Fraps, mungkin bagi para gamer sudah bukan hal baru, iy akan. He3x.
Tapi daripada uneg-uneg ini gak tersalurkan, maka saya tulis di blog ini. Dulu saya pernah diberi tahu temen tentang fraps untuk rekam video game, wah jadi penasaran dan ingin mendownloadnya di internet. Tetapi susah mendapatkan fraps yang full version.
Berikut ini adalah video hasil rekaman fraps dengan kualitas rendah:

Video hasil rekama ualitas rendah?

Sejak pertama kali memakai fraps, saya terkejut melihat hasil rekamannya membludak bergiga-giga. 1 giga mungkin untuk 5 menitan. kenapa bisa demikian?
Huff, ternyata fraps merekam dengan kualitas yang sangat tinggi, high definition. Ukuran frame video, dan fpsnya hampir sesuai dengan gambar video aslinya.
Nah, oleh karena itu kita harus mempunyai setingan yang baik agar hemat harddisk.

Display setting untuk fraps

Pada Fraps terdapat setingan:
1. Hotkey untuk video capture. Ini adalah setingan tombol untuk mengaktifkan/menonaktifkan perekaman video. Jika anda men-enable hotkey ini, maka Anda bisa mengaktifkan/menonaktifkan perekam setiap saat dimana Anda sedang nge-game di komputer Anda.
2. Untuk menyimpan hasil rekaman, sebaiknya pilih tempat harddisk yang sangat besar kapasitasnya, karena kita tidak tahu berapa besar hasilnya. Saya pernah nge-game 1 menit, tiba-tiba sudah ratusan MB. Berhati-hatilah.
3. Jika Anda mau merekam suara, maka centang di kotak record sound.
4. Di situ ada setingan full-half size. Maksudnya, jika full maka hasil rekaman akan sesuai dengan layar monitor Anda. Jika half berarti di skala menjadi setengahnya.
5. FPS (frame per sekon), maksudya adalah banyaknya frame tiap detiknya yang akan direkam menjadi videonya. Semakin besar maka semakin besar ukuran video tersebut. Jika fps terlalu kecil, maka hasil videonya seperti koneksi lemot, jalanya kayak siput. he3x. Tapi masih enak/nyaman dilihat kok.

Saran saya, gunakan setingan low (rendah) quality aja, untuk menghemat harddisk jika Anda memang ingin merekam video game dengan durasi yang panjang.
Contoh: fps=20, dengan setingan half-size.
Untuk durasi pendek gunakan setingan medium aja, dengan fps 30 dan half size. Setelah jadi, tinggal dikompress aja video rekamannya dengan video converter.

Nah, hebat kan tool ini.

TeraBit Virus maker itulah namanya. Saya tidak sengaja download program ini dari suatu web. Aplikasi ini bisa bertelur anak-anak virus. Yang namanya Virus pasti dibenci dan pengen dijauhi semua orang. Orang yang bikin virus pasti seneng bangets tuch jika virusnya menyerang PC orang. Apalagi mbikin masalah kayak gak bisa buka task manager,gak bisa buka regedit....gimana perasaan kalian, apakah sebel dissapointed?? Atau bahkan sangat senang??? Lho, kok senang...

Nih, gini ceritanya. Seorang penjaga warnet pernah mengalami kesal karena ada salah satu kompinya error gara-gara diusilin orang. Udah nge-hang, gak bisa dibuka, trs restart otomatis. He3x.
Suatu saat penjaga itu menemukan aplikasi pembuat virus ini. Dengan virus ini, penjaga warnet gak khawatir lagi, karena komputernya paling tidak lebih aman, karena papling tidak sudah tidak ada orang yang otak-atik task manager atau registrynya. itulah salah satu fungsi dari Virus buatan penjaga warnet ini, yang senantiasa aktif menjadi partner penjaga warnet. hahaha. :D

Banyak hal yang kalian bisa lakukan...:
mencegah membuka notepad, mendisable task manager, mendisable regedit, dll... banyak deh kayak virus beneran. Tapi, awa hati2 dengan antivirus Anda. Karena program ini dan anak hasil reproduksinya diblacklist sebagai trojan Backdoor.

IDE dan AHCI merupakan setingan dari harddisk. IDE terdapat pada harddisk tipe ATA dan SATA. AHCI sendiri adalah setinggan mode raid dari harddisk SATA.
Advanced Host Controller Interface (AHCI) adalah sebuah antarmuka pemrograman aplikasi yang dibuat oleh Intel yang memasukkan operasi Serial ATA host bus adapter.
Dengan menggambarkan spesifikasi struktur memori sistem untuk vendor perangkat keras komputer agar dapat bertukar data antara system host memori dan perangkat penyimpanan data.

System AHCI ini didukung sepenuhnya oleh Windows Vista dan Linux mulai dari kernel 2.6.19 dan seterusnya, dan juga Windows 7. NetBSD juga mendukung mode AHCI pada versi tertentu. OpenBSD telah memiliki driver AHCI dimulai dari OpenBSD 4.1.DragonFlyBSD yang dasarnya juga OpenBSD juga mengimplementasi dan menambahkan fitur ACHI seperti port multiplier. FreeBSD mendukung AHCI juga.
Kesalahan penggunaan driver pada mode AHCI maupun S-ATA dapat mengakibatkan hilangnya data. Sering terjadinya Blue Screen Of Death (BSOD) dikarenakan tidak mampunya OS melakukan implementasi data input maupun output kedalam perangkat keras yang menggunakan mode S-ATA maupun mode ACHI.
Oleh karena itu, gunakan driver AHCI yang cocok untuk motherboard(MB) laptop/PC anda.

INTERFACE HARD DISK IDE (Integrated Drive Electronics)
Standar lama yang masih ada. Murah, dan terintegrasi dengan MB merupakan alasan teknologi ini masih digunakan dalam setingan motherboard. Jumlah IDE ada 4 buah tiap MBKoneksi dengan kabel pipih 80 pininterface. Jika kita bandingkan dengan AHCI, kecepatan IDE kalah jauh dibandingkan AHCI. IDE merupakan setingan lama yang support windows XP normal. Windows XP gak normal berarti sudah dimodif he3x.

Pernahkah kalian mendengar, kalau teman, tetangga, atau mungkin sahabat kalian membeli laptop baru tapi gak bisa untuk diinstal windows XP???
Pasti mereka mengeluh karena gak bisa pake Windows XP.
Sebenarnya laptop-laptop tersebut bukan gak kompatible dengan Windows XP, letak permasalahannya sederhana sekali cukup dengan merubah setting SATA controller di BIOS saja dari AHCI menjadi IDE atau Compability (tergantung menu dan istilah yang digunakan pada BIOS laptop bersangkutan).
Semoga saja setingan IDE masih ada. he3x. Saya tidak tahu, apakah suatu saat setingan IDE menghilang karena sudah tidak populer.he3x. :D

Sebaiknya Anda yang punya laptop atau PC, yang Mobo-nya support SATA AHCI, maka beralih aja kesitu. Daripada rugi, rugi kecepatan rugi performa komputer. Tapi, hati-hati, dengan memakai setingan baru, maka sesuaikan juga drivernya...OK? Karena jika tidak compatible, bisa timbul bluscreen...

booting dengan USB Flashdisk menggunakan bantuan software HPUSB FORMAT

HPUSB FORMAT merupakan program kecil bagian dari multiboot usb yang berguna untuk membantu instalasi OS seperti Windows Xp dan sejenisnya, melalui USB flashdisk.
Untuk kamu yang menggunakan netbook yang tidak dilengkapi cd/dvd rom tentu akan mengalami kesulitan jika suatu ketika harus menginstall windows xp atau Operating System lainnya di karenakan windows xp / os nya telah mengalami kerusakan sehingga harus di install ulang. Karena Netbook pada umumnya memang tidak dilengkapi cd/dvd rom.

Untuk penanggulangannya anda bisa saja membeli cd/dvd rom eksternal, tapi sayang harga untuk peralatan ini masih cukup mahal. Ada cara yang lebih gampang dan murah, yaitu dengan menggunakan usb flashdisk sebagai booting cd rom. Anda hanya perlu memiliki usb flashdisk dengan kapasitas minimal 2 gigabyte. Dalam usb flashdisk tersebut kemudian diprogram sebagai booting cd rom dengan program yang bernama HPUSB FORMAT anda bisa mendownloadnya di sini! Kemudian apabila sudah diprogram usb flashdisk anda tersebut, maka langkah selanjutnya adalah meng-copy cd/dvd windows xp / os lainnya kedalam flashdisk yang sudah diprogram sebagai booting rom.

Pada saat anda menginstall ulang windows xp/ os lainnya, terlebih dahulu masuk ke setting bios netbook milik anda kemudian setting booting priority menjadi first booting menggunakan usb device. Dengan demikian anda sudah bisa menggunakan usb flashdisk tersebut sebagai cd instalasi windows xp/os untuk netbook anda tanpa harus menggunakan cd/dvd rom.

Petunjuk:
Entar keluar kotak dialog, Anda pilih setingan FAT32, trus lokasi CD Instalasi WinXP , dan lokasi USB Flasdisknya.
Pilih quick format dan Create DOS Start up. Trus klik tombol Start. Nah, jadi deh...
Jadi, intinya Anda tidak mengkopi instalasi WinXP ke flasdisk, tapi harus dengan bantuan software.
langkah terakhir tinggal setting biosnya. Restart kompi Anda, trus saat booting tekan "del" secepatnya jangan ketinggalan, he3x...:D
Lalu masuk menu Booting, trus pilih storage..... ("lupa aq...He3x. Jika tidak ada, tolong flasdisknya dimasukkan biar kedetect.)..
