Portability is one, sized like one paperback book, yet inside I can keep hundreds of books. With millions other books available from the internet. The screen is great too, it does not get hot and I can see clearly outdoors on a sunny day. Battery life is great, with half-hour reading session, it can lasts up to one whole month. Battery recharge took two to three hours, very acceptable levels. Those are three great features of Amazon Kindle that I like about the Amazon Kindle.

"World's Bestselling E-Reader", that is the Amazon Kindle description straight from the Amazon website. There are no official numbers from Amazon about the real number of sales, but millions of units have been sold since the introduction of the first Kindle back in November 2007.

Traditionally Amazon Kindle screen has always been black and white, emulating printed paper. With the release of Kindle Fire in September 2011, which will be available in November 2011, Kindle has gone full color. Now you can enjoy magazines in full color! Pssst: The Kindle Fire is in pre-order state right now, but it has been said that 250.000 units have been pre-ordered in 5 days since it was announced. If you have been waiting, here is your chance. Oh, and one more thing, the pre-order is available for US Citizens only.

There are millions of books available for the Amazon Kindle, many are out-of-copyright pre-1923 eBooks and over 800.000 eBooks priced at $9.99 or less. There are books for everyone. Not only eBooks, the Amazon Kindle Store also have newspapers and magazines subscriptions available and they will be auto-delivered wirelessly to your Kindle. Another great feature of Amazon Kindle is your purchased eBooks are available for reading on other devices such as iPhone, iPad, Android devices, Blackberry, Windows Phone 7, Mac, PC, or a web browser.

Below you will find Amazon Kindle models available on Amazon right now:
