How to Activate 7 Chakras Through Meditation

The use of meditation and yoga exercises are the most commonly used methods of opening up the flow of energy to the chakras. If your preferred method for opening chakras is meditation, doing so for at least 10 minutes a day is most definitely very beneficial to your body and mind.
