Don’t Feel Guilty When You Take Time To Rest From Helping Others

I am learning not to feel guilty when I take time to rest from helping others in order to help myself. I can’t save the world if I don’t save myself (sometimes from myself). I have to feed myself The Word so I can better serve.

Look how Jesus did it before he really set things off. He spent time ALONE to get his thoughts and spirit in alignment.

Luke 4:1 “And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness”.

Luke 4:4 “And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.”

Are You Struggling To Come Up With Answers? Are You Confused On What Steps You Should Take? Let The Lord Order Your Steps

Sometimes life can be overwhelming. Sometimes we have so much going on and coming at us that we don’t know what to do next. Sometimes we have major decisions to make and we just don’t know what to do!

In those moments, remember to seek, ask, and trust God to order your steps.

Psalm 119:24
Your statutes are my delight; they are my counselors.

Remember as a believer you serve a mighty God and a loving Savior whose Holy Spirit is our
counselor, our friend. He is the Prince Of Peace.

Isaiah 9:6
For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

Spend time with God. Cry out to Jesus for help and direction. Ask the Lord To Order Your Steps.

Looking For Healing? Remember The Blood Still Works

As I get up this morning, reminiscing about people who have tried to hurt me one way or another, I’m filled with joy because I know I’m covered by the blood.

As I think about challenges with my health, I’m still filled with joy because of the power of the blood. Hallelujah

I sit here smiling because I’ve been told “No” many times about many things. I’ve been lied to. People have tried to dig ditches for me, but I know, that I know, that I KNOW the shed blood of Jesus Christ covers me and my home. My kids are covered by the blood AMEN! My family is covered by the blood AMEN! My job is covered by the blood AMEN! My body is covered by the blood AMEN! My mind, my soul all covered by the blood AMEN!

Friend, I tell you no matter what you are dealing with, no matter what adversity comes your way, I’m a witness His Blood Still Works! Hallelujah!

Life Brings Occasional Battles But Put On The Armor Of God- Ephesians 6:10-18

Life can be tough at times. Sometimes it’s brutal. But it is crucial during those times that you remember and continue to put on the armor of God.

Ephesians 6:10-18
10 Finally, let the Lord make you strong. Depend on his mighty power.
11 Put on all of God’s armor. Then you can stand firm against the devil’s evil plans.
12 Our fight is not against human beings. It is against the rulers, the authorities and the powers of this dark world. It is against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly world.
13 So put on all of God’s armor. Evil days will come. But you will be able to stand up to anything. And after you have done everything you can, you will still be standing.
14 So stand firm. Put the belt of truth around your waist. Put the armor of godliness on your chest. 15 Wear on your feet what will prepare you to tell the good news of peace.
16 Also, pick up the shield of faith. With it you can put out all of the flaming arrows of the evil one.
17 Put on the helmet of salvation. And take the sword of the Holy Spirit. The sword is God’s word.
18 At all times, pray by the power of the Spirit. Pray all kinds of prayers. Be watchful, so that you can pray. Always keep on praying for all of God’s people.
