DORNEY PARK

Saturday, August 16, 2014  9:00 AM

           Come join in the excitement as Ablaze Youth travels to Dorney Park for the day.  We will be leaving the church parking lot at 9:00 AM and returning to the church at 8:00 PM.  Tickets are $40.  Check with Lee to use fundraising money for this trip. This will include admission to the park and transportation. You will still need money for purchasing your own food and drinks.  If you are interested in taking food with you please speak to an Ablaze Youth Leader A.S.A.P.  We need to know if you are going by August 10th if you are using fundraising money to go.

Please fill out these forms for us to keep on file for Ablaze.

We have an improved Information form that accommodates more modes of communication.  Added this year is a Photo Waiver, if you choose to sign we will be able to post pictures in the Youth Room, and also possibly online, but no names will be posted with pictures on the Ablaze Website.
Information in these forms will be used only in a secure database, unless otherwise publicly available.
Medical forms are necessary for us to be able to get treatment for your youth while we are on a trip, we don’t allow anyone to go without one on file.

“I just can’t let it go.” “They don’t deserve to be forgiven.” “It hurts too much to move on.” Maybe you’ve heard your friends say something like this in the midst of pain, frustration and anger towards someone who has hurt them—or maybe you’ve said or thought something similar yourself. Choosing to forgive someone who has hurt us is never easy. So why does it matter so much that we do it? How do we know when we should do it? And how do we know we have actually healed from the pain an offense has caused? How do we simply let it go?
