Chapter 2 in Power vs Force talks about resetting the thymus gland. Exposure to stress, depression or negative energy will give confusing test results in kinesiology.  The “Thymus Thump” technique given in Ch 2 is: with clenched fists, pound over the thymus gland in a rhythmic way while smiling, thinking of someone you love and at each thump say ha-ha-ha. This technique should bring about the resumption of thymic dominance.

This video is from Donna Eden. It is her 5 minute energy routine. She shows several exercises for energy enhancement including thymus thumping. There are 6 steps to this routine.

On the referenced Scale of the Levels of Consciousness, which calibrates the levels of Truth from 1 to 1,000, Power vs. Force calibrates at 850.

The book is divided into 3 parts.

Part 1 describes the process of moving toward one’s ultimate potential. Dr. Hawkins then discusses his theory by explaining the progression from negative energy fields or attractors to positive attractors, which ultimately lead to pure consciousness. Based on 20 years of research, he has developed an intriguing Map of Consciousness that, in essence, charts one’s spiritual growth. The map outlines a listing of attitudes and emotions with corresponding calibrated numerical values. Feelings such as blame, anxiety, and hate fall into negative energy attractor fields; affirmation, trust, and optimism are examples of positive attractors that are life enhancing and ultimately lead to pure consciousness. By applying principles from kinesiology and acupuncture, the author explains the association between positive attractor fields and one’s health, well-being and creativity.

Part 2 presents an extensive listing of adjectives that connote power-versus-force patterns of human attitudes. It provides a basis for examining the quality of human interactions and relationships in various life endeavors, e.g., the marketplace, sports, the arts, health, and wellness.

Part 3 focuses on the evolution and current state of man’s consciousness, which Hawkins suggests is at the threshold of power after centuries of force. He posits that an individual’s power and level of consciousness can be enhanced through greater integrity, understanding, and compassion.

Readers will find themselves challenging methodology or various suppositions and being intrigued by others as the author relates the world of spirituality to the hidden dimensions of human behavior.

The Path of the Four Elements

In both Vedic Tradition and cross cultural shamanism, The Path of the Four Elements has been understood to be an impeccable path to self-mastery and Enlightenment. It has been the path of many of the masters.

For the first time Peter and his talented partner, Astrid will offer an in depth 3-day seminar on the above. Peter was then stunned when the “Voice” in his vision stated that all the above would have to be done without the benefit of a teacher, because in the New Cycle that would be ushered in there would not be a few people awakening as in most generations but millions and there would not be nearly enough teachers to go around. He was to show that we all have the ability to remember our true nature through a direct connection with our Creator. Peter was told that through his demonstration he would show that we all have the ability to awaken without benefit of a mystery school, teacher or Guru but through a direct relationship with the Creator. At the time Peter felt that he’d been given an impossible assignment and yet in the years that followed these powers including a “command over the Elements” awakened with an amazing and unexpected spontaneity and ease.

Peter has been shown that the key to reclaiming the Spiritual Powers, which are our birthright and entitlement, is through identifying and releasing the limiting beliefs we’ve held and radically changing our perception of who we truly are and of the Earth Herself.

About Astrid

To my amazement I’ve seen these same abilities unfold in my partner of thirteen years who is 24 years younger. Those of you, who have read my book, Soul on Fire, will remember that Astrid is also my twin soul so her rapid development along the same lines is understandable.

Not only is she a gifted healer but she has an amazing connection with the Elements and the nature Kingdom.

I’ve watched her, often with others present, call up the winds or stop them. Once, while driving to another state, she stopped almost instantly a torrential downpour when our windshield wipers failed to work.

I’ve watched Astrid call in storms to end droughts or stop excessive rain. So far, she has never failed in attempting this.

On several occasions, Peter adds, I’ve watched deer approach Astrid and then instead of running off, drop to there knees only 10 feet way gazing at her in total trust. In my book Soul on Fire I describe an amazing experience of watching a dove fly out of the trees, begin pecking at Astrid’s shoe laces and then attempt to nest in her hair. And the list goes on and on with my amazing partner, I’ve watched her call many different species to come to here – everything from birds to bears, bison and black snake and cougars.

Now, these are extraordinary achievements by any ones standards, and yet she does it with such a natural unassuming manner that is completely without ego.

Astrid is so Joyous! Never have I known anyone who laughs as much as she. One Master has said that “laughter is far more powerful than prayer or mediation. It is of the very essence of Creation Itself.”

Enlightenment means literally aligning to the Energy of my Source. And genius is only about focusing. Law of Attraction takes care of everything else. Physical humans often want to make enlightenment about finding some process and moving through the process that has been pre-described. But true enlightenment is moving to the rhythm of the internal inspiration that is coming in response to the individual desire. Enlightenment is about allowing my connection to the Source that is me for the fulfillment of the things that I have individually defined here in my time/space reality. That’s as good as it gets!
