While at Wal-Mart I bought a can of Bumble Bee canned oysters. And I'll be figuring out how to add some "good" flavor to them in addition to frying them.

Good thing I picked Bumble Bee do maybe my chances of dying from some foreign parasite will be next to null.

Sitting down I sometimes wonder how many people around me are destined for greatness and how many will die in a funny or hopeless situation.

Never know who is going to be the next featured segment on "a 1000 ways to die".

I worry how I myself will go. If I have a choice I'm picking skydiving. That way I can experience what it's like to be Superman for a minute or two lol.

Just now I missed a great "YouTube" moment. A tractor trailer lost two tires which kept rolling forward & proceeded to roll underneath the trailer & blow pieces of rubber all over..

God damn it I missed it!!!! Sigh... If anybody wants to skate off a cliff for me just leave it in the comment section..

Yesterday I decide to eat some Wendy's and well... Those bastards give me a medium soda filled to almost the top with ice.

I know that most people enjoy ice but what the hell!? It's like having a 32 ounce cup with 5 ounces of drink..

Soon as I discover this I walk back in & the manager says its their policy to give that much ice & pretty much she had a tude about it so I said I'd handle it myself by calling their company.

Justice is brewing!!!!

On a side note... These weren't that bad.. These being chili fries..

After much thought and sitting in the thinking man position I will be doing a series of videos with me preparing & eating..... my own ghetto cooking creations.If you are wondering what I'm talking about just look at a past blog of mine which is located here.

Cheers to my health!!!! Because I'm going to need it..

Some of the foods I'm trying to "ghetto it up" are the following.

Waffles
Peanut Butter
Macaroni & Cheese
Pork & Beans with "Hotdogs"
Fruit Punch Drink
Even Tacos..

And maybe some suggestions depending on how crazy they are.

Yummy Tummy Time!

Today I'm eating Zatarain's New Orleans Style Red Beans & Rice with Sausage frozen meals.
You can expect to pay around $3 at a Wal-Mart or something insane everywhere else for this 12 oz package.

Unlike some frozen meals which have complicated instructions this meal is pretty darn simple. I'll give you a step by step.

Remove bowl from carton. Cut slit in center of film.
Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Pull film back & stir. Re-Cover & microwave on high for 45 seconds to 1 minute.
Let stand 1 minute. Stir and eat.

Simple?!!! Your should look like this.

Yes it looks a little umm watery even after stirring but hey. It's a frozen dinner. You want to go through cooking this on the stove and keep stirring and stirring? Maybe you do..
The sausage is tender with a tiny bit of rubbery texture. Lots of celery flavor. Not too spicy but enough to let you know it's red beans & rice. Everything about the meal is pretty good. Even the portions. But could use a few more pieces of sausage.

Now for all you healthy people out there the nutrition facts are I guess pretty normal for a frozen meal.
Calories 560, Total Fat 19g, Saturated Fat 7g, no Trans Fat, Cholesterol 30mg, Sodium 980mg(wooo doggy!), Total Carbohydrate 76g, Dietary Fiber 7g, Sugars 5g, Protein 18g

Allergen Warnings: Wheat, Milk, Soy
To be fair.. You should know whats in red beans & rice.

Whale of a Tale

I've always been an admirer of whales. Watching them jump out of the water and seeing that water spout. There is something inspiring about them. You would think seeing a creature the size of a greyhound would scare me off but I'll be brave. I'll be brave because you know what whales have to go through?

Whales have to deal with pollution, being hunted(still!), natural events such as storms and such. Even sonar used by the military all across the globe. Sometimes I wonder what I can do about this but nothing seems good enough so I just do nothing. What can one person do? PETA can't even get the job done successfully. Maybe it's time to call in Sarah McLachlan to sing a song for a whale instead of a domesticated cat & dog.

Hey I got an idea. Contact the Prime Minister of Japan and tell him to save the whales. Save Willy.. Save that other one too. Don't know about you all but I don't want to see Star Trek: The Voyage Home as a reality.

Ghetto Recipe of the Day!

You want to make some ghetto caviar? Because you know you do for at least a laugh or you're on a budget!
For your "Ghetto Caviar you will need...

A few hard boiled eggs
Black food coloring
Relish
Capers

Chop the eggs to little chunky bits. Add the relish, add the capers.
Add the food coloring and MIX AWAY!
For adding effect place "ghetto caviar" onto Ritz crackers for that extra flare.

Or you can toss this recipe out the window and go to Walmart.com and buy yourself some of this 6 pack for $52.74 which comes down to $8.79 a bottle!!!
