		<description>I'm not trying to be pessimistic, but with things going as they are, I just wonder how long it will be till there's another GREATER Depression where our pictures will be taken standing in food lines like the old black and white photos of the Great Depression. I pray things turn around, and that our nation gets back to the way it was meant to be. It has become so perverted in many ways.</description>

		<description>I'm glad Albert was there to encourage you.  If all the people had proper respect and a right attitude they would be blessed greatly. But some are like the proverbial horse that is led to water but can't be made to drink.

Don't be discouraged, Harry. There are probably "Alberts" at all of your meetings, and you never know who's life you'll touch. I don't know if or how the "rules" are regarding God, in the work that you do, but you can pray to be a blessing to someone. "Be not weary in well-doing" ~Holy Bible~</description>

		<description>My son, who recently got a job as a Registered Nurse noticed that the hospital he works for was using 3 individual papers for 3 blood tests. He "drew up" his idea of what would work on just one sheet, eliminating the need for extra papers in the medical files and causing extra time doing their charting. He put it in the Nursing Supervisor's mailbox, and she liked it so much they implemented it right away. It saved two sheets of paper AND ink, plus time saved in charting. I was so proud of him. So, yes, little things do make a difference. I'm SO glad they didn't take that attitude that "It's always been done like this." but were open to a good suggestion. Phillip thinks outside the box.</description>

		<description>In a nutshell what I get out of this is like the little child's song, "If we all pull together, how happy we'll be." Also, the famous words, "Can't we all just get along?" Many times people adopt the attitude that "we've always done it this way", or "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". In resisting positive change, they're cutting their noses off to spite their face. Too often, people in management positions don't listen to the ideas of the "little people" and as a result there is frustration and lack of productivity.</description>

		<description>Hi there..my name is Rickiedean Dubenion and back in Buffalo,NY in the late 1960`s and 1970`s and 1980`s i worked at a full service parking garage in downtown Buffalo,NY called The New Swan Ramp Inc.which was owned and operated by Leo,Frank and Ralph Franchini. We pumped gas,checked oil and tires and parked and washed cars and changed tires and oil and other services for our customers. We were the last of this kind of service there in downtown Buffalo! What a great learning experience it was for me about practicing customer service! Thank you for letting me share this..cheers!</description>

		<description>Harry, this was such a valuable contribution, I HAD to share it. Having been verbally "cut down" by some people in my youth, leading to low self-esteem, I realized the power of negative words. I made up my mind when I had children that I would do everything in my power to speak kind words, and give MUCH praise every opportunity I got, which resulted in both my sons being confident and successful in life.

It is my nature to smile and say kind, encouraging words to people everywhere, strangers, store clerks, especially when I've seen them berated by someone else, and definately to ALL children when I volunteer in my Grandaughter's classroom.

One never knows what another is going through, and the kind words you use, and the smiles can turn their struggle around. I consider it a priviledge to do this, but also a personal responsibility.

		<description>Loved your article.  I'm at a crossroads in my life right now.  I'm 54 and ready for this third leg of the journey.  Can you tell me a little about your coaching and how it works please?  And if you think it's right me?  
I am from Chicago but live in LA.  (It's crazy beautiful but everyplace has it's own beauty)  I am a mother to two daughters, 23 and 19 both doing great in life and we are madly in love with one another!)  I am also a photographer www.AnnieMoses.com and a designer www.magicaloutdoorspaces.com
I feel stuck right now.  I'm divorced after 20 years and having to support myself financially.   I have so many things I could do and ideas in my head but I can't seem to get anything started let alone completed!  I am a very creative person who isn't living up to my potential right now and need some direction to my rightful place so that I can be of service to the world in the way that I am supposed to instead of just doing anything to survive.  I'm not in the flow at the moment and I know this because I have often been IN the flow and I know the difference real well.  THank you for your time. In a presentation by Shawna Schuh last week, she shared how she had been having trouble with her horse biting, and every time it did, she would get upset and being upset would ruin her ride.  After watching this happen several times, her husband called her on this.  He pointed out that animals do not hold a grudge or remember past wrongs.  They just let it go as soon as something happens.  He encouraged her to do the same the next time the horse tried to bite.  Smack it across the nose so it would learn not to do that, but do not allow the horses behavior to ruin her ride or the rest of her day.
