I agree it is a bit long, but I didn't want to make one post per podcast. I tried to make is at least scannable.

There's a lot of stuff to read here and it's late - I almost wonder if these should all be separate posts?

I love the podiobook idea - do you think there's one for "Down and Out in the Magic Kingdom"? I tried to read that one, and around chapter 2, reading it inside my web browser got old - laptops are not good e-book readers.

Hopefully more thoughts to come when I wake up and read the whole post... thanks for the direct message. You should plan on coming up for Orlando Fringe in a few weeks - it's always a fun time and a completely different kind of geeking out.

Good list of some of my favourites- I'd also recommend Christiana Ellis' Space Casey and Tee Morris' Billibub Baddings and the Case of the Singing Sword

I miss having the time to sit down and read a good book. Having three kids, a house, and all of the activities associated with those, time is at a premium. Thank goodness for my iPod and "Pod-novels"!

This article is a good review of several good authors and their various works, and doesn't give too much away. I should know, since I've listened to literally all of the stuff reviewed here. Great write-up!

I will be adding Chasing the Bard, Quarter Share, and Murder at Avedon Hill and maybe a couple of other soon as part of an update tacked onto the end of this post. I had to get it out there though. Thanks very much for the comments.

What a great resource as well as reviews. It's always helpful to find the authors and their works in one place so you can see what else they've done. nice job.
