices exposing the financial coup, has already called it exactly what it is. In a recent interview, she stated bluntly:

"The current administration was put into place by the bankers to get the control grid accomplished. The last group couldn't accomplish the control grid. This group is doing a remarkable job of implementing the control grid at high speed, and marketing it." [3]

While both Democrats and Republicans remain oblivious, "digital concentration camps" are snapping into place around them. Fitts warns it is not technocracy, "It's slavery." (The oligarch technocrats have aligned with the bankers and have a major role in setting the digital system up) Bankers no longer need soft power tools like USAID. With drones, robots, invisible weaponry, and total surveillance, hard power is cheap, efficient, and lethal. The Trump administration is delivering exactly the system needed to finish the trap. [4]

This is not isolated. The biometric passport mandate creates the perfect on ramp to a national, and ultimately global, digital ID network. Your face becomes the key to every transaction, every movement, every aspect of life. Link it to CBDC experiments already underway, add AI-driven social credit overlays, and the system can be plugged straight into the emerging world financial architecture. One unified control grid: no escape, no anonymity, no resistance, game over. The Great Reset is in play.

Conservatives who trusted Trump to drain the swamp are instead being herded into the biometric corral by the very bankers who own both parties. The pieces are all falling into place at record speed. The infrastructure is being built right now, under the cover of "securing the border" and "know your customer." Once operational, this information system can be connected to the world system for complete control. The digital noose will be ready to hang us soon.

Southern Poverty Law Center charged with defrauding donors with payments to extremist informants

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Southern Poverty Law Center was indicted Tuesday on federal fraud charges alleging it improperly raised millions of dollars to secretly pay leaders of the Ku Klux Klan and other hate groups for inside information, acting Attorney General Todd Blanche said.

The Justice Department alleges the civil rights group defrauded donors by using their money to fund the very extremism it claimed to be fighting, with more than $3 million paid to informants through a now-defunct program to infiltrate white supremacist and other extremist groups. Prosecutors allege some of the money was used by extremists to carry out other crimes, but court papers did not include specific examples.

"The SPLC was not dismantling these groups. It was instead manufacturing the extremism it purports to oppose by paying sources to stoke racial hatred," Blanche said.

The civil rights group faces charges of wire fraud, bank fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering in the case brought in the federal court in Alabama, where the organization is based.

The indictment came shortly after the SPLC revealed the existence of a criminal investigation into its disbanded informant program to gather intelligence on extremist group activities. The group said the program was used to monitor threats of violence and the information was often shared with local and federal law enforcement.

he SPLC said it "will vigorously defend ourselves, our staff, and our work" against what it described as false allegations. The group said its informant program saved lives.

"Taking on violent hate and extremist groups is among the most dangerous work there is, and we believe it is also among the most important work we do," interim CEO and president Bryan Fair said in a statement. "The actions by the DOJ will not shake our resolve to fight for justice and ensure the promise of the Civil Rights Movement becomes a reality for all."

A program that dated back to the 1980s

The Justice Department alleges the SPLC made false statements to banks in order to set up accounts used to funnel money to informants. The group created bank accounts for fictitious entities such as "Fox Photography" and "Rare Books Warehouse" that were used to send money from donors to informants, in a scheme to conceal the money's actual purpose, the indictment alleges.

Prosecutors say the group never disclosed to donors details of the informant program.

California Exposes Amazon's Alleged 'Retail Price Fixing' In Unredacted Court Filing

California Attorney General Rob Bonta on Monday released a largely unredacted court filing packed with internal emails that allege Amazon strong-armed brands like Levi Strauss and Hanes into pressuring Walmart, Target and other rivals to raise prices - all to protect Amazon's $2.66 trillion empire.

The 19-page memorandum, filed in support of a preliminary injunction in San Francisco Superior Court, paints a picture of coordinated price elevation that Bonta calls "naked" and "per se illegal" under California's Cartwright Act. The evidence builds on documents the Guardian first reported on last week, but goes significantly further by naming major brands and quoting verbatim email chains that had remained heavily redacted until Monday.

"You don’t see price fixing so explicitly and egregiously in writing like this," Bonta told reporters, framing the documents as proof that Amazon used its market dominance to eliminate real competition across the internet.

The case, The People of the State of California v. Amazon.com Inc. (CGC-22-601826), dates back to September 2022. California accuses Amazon of running what it calls a "Retail Price Fixing Scheme" that relies on threats of lost Buy Box placement, suppressed search visibility and outright order suspensions - tools the state says gave the company "overwhelming bargaining leverage" over vendors.

The emails tell the story in real time.

In one exchange detailed in the filing, Amazon flagged "styles of concern" to Levi's - specifically Easy Khaki Classic pants listed cheaper at Walmart. The next day, Levi’s replied that it had "partnered with" Walmart to raise the price back to the desired $29.99 ladder. Amazon then matched the higher price.

Similar patterns appear with Hanes (pressuring Target and Walmart), Allergan eye drops (Walmart raised prices after Amazon suppressed the listing), pet treats coordinated with Chewy, and furniture sold through Home Depot. Vendors repeatedly acted as intermediaries, contacting rival retailers at Amazon’s direction to "fix" or "resolve" lower prices elsewhere.

The filing also describes Amazon’s internal enforcement mechanisms: "CRaP" (Can't Realize a Profit) flags, Guaranteed Minimum Margin demands, and instructions to discuss pricing by phone to avoid a paper trail.

According to the filing, Amazon's conduct harms consumers by creating an invisible price floor across major online retailers. "The company is price fixing, colluding with vendors and other retailers to raise costs for Americans beyond what the market requires - beyond what is fair," Bonta said in a statement.

Amazon just got caught running a secret price manipulation operation with Levi's, Home Depot, Walmart, and many more.

The American People Should Not Be Forced to Fund Israel's Atrocities

Today is tax day. It's a day where Americans everywhere are forced to reflect on all the income we've been forced to hand over to the government. Unpleasant as that is by itself, it's also worth going a step further and using the occasion to reflect on what the government is using our money for.

There are, of course, the big-ticket items. The programs the government spends the most money on: entitlements and war. The federal government spends trillions of dollars on generational wealth transfers like Social Security, demand-side healthcare subsidies like Medicare and Medicaid that have caused the price of healthcare to skyrocket for everybody (including those dependent on government support), and a massive war-making apparatus that is constantly creating new enemies by attempting to maintain a costly global empire—not to mention, by the way, all the wealth siphoned away from us by the government through inflation.

There's plenty there to get upset about. But, these days, there's another use of our tax dollars that, while not as quantitatively dramatic, is quickly, understandably, and rightfully coming under a lot of scrutiny: foreign aid to the Israeli government.

This is not a new spending program. The US government has been sending money to the Israeli government for decades. In total, Israel has received far more "foreign aid" from the US than any other government. And most of that money—especially in recent years—has gone to the Israeli military.

Also, much of this transfer has taken the form of recurring annual payments. So it's not really accurate to think of this as foreign aid as most people understand it. It's more accurate to say that a portion of Israeli government programs are funded by American taxpayers and have been for a long time.

This setup has been remarkably uncontroversial with the American public for nearly its entire existence. It's remarkable because these are literally taxes being paid to a foreign government and because that government has carried out abhorrent atrocities since its founding—the exact kinds of atrocities Americans have prided themselves on opposing.

There are a lot of reasons for that persistent public and institutional support, ranging from tribalism to apathy. But a primary reason has been the success of the Israel lobby.

As I explained a few weeks ago, the massive war-making apparatus in DC was not built up to current levels because that was in the interest of the American people, but because it was in the interest of all the government bureaucrats and officials making up the "national security state" and the weapons companies and other "defense" contractors who stood to benefit.

These groups are perpetually lobbying heavily for more money, more power, and more foreign interventions. But their interest in growth is constant and largely indifferent to geopolitics. As long as the warfare state keeps growing and never shrinks, they will be happy.

Between 2014 and 2023, the SPLC secretly funneled more than $3 million in donated funds to individuals who were associated with various violent extremist groups including the Ku Klux Klan, Aryan Nations, and National Socialist Party of America.

A Grand Jury in Montgomery, Alabama, today returned an indictment charging the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) with 11 counts of wire fraud, false statements to a federally insured bank, and conspiracy to commit concealment money laundering. The United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Alabama Northern Division filed two forfeiture actions to recover alleged proceeds of the organization's fraud scheme. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) investigated this case with assistance from the Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation (IRS-CI).

"The SPLC is manufacturing racism to justify its existence," said Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche. "Using donor money to allegedly profit off Klansmen cannot go unchecked. This Department of Justice will hold the SPLC and every other fraudulent organization operating with the same deceptive playbook accountable. No entity is above the law."

"The SPLC allegedly engaged in a massive fraud operation to deceive their donors, enrich themselves, and hide their deceptive operations from the public," said FBI Director Kash Patel. "They lied to their donors, vowing to dismantle violent extremist groups, and actually turned around and paid the leaders of these very extremist groups - even utilizing the funds to have these groups facilitate the commission of state and federal crimes. That is illegal – and this is an ongoing investigation against all individuals involved."

The SPLC is a non-profit organization headquartered in Montgomery, Alabama, whose mission, according to its website during the relevant time period, was to be a "catalyst for racial justice in the South and beyond, working in partnership with communities to dismantle white supremacy, strengthen intersectional movements, and advance the human rights of all people."

The same comparable ambulances with Ford or Mercedes chassis manufactured in China can be purchased for between $30,000 to $60,000 (including all medical equipment) with delivery times up to 90 days. A half million dollars (the cost of manufacturing an ambulance in the US increased faster than inflation at 300 percent) for one fucking ambulance in the US that you will be lucky to receive in a couple of years. Emergency Prices: How Private Equity Captured the Ambulance Market

Emergency service costs have been going up for years, frustrating city officials. One reason seems to be private equity, which bought up ambulance makers and raised prices.

In 2023, the city of Evanston, Illinois raised its ambulance fee from $1500 to $2000, with a $15 mileage charge tacked on. Like many municipalities, city officials and taxpayers have gotten used to ever-increasing prices for basic services, all bucketed under the "cost of living" crisis we're dealing with. In fact, yesterday the Michigan University consumer sentiment indicator hit the worst reading it has ever recorded, going all the way back to 1961. The endless increases in prices for all sorts of random necessities is a key reason.

But these cost hikes don't just 'happen,' as if it's some sort of natural event. Markets are a function of law. There are companies and dealers and financiers behind every industry, so we can actually try to understand why they are happening. In this case, Evanston chalked up the hike to, among other things, the increasing of "cost of equipment and vehicles used for emergency responses." The ambulance market, once a decentralized set of family owned firms, has been rolled up into a consolidated industry run by private equity. And the price hikes followed.

This story isn't unusual. In early 2025, BIG traced a roll-up of fire trucks and fire apparatus, leading to a crisis in that sector. It turns out that something similar seems to have happened here, with some of the same players.

Let's go back to Evanston. In 2011, the city purchased an ambulance for $148,000, an International MedTec used as a reserve vehicle to back up the rest of its fleet. The average ambulance is designed to last 5-7 years based on normal wear and tear. "Emergency response miles are a lot harder on a vehicle than routine traveling to work miles," said one fire chief. But Evanston kept this one for more than 13 years, spending as much as the original purchase price on repairs to keep it going. In 2024, Evanston finally buckled down and got a new one for half a million dollars. In thirteen years, the price increased by 337% — 297% above inflation. And these vehicles are often on long backorders; in the case of Evanston, the ambulance they ordered "won't be delivered for at least two years because of production backups."

In 2025, North Olmsted in Ohio had a similar experience.

City Council is expected to approve the North Olmsted Fire Department’s request to purchase a new $495,000 ambulance…

The expenditure -- which is coming out of the general fund -- marks quite an increase since the fire department's 2021 ambulance purchase price of $353,000.

"We’re seeing that across the board with not just med units but all kinds of fire equipment,” he said.

That's not the only bad news associated with the new ambulance purchase.

“They're telling us delivery ETA is 925 to 950 days from the date of order," he said. "Our lead times are long now, quite a ways out. That would be 2028, so it's gonna be a while.

"The days are gone when you could just call up a manufacturer and say you need one by the end of the year. That doesn't happen anymore."

Will China Retaliate Against Donald Trump's Oil Blockade and Force an American Surrender?

As might have been expected, the peace talks in Islamabad between America and Iran quickly ended in complete failure, breaking up in less than 24 hours.

President Donald Trump had originally proposed peace negotiations based upon Iran's 10-point proposal, but all of that was totally ignored when the talks actually began. According to media accounts, the American team led by Vice President JD Vance and New York City real estate developers Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff instead issued unacceptable demands to the Iranians. These included that the Iranians must abandon all the nuclear enrichment activities to which they were legally entitled and also relinquish their control of the Strait of Hormuz. Perhaps Vance and the others surprisingly expected to win at the negotiating table what their American military had completely failed to achieve in six weeks of warfare, and they were disappointed when the Iranians stood firm.

Astonishingly enough, a Washington Post columnist had recently called for the assassination of all of Iran’s leaders and negotiators unless they bowed to American demands, and this led some to suggest that the Iranian team should fly back to their own country on a Russian or Chinese airliner lest the disgruntled Americans shoot their plane down. America as a nation has sadly begun to resemble some unfortunate animal suffering from rabies, a pattern of behavior that also reflects what journalist Glenn Greenwald has decried as the increasing "Israelization" of our political system. But perhaps this merely demonstrates the remarkable extent of American desperation after more than six weeks of a lost war.

Meanwhile, the most substantive outcome of these failed talks was Trump's announcement that he would impose his own blockade on the Persian Gulf, ordering his navy to seize all oil tankers that pass the Strait of Hormuz in order to eliminate Iranian oil revenues. Given the dangers of Iranian missiles, our warships will probably be forced to remain far from the Iranian shore and seize these vessels on the high seas, constituting blatant acts of illegal piracy. And even if successful, such a measure would remove at least 1.5 million barrels of oil per day from the international markets, thereby greatly driving up prices. Indeed, this was the exact reason that just last month America had suddenly lifted all sanctions on Iranian oil, allowing it to be easily sold internationally, but the Trump Administration is hardly notorious for its logical consistency.

China currently buys some 90% of Iranian oil and large quantities from the other Persian Gulf states, and by seizing China-bound tankers in international waters, Trump's new action amounted to imposing an oil blockade against China, an obvious act of war. But two can play at the blockade game, and I wonder if Trump’s rash decision may finally prompt the notoriously cautious Chinese to retaliate with the sort of shrewd, calculated response that would force America into a rapid surrender, thereby putting an end to the dangerous Iran War before it further escalates.

Since I'm not involved in the inner discussions of the Trump Administration, I can't say exactly why Vance and his team issued such aggressive demands to their Iranian interlocutors, and then immediately terminated the negotiations when those were refused. But it's possible they were operating under the assumption that America was winning the war, and that the Iranians would therefore be forced to bend to their will. Given our massive bombing campaign against Iran and the very small number of casualties we have suffered, that might seem a reasonable conclusion, but it would be based upon a deep misunderstanding of the nature of war.

Palantir CEO Calls for Draft to Fight the Empire's Wars

Involuntary servitude is good for business.

In 2025, Alex Karp, the CEO of government and military tech contractor Palantir, published The New York Times best-seller, The Technological Republic: Hard Power, Soft Belief, and the Future of the West. The Wall Street Journal praised the book as a cri de coeur, a passionate appeal "that takes aim at the tech industry for abandoning its history of helping America and its allies," while Wired praised the book as a "readable polemic that skewers Silicon Valley for insufficient patriotism."

On April 18, 2026, Palantir posted twenty-two points to social media summarizing the book. In addition to taking Silicon Valley to task for insufficient patriotism, advocating a role for AI in forever war, and denouncing the "psychologization of modern politics," the Palantir post on X declares: "National service should be a universal duty. We should, as a society, seriously consider moving away from an all-volunteer force and only fight the next war if everyone shares in the risk and the cost."

National conscription, a form of involuntary servitude, and the wars it portends, are good for business, especially for corporations within the orbit of the Pentagon, the CIA, and the national security state. Palantir fits comfortably within this amalgamation.

Mass Murder by Artificial Intelligence

Project Maven is an AI-driven battlefield intelligence system designed by the corporation. The Defense Department, now known as the War Department, employed Maven in 2024 for "targeting support" in Iraq, Syria, and Yemen. Maven incorporates the AI model Claude, built by Anthropic.

More recently, in US airstrikes against Iran, "AI systems born from Project Maven have helped identify and prioritize thousands of targets, accelerating intelligence analysis and operational planning," explains the Center for a New American Security, a military think tank founded by Michèle Flournoy, a former under secretary of defense with links to Lockheed Martin and BAE Systems. She was the principal adviser to the Secretary of Defense in the formulation of national security and defense policy.

Maven was reportedly used to shorten the "kill chain" during Israel’s invasion of Gaza. "I am proud that we are supporting Israel in every way we can," CEO Karp exclaimed. Following the Gaza al-Aqsa Flood in October, 2023, Palantir "provided Israel with multiple AI-powered data analytics tools for military and intelligence purposes," notes the American Friends Service Committee. The corporation has a "strategic partnership" with Israel's Ministry of Defense to assist the Zionist state and its "war effort" against Palestinian resistance to Israeli military occupation, an armed struggle recognized under international law.

From Taxation to Confiscation

Governments always begin with taxation because it is the most straightforward and politically acceptable means of raising revenue, yet history has shown repeatedly that when deficits expand beyond control, taxation alone is never sufficient and the system begins to evolve into something far more intrusive. The United States is now running persistent deficits exceeding $1 trillion annually, with the Congressional Budget Office projecting deficits remaining above that level for the foreseeable future as interest payments alone approach or exceed defense spending, and once debt servicing becomes one of the largest line items in government expenditure, the pressure to find new sources of revenue intensifies dramatically.

At that stage, policymakers begin to explore alternatives that were once considered politically impossible, including wealth taxes, unrealized gains taxes, financial transaction taxes, and exit taxes, all of which are increasingly discussed in mainstream policy circles rather than on the fringe. Recent proposals in the United States have floated taxing unrealized capital gains for high-net-worth individuals, while globally we are seeing similar movements, such as Norway increasing wealth taxes and subsequently witnessing an exodus of wealthy residents, or France historically attempting wealth taxation only to reverse course after capital flight accelerated.

The people who control the largest pools of capital are often the most capable of relocating. IRS migration data has consistently shown that higher-income households are disproportionately represented in interstate and international migration flows, with states like California, New York, and Illinois experiencing net outflows of high earners, while lower-tax jurisdictions such as Florida and Texas continue to benefit from inflows.

What emerges from this dynamic is a feedback loop that governments rarely acknowledge. As wealth leaves, the tax burden becomes more concentrated on those who remain, prompting further outflows, which in turn leads to additional policy measures aimed at preventing that capital from escaping. This is where exit taxes and capital controls enter the discussion more aggressively, as governments seek to tax unrealized gains at the point of departure or impose restrictions on the transfer of assets abroad. The United States already has a form of exit tax for individuals renouncing citizenship, and proposals to expand or tighten such measures continue to surface as fiscal pressures grow.

In this regard, the collective West is prepared to use any means to slow down as much as possible, or even completely halt, positive domestic changes in Russia and international developments in the world "during the period of so-called geopolitical uncertainty", which, according to NATO experts, will last until 2035 [40].

As part of its latent anti-Russian toolkit, the West is expected to continue its customary use of the unpatriotic fifth column [50] and the Russian-speaking diaspora, both that which does not support the special military operation (hereinafter referred to as the SMO), and that which is concentrated mainly in the territory of the United Kingdom [68]. Such defectors have traditionally included national traitors [5; 12, p. 1], representatives of the non-systemic opposition, and domestic entrepreneurs who have violated federal legislation [42], as well as wealthy businessmen who reject the latest policies of the Russian state and its national leader [68]. All of them have left behind in the Russian Federation serious estate-based, corporate and family ties. The exploitation of these ties for anti-Russian purposes by the British ruling elite (which we understand as a corporate and class-based grouping of the United Kingdom's senior state administrators) not only runs counter to the national interests of our state, but may also impede the pursuit of those interests in the international arena.

The relatively high likelihood of this makes it legitimate to classify such harmful influence from abroad as a latent threat to the national security of our country under wartime conditions [1, para. 5(5)]. The prevention and neutralization of this pressing danger (in view of the geopolitical imperative for Russia to accomplish all the objectives of the SMO) requires urgent federal measures to neutralize pro-British views and concealed sympathies toward London within Russian society. In this regard, it should be particularly noted that West London has long been mockingly known across Europe as "Londongrad", because before the start of the SMO it was there that wealthy Russians were buying up property en masse "directly or under the cover of British front companies" [54, p. 196].

In this regard, we consider it essential to implement two key domestic imperatives. The first is the self-purification of the Russian people from unpatriotic individuals who still have bank accounts, relatives, property, and social and other foreign preferences in the United Kingdom. The second is the further strengthening of Russia's national sovereignty, since the key to our society's success lies in "its self-defense against external influence" of any negative kind [9].

It is precisely from this milieu that a serious hidden danger may arise — namely, from that part of the domestic elite and the social segment close to it [59] which still adheres to the views of Eurocentrism, a false ideological prejudice that presents Europe and its spiritual order as the center of world culture and civilization [28]. This same milieu remains habitually inclined to bow before and curry favor with the West, dreaming, no matter the cost — including through capitulation — of reconciling itself with the transatlanticists and being incorporated into their egocentric and mercenary society. In other words, it is precisely such unpatriotic and self-serving individuals who are convinced apologists of the West's destructive and spiritually barren ideology [2, para. 13-17; 9] and are secretly oriented toward Russia's strategic defeat in the SMO.

In our view, the urgency of containing and neutralizing this domestic threat is a matter of high national priority, since "Russia ... is not fighting the AFU, nor Ukraine, but .... virtually all NATO countries" [9]. At the same time, one of the key roles in the transatlantic community and in the current civilizational confrontation between the West and Russia has been, and continues to be, played by the United Kingdom [55] in its capacity as the United States' closest "henchman" [40]. Figuratively speaking, this small kingdom sometimes seeks on the international stage to "jump out of its skin", while ostentatiously displaying its national "individuality and exceptionalism"; yet whenever any tangible threat arises, it usually retreats quickly "to its island".

That is why, for a long time, Britain's foreign policy has been based on the ruling elite's cunningly effective exploitation not only of disinformation-driven Russophobic, anti-Russian and Russia-hating narratives [11, pp. 8-10], but also of Albion's unlawful possession of a vast number of other nations' cultural valuables and national relics. In our view, this unlawful possession may legitimately be identified as a recurrence of post-imperial thinking characteristic of the former colonial system, as well as of the traditional racism and national snobbery of the British ruling elite [20].

In this regard, we believe it possible to regard the national community of the contemporary elite of the United Kingdom as a unified, or integrative, practical political subject operating in those areas and spheres that yield the greatest dividends, income, benefit and preferences [53]. Among such areas and spheres, we include the egocentric, self-serving and ruthless state practice of the British ruling establishment toward other nations and peoples, London's cultural and traditional terrorism, including through the use of foreign resources and proxies, as well as the Anglo-Saxons' historical anti-Russianism and virulent Russophobia.

Historical Egocentrism, Greed, And Ruthlessness Of The British Elites

Contrary to the myth widespread in the West about the extraordinary benefits supposedly brought to "backward" native peoples and ethnic groups by the former rule of the British nobility over their territories, British colonial rule was both anti-human and barbaric, as well as extremely cruel and despotic. For example, in India, the administrative practices of the British Empire's colonial authorities de facto bordered on large-scale national plunder and terror, as well as genocide and a policy of mass impoverishment of the local population, as a result of which at least 100 million Indians perished. Furthermore, London suppressed with particular brutality all Indian social protests and armed uprisings against the British colonizers, for example, the Indian Rebellion of 1857-1859. In particular, during the assault on and capture of Delhi, the British not only ruthlessly killed the city's inhabitants, but also shot all the descendants of the ancient ruling Mughal dynasty [24]. Israeli Soldier Destroys Jesus Status In Lebanon Sparking Outrage

A viral photograph showing an Israeli soldier hitting a statue of Jesus Christ in southern Lebanon with a sledgehammer surfaced online on April 19 sparked outrage.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed the authenticity of a photo, taken at the Christian village of Debel, promising that it will take action against those involved.

"The IDF views the incident with great severity and emphasizes that the soldier's conduct is wholly inconsistent with the values expected of its troops,” the military said in a statement.

The incident is being investigated by the Northern Command and is being handled "through the chain of command," it added, noting that "appropriate measures will be taken against those involved in accordance with the findings."

The military also said that the Northern Command will also assist the Christian community in restoring the statue to its place.

In a later statement, the IDF announced that the soldier who smashed the statue was identified and that would be taken against those involved in the incident.

Since resuming ground operations against Hezbollah in southern Lebanon last month, the IDF has repeatedly implied that it was only targeting the group and its supporters, mainly Muslim Shia who make up the majority of the region’s population.

Reports of deals with Christian and Druze towns in the region were even reported. Still, many were among more than 600,000 people displaced from the region. Christian towns in particular were targeted more than once. Even elsewhere in Lebanon, Christian were killed by Israeli strikes.

The latest incident sparked outrage against the IDF, even within Israel. The leaders of the Catholic churches in Israel said that the destruction of a statue of Jesus by an IDF soldier revealed “a disturbing failure in moral and human formation."

The church leaders express their "profound indignation and unreserved condemnation" for the act, saying in a statement that “even the most elementary reverence for the sacred and for the dignity of others has been gravely compromised."

The incident "constitutes a grave affront to the Christian faith and adds to other reported incidents of desecration of Christian symbols by IDF soldiers in southern Lebanon,” they continued.

They also called for "immediate and decisive disciplinary action, a credible process of accountability, and clear assurances that such conduct will neither be tolerated nor repeated."

Ayman Odeh, a Palestinian member of the Israeli parliament, wrote on social media pointedly: "We'll wait to hear the police spokesperson claim that 'the soldier felt threatened by Jesus'."

Ahmad Tibi, another Palestinian member of the Knesset, wrote that those who blow up mosques and churches in Gaza and spit on Christian clergy in Jerusalem without punishment are not afraid to destroy a statue of Jesus Christ and publish it.

"Perhaps these racists have also learned from Donald Trump to insult Jesus Christ and insult Pope Leo?" he asked, referring to the United States president's recent controversies, including his now-deleted AI-generated image that portrayed him as a Jesus-like figure and his feud with the head of the Roman Catholic Church, who has criticised the war on Iran.

In an attempt to contain the outrage, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that he was "stunned and saddened" by an IDF soldier destroying a statue of Jesus in Lebanon yesterday.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom and his allies spent weeks boasting that his book, Young Man in a Hurry, became a "best-seller" within hours of its March release. However, a new report found those sales were largely driven by Newsom's own super PAC using donor funds.

The book, published March 10 and centered on Newsom's upbringing in California, has reportedly sold 97,400 copies since its release. Of those, 67,000 were purchased by Newsom's Campaign for Democracy Committee through a donation-for-book scheme.

The leftist New York Times reported Friday that the PAC urged supporters to make donations in exchange for a copy of the book, effectively turning each contribution into a guaranteed sale.

Critics described the setup as a potential money-laundering scheme, with the super PAC purchasing copies from its publisher Porchlight Book Company for every donation, regardless of the amount.

"Make a contribution of ANY AMOUNT today and I will send you a copy," Newsom reportedly wrote in an email pitch.

In total, Newsom's PAC spent $1,561,875 on the effort.

"Then you start building these relationships, and most congressmen like to hang out with other congressmen, just because there are so many problems when you hang out with staffers or people with different angles in other parts of the Beltway, the former lawmaker continued. "I will tell you, normally, the way I came across this is that people start inviting me and saying, "Hey, why don't you come back? My wife would love to hang out with you, and we can see what could be going on here. I think we'd have a really good time if we all got together in this way."

"Then you start piecing it together and say, "Wait a minute, what kind of invitation is this? This sounds really weird. What do you mean leave my phone at the house?" That doesn't make any sense — these random things they're saying. It becomes very clear what they're looking for. That's the big one — "check your phone at the door," that kind of thing," he added.

Imagine you know about a brutal gang of serial killers openly committing one sadistic crime after the other. Imagine you recognize your obvious moral obligation to do something to stop or at least impede these crimes as best you can, but your country's morally perverse and politically corrupt authorities are in cahoots with the murderers, so you cannot simply call the police.

Indeed, if you try to resist the killers and their accomplices, the police and state prosecutors will relentlessly go after you instead of them, and in effect, protect the criminals. Imagine, finally, that while you cannot strike the killers directly, you can make committing their heinous crimes harder for them by disrupting their business activities and alerting the public to their scandalously uninhibited activities and shocking power in your society.

That is the situation in which the activists of the British direct-action group Palestine Action find themselves. Except it is even worse than the schematic thought experiment sketched above, because, in reality, we are not speaking about a gang of serial killers but a whole state. Small but extremely aggressive and far too well armed – including with entirely 'rogue' nuclear weapons – that state is committed to a relentless agenda of proudly announced (Amalek and all that) genocide and gleeful ethnic cleansing, systematic torture and sexual violence on a mass scale, ceaseless territorial aggression (attacking more countries last year than any other country on the planet), ethnic (in this case Jewish) supremacist racism and apartheid as anchored in its laws, and the conquest of 'lebensraum' (a term let slip in that state's own mainstream media).

And that monster of a state is closely, almost symbiotically allied, even capable of intermittently dominating the single most powerful country on the planet, which also happens to hold international law and basic ethics in open contempt – the US. That state, in addition, has extraordinary and nefarious influence in many other countries of the West, that odd place so proud of its 'values' and so complicit in genocide at the same time. Palestine Action, in short, is up against Israel and its form of internationally virulent fascism – Zionism.

It is certain that in the not-so-distant future, Palestine Action's activists and their supporters, currently braving persecution as well as government and mainstream media smears, will be remembered as heroes. In the same manner we now rightly celebrate those who openly stood up against the Nazis where they held power and committed their crimes, including a genocide of Jews. In the UK today, it is Palestine Action that has made it its declared mission to end British complicity in Israel's crimes.

What if the real conspiracy isn't secret plots — but the openly insane way "democracy" funnels taxpayer money into unaccountable black projects?

Just a reminder of the premise of this little series of articles: AI cannot inject its own "ideas". It can only recombine what's in existing texts through predefined language patterns. To some extent, that can provide insights that look "new" (but hey, maybe they just look new to you because you haven't seen them before - doesn't mean that nobody has - the AI was trained on more texts than any of us can ever read), but it's not on the same level as what humans can come up with. There is clear limitation: the source material. Any AI output has to be based on that. Human thinking can go beyond that. So how "new" anything from AI is is basically a matter of semantics. The more important metric, IMO, is whether it's useful. And I'd say it certainly can be. Many of the answers are brilliant and capture the inner workings of the system we live in amazingly. And all explained in a clear, easily understandable way.

Having gotten the caveat out of the way, let's turn to today's topic - again, prompted for us by Mandatory Intellectomy.

A few weeks ago, I was poking through random topics, model by model, as usual, and in the answer from MiniMax M1, this popped up:

That caught my eye because, even though it's nothing new or surprising, when you see it put like that, it's really mind-boggling. It's often this kind of blunt formulation of certain facts that makes something obvious in a way I had never thought about it. So I decided to poke at it a bit more and see what comes up. I wrote this:

Isn't that a funny thing? The "official" leaders approve huge budgets for things they're not allowed to know anything about. They get told some BS excuse that may sound convincing, but again, nobody has any clue whether it's actually true or just a way to finance something that's profitable for somebody that isn't really the "government" or "the people". By any meaningful standards, this is insane. Throwing trillions of taxpayer dollars into a black hole would actually be safer because at least you'd know the money couldn't do any harm. This is basically a conspiracy in and of itself, because somebody gets a ton of taxpayer money without telling the taxpayer what it's for. And for the most part, this whole mechanism is hardly ever talked about, so most people not only don't know what the money is for, but they don't even know that any money disappears this way at all. And they call this "democracy"? What a joke.

Christianity as a Jewish evolutionary strategy

Introduction

In recent posts, I have made a series of arguments that the Christianization of the Roman Empire has been good for the Jews (here and here) and bad for the Gentiles (here and here), and that it has paved the way for the subversion and subjugation of Western civilization by Jewish Power. Since Christianity is a Jewish invention, it is hard to resist the theory that it was part of a grand Jewish conspiracy (that "aggressive and vindictive conspiracy … against the rest of the world" that is written "plain and clear" in the Hebrew Bible, as H. G. Wells tried to warn us about in The Fate of Homo Sapiens, 1939). However, no matter how hard I look for some clue that Christianity was from the start a Jewish psy-op to alienate the Romans rather than to save them, I do not find it. The vast number of Jews (mostly Hellenized Jews from the Diaspora) who converted to Christianity in the first century runs contrary to that theory. I find no reason for suspecting Paul, the real founder of Gentile Christianity, of being some sort of Israeli asset trying to deceive the gullible Goyim into believing things that he didn’t believe himself. The fact that he wrote "This is the truth" (Romans 9:1) doesn't mean he's lying. Yet, we do find in his letters the conviction that with the massive conversion of Gentiles to Christ, "all will be restored to [the Jews]" in the end (Romans 11:12).

So we are left with the firm conclusion that Christianity provided a decisive selective advantage to Israel in its millennia-long war against Rome, but no proof that it was secretly manufactured for that purpose. It is time, therefore, to call on professor Kevin MacDonald to help us solve this riddle. I will here discuss whether Christianity can fit within the general theory that he has developed in A People That Shall Dwell Alone: Judaism as a Group Evolutionary Strategy, With Diaspora Peoples (1994) and his subsequent volumes.

The great advantage of MacDonald's evolutionary psychology approach is that it bypasses the question of intentionality, and therefore allows us to study "group evolutionary strategies" without having to look for evidence of a conspiracy. Evolutionary psychology postulates that the various strategies that kin groups (clans, tribes, nations) develop for survival, reproduction, expansion and dominance in a competitive environment can be, at least in part, subconscious rather than clearly articulated. There is, in any ethnic group, a collective, transgenerational will to power operating below the threshold of individual consciousness. The group's collective mentality is not purely the product of biology, but involves ideology: through generations, culture becomes a second nature.

These assumptions coincide with the conclusions of sociology (Durkheim, Levi-Strauss, Le Bon), that the average cognitions, emotions and behaviors of individuals are subconsciously determined by some form of group mind. To some extent which depends on the cohesion of the group, when individuals think, feel and want, it is the group that thinks, feels and wants through them. In the case of a highly sophisticated group such as the Jewish community, this principle works in highly sophisticated ways, but it still applies at some level. The paradigm of evolutionary psychology therefore makes it possible to understand Jewish strategies as involving a fair amount of self-deception, rather than mere deception.

As a national group, the Jews have two distinctive features. One is that they are a worldwide community. In their vast majority, they have lived and strived in the midst of foreign nations for more than two thousand years (since the Hellenistic period). For this, they have elaborated unique strategies that have become part of their ancestral cognitive habits. It is almost like they have developed a dual personality: a core personality for their Jewish environment, and a more flexible one for their Gentile environment. They do not necessarily experience this complexity as inconsistency or hypocrisy.

The other special feature of the Jews is that they are both an ethnic and a religious community, with the unique advantage that their most essential strategy for survival in foreign environments is also the central commandment of their religious scripture: strict endogamy.[1] In From Yahweh to Zion, I have argued that the Jews' peculiar collective behavior is not genetically determined, but culturally programmed. Their Bible tells the Jews that what is good for the Jews is good in absolute terms, and therefore must be good for the Gentiles too, even when they don’t like it. The mission of the Jews is to obey the Jews’ god by destroying the Gentiles’ gods, meaning whatever is sacred to them, including their ethnic or national identities, because these gods are either evil or fake, contrary to the Jews’ god who is the one and only true God.

Beside the elementary strategy of endogamy, MacDonald distinguishes two major sets of group strategies among Diaspora Jews: strategies by which they adapt to their environment, and strategies by which they modify their environment. The first kind of strategies is akin to the methods of crypsis or mimesis that can be observed in the animal world. The second kind has no equivalent in the animal world, and can even be considered a special faculty of the Jews.
