• Assisting primarily the Financials and Planning functions of the FSI Program Management Office with but not limited to:
• Monthly Headcount Reporting ensuring financials align to business cases
• Understand actuals vs. budget and impact across Initiative
• Provide QA of Initiative/Program/Project financials
• Create, execute & manage Change Control processes across Initiative
• Ensure adherence to Change Control processes and guidelines
• Work on a one-to-one / one-to-many basis with workstream teams, leads and program managers to gain agreement on Change Control requests and resulting potential impacts
• Partner / Escalate to Senior management as needed
• Understand change control submissions from various departments including IT and CFO
• Prepare recurring Change Board meeting including responsible for meeting inputs, gaining consensus on key decisions and documenting and following up on resulting actions
• Accountable for Change Control metrics on a recurring basis
• Performing as a super user of MS Excel & MS Project including able to advanced functionality within MS Excel such as pivots & v-look ups
• Understanding content and tailoring to needs of respective audience
• Partner with Project Managers to facilitate & support the Change Control Process
• Perform as a Utility player within other Program Management Office functions (e.g. understanding status reporting documents, etc.)
• Work with other departments such as Financial Accounting, Product Control, IT and Treasury to facilitate change and to enhance the success of the Initiative
• Assist with development of program wide tools and processes and migration to any associated tools selected
• Support the metric reporting process
• Respond to request for information as directed by the PMO Lead

Required Skills:

• Minimum four to six years Project Manager Experience on large global multi-project financial programs.
• Person should have played past roles as described in the Job Description
• Has spent time with a “big four” leading consulting firm within financial services
• Real Program Management delivery experience. Not just theoretical or only PMO based.
• Ability to learn and understand the content
• Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
• Strong ability to facilitate
• Strong ability to quickly understand the content so as to be able carry on ‘content’ driven conversations with Workstream Leads
• Substantial ability working at a global company
• Have played a role in change management on similar programs
• Have played a role in financials on similar programs
• Strong presentation skills including creating well executed executive management materials
• Power user in the following Microsoft applications: Excel, Project, PowerPoint & Word
• Knowledge of SharePoint
