Too many people are skeptical about weight loss products even though I'm living proof that it works. I have a lot of friends in Skinny Fiber that are proof as well. However, it is what it is.

I do however, need to increase my income and hopefully help others do the same by joining MCA (Motor Club of America).

Happy Mothers Day Wish to You!

2012-05-13T06:58:00.003-07:00

To all the wonderful Mom's - Happy Mothers Day!

My Mother left to be with the lord several years ago and I miss her dearly. She cherished and enjoyed life, her family and her friends.

As she grew older, we would help her whenever she needed anything, included trips to the store, out for lunch or dinner, trips to the doctor, etc. And now, we miss that. When I see others, doing the same for their Mom's, I get a smile as I think of her!

How much are you spending on Weight Loss?

2012-05-09T14:34:00.000-07:00

Did you know that most people that pay for Gym Memberships, rarely, if ever use them? How much money is that just going down the drain. And even if you do use the gym, if you are only going for weight loss, exercise is only 10% of your weight loss program.

So, you try dieting. Spending a ton of money on "special foods" that claim to be low fat and healthy. I was at the store and looking at the sodium and sugar content on some of these "great" diet foods. If you don't read the labels and really pay attention, they are just pulling the wool over your eyes.

I was right there with you, until I found Skinny Fiber. Now, I spend less than $70.00 a month on a product that's working for me. Because this all natural fiber product makes me feel full, I eat less. It's helped to lose weight, lower my blood sugar, reduce my overall cholesterol levels and lower my blood pressure.

And if that's not enough for you, I signed up as a distributor for an extra $10.00 one time and I get paid weekly and monthly (so I really don't spend anything). Isn't that awesome?

Check it out. And I'm so confident you'll have success too, that we are offering a 30 day empty-bottle money back guarantee.

For product: visit http://myskinny.us Now you can even get a special deal- buy 3 get 3 free!

It's time to declare your "War on Weight"!

2012-04-30T13:27:00.001-07:00

As the years go by, more and more people are finding themselves overweight. Are you one of them?

Isn't it time to do something about it? Declare "War on Weight" today!

Read the following article from Reuters and find out why we are so committed to helping others lose the weight!

(Reuters) - U.S. hospitals are ripping out wall-mounted toilets and replacing them with floor models to better support obese patients. The Federal Transit Administration wants buses to be tested for the impact of heavier riders on steering and braking. Cars are burning nearly a billion gallons of gasoline more a year than if passengers weighed what they did in 1960.

Feeding tube for weight loss?

2012-04-19T11:08:00.002-07:00

Are you Kidding me?

A Sunday New York Times article about brides-to-be hooking themselves up to feeding tubes to lose weight before the big day takes the three-tiered wedding cake for the stupidest weight loss stunt. Yet, there are actually doctors willing to insert a nasogastric tube through the nose, down the esophagus, and into the stomach to provide super low-calorie nourishment and rapid weight loss.

So, does that mean some doctors will do anything for money? I mean, this is ridiculous. The thought of someone doing such a drastic thing to their body with side-effects that include constipation, bad breath, and dizziness along with the possibility of kidney stones, dehydration, and headaches. All this for a mere $1,500.00? Come on.

Weight Loss tips

2012-04-17T08:35:00.001-07:00

Are you trying to lose weight and just can't seem to get anywhere?

My first question is this, are you drinking enough water?

If you're like so many other people, you are not drinking at least 64 ounces of water daily. And no, I don't mean 64 oz of liquid, I mean WATER! Water helps carry nutrients and oxygen to your cells, helps convert food to energy, helps your body absorb nutrients and helps your body get flush waste and toxins from your system.

And what about your fiber intake? It's very likely you are not getting enough fiber in your diet. The recommended intake of fiber is 25-35 grams per day, but the average person eats only 8-10 grams daily.
Fiber is a natural way to regulate your bowels, lower your cholesterol, lower risk of heart disease, boost the immune system and help prevent certain types of cancer.

I was just reading an article by Peter Murray on Singularity Hub about a new "Diet Pill" that's nearing approval from the FDA to help you lose weight without dieting and exercise. Read it for yourself. What I got out of it is scary.

"Remember Fen-Phen, the ‘miracle’ weight loss drug popular in the ‘90s then quickly unpopular as it was discovered that the drug was damaging heart valves? Fen-Phen is short for its drug combination fenfluramine and phentermine, the same phentermine now part of Qnexa’s cocktail. Because it is an amphetamine, phentermine can lead to increased heart rate and blood pressure which then lead to heart palpitations. Speeding up the body’s metabolism is part of the reason it causes people to lose weight. It’s currently being prescribed over short periods of time to overweight people already taking other measures, like exercising or dieting, to lose weight."

"Topiramate has its own set of side effects including memory loss, confusion, concentration problems, constipation, depression and thirty or so other moderate to serious side effects. Looking at the list provided by the National Institutes of Health one wonders what side effect the drug doesn’t cause."

With Skinny Fiber, those side effects are not there! Skinny Fiber is all natural Fiber!! Period. So losing weight doesn't have to have negative side effects. Find out more by visiting my website!

2012-02-04T08:24:00.000-08:00

Have you failed at losing weight? More than once? Do you think it’s because you are Lazy? Addicted to food? Lack of Exercise? These are not the really the reasons you fail, although they can contribute to the reason, not knowing the truth of weight losing weight and keeping it off long term is the real reason.

With so much conflicting information in the media and all the different fad diets, it’s understandable why so many people fail.

Most people don't understand they are constantly either gaining weight, or losing weight. There is no in-between. Some people justify binging or giving up because they hit a small road-block. This isn’t an all or nothing game. For example, if you eat an unhealthy lunch, do you go ahead and eat an unhealthy dinner since “I already messed up" the day. Or, say, “I’ll start eating healthy on Monday since I’ve already eaten poorly this weekend.” Every person at times eats too much. The successful people will not let a road bump completely derail their entire lifestyle change. If you are not implementing positive lifestyle changes and losing weight, you are gaining weight. Again, there is no "in-between."

So, what to do? Instead of telling yourself you “can’t do this”, just take the bumps in the road and continue on! If you try and start your car and it doesn’t start, do you quit? Probably not.

If you need help controlling your hunger, Skinny Fiber, that expands 50 times it’s size in your stomach and helps you feel full “before” you eat. Just 2 pills 30 minutes twice a day. Then you can enjoy those times when you go out to eat without the guilt! Just listen to your body and stop eating when it tells you it’s full.

Can you fit in even 10 minutes of exercise a day? How about 10 minutes twice a day? 3 times? You don’t have to do your exercise all at once. Spread it out. And it doesn’t have to be cardio. Just get out and go for a simple 10 minute walk. Not nice outside? Go to the mall. Remember, it’s all about getting yourself moving that counts. Do whatever you can, but enjoy it. It doesn’t have to be stressful.

My experience with Skinny Fiber

2012-01-13T20:19:00.000-08:00

It's been awhile since I've made my last post, but I want to give you an update on my experience with Skinny Fiber.

I started taking Skinny Fiber after I joined Skinny Body Care June 11, 2011 and I must say, I was skeptical. Yes, I needed to lose weight and I knew that I needed to add more fiber in my diet. We've all been told by our Doctors that we don't get enough fiber. I don't think we can eat enough to get the fiber they recommend.

I also suffered with high blood pressure and high cholesterol levels and triglyceride levels that are off the charts.

Anyway, with a push from my wife, I decided to try Skinny Fiber to see if it would work for me.

Ok, so next time I went to visit the Doc, was several months after taking Skinny Fiber, 2 pills 2 times as day, my blood pressure down from 158/89 to 121/60! WOW!! I love it, I've always worried about having a heart attach because my father died of one and my mother had heart problems. Too bad we didn't have Skinny Fiber then.

And as an added benefit, my cholesterol levels have dropped below to 188 (was over 260) and my triglyceride levels (still high but falling) are coming down.

And my energy levels have increased and I overall just feel better!

I still haven't lost the weight that I want to, but with the improvements I've made so far, there's no way I'll ever quit taking my Skinny!!!

If you suffer from any of the above issues or other weight related problems, you owe it to yourself to find out more!

International Expansion Rocks the Industry

2011-11-08T11:46:00.000-08:00

From Day 1, Skinny Body Care opened its doors to the world and has attracted leaders from over 150 countries around the globe. NOW, as we continue to break away from the pack as the FASTEST GROWING COMPANY IN THE INDUSTRY, our international presence is becoming even STRONGER.

In just our first year we officially opened distribution centers in the USA, Europe, Africa, Asia, India,South America and continue to open new markets and new shipping centers around the world.

It's rare that a company in this industry expands internationally as fast as we have in such a short amount of time. And we are not slowing down.

Here is an update as to what shipping centers are open and which are in the works:

USA: From our main shipping center in Utah, our US shipping location services shipments through the US, Canada, and several smaller countries where our presence has not yet grown enough to open a domestic center in that country.

UK: Our center in London, England provides product for all of our European countries and to our new shipping centers in Spain, Italy, and soon France.

Caribbean: Headed by Steve Williams and Wayne Stewart with country reps in each of the island nations in the Caribbean, distribution throughout the various countries there is fast and efficient.

Phillippines: With Lindy Yang doing a great job delivering product throughout Phillippines and leading the movement to open Singapore, Malaysia, and China, Asia is officially on the Skinny Body Care Map.

Africa: Ope Banwo, our official African Coordinator and absolute superstar has set this continent on fire. With shipping centers in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Benin, and several other African countries, this market is consistently growing each and every month.

Colombia: Thanks to our Latin American leaders, Colombia is growing strong with it's own distribution center and keeping the products flowing quickly and smoothly.

New Zealand: Thanks to Karen Farrell, New Zealand is on the map and running smooth. If you know people in New Zealand, get 'em IN.

India: NOW OPEN! With India being one of our FASTEST GROWING COUNTRIES, with the help of Ope Banwo and some of our Indian leaders, our new distribution center is OPEN. This incredible group of leaders has the ability to outproduce the rest of the world themselves. We are very excited to announce that India is now official.

Brazil: David and Rosie McVey have been back and forth to Brazil to set up, license, register, and get approval for one of the most difficult countries to get into, and we are literally just WEEKS away from opening a market that could shatter records in this company.

Australia: Easily the hardest country to get licensed in, we have been working diligently since May of this year to reopen this HUGE market and let the Australian people experience the power of our awesome product and opportunity. In just 5 months, we have already done more than most companies do in two years to get registered, and by January 1, 2012 we will be LIVE and rockin' in Australia.

El Salvador: Wilbur Oliva is rockin the registration of El Salvador which also automatically qualifies us for registration in Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama, and other Central and South American countries. We are very close to having this center open for business.

Mexico, Ecuador, Argentina, and others are also in progress. If you would like to open or help open a shipping center in an international country, please contact our support team. We would love to work with you to make it happen and continue our international DOMINATION.

With new network marketing companies popping up every month, and seeming to disappear just as quickly, TRUE OPPORTUNITIES like we have right NOW with Skinny Body Care come along ONCE every 5 to 10 YEARS.

THIS is YOUR CHANCE to FINALLY be part of something that can truly change your life. The ones who stay focused and take advantage of all the tools and resources at your fingertips have the opportunity to achieve ALL of your dreams in just the next few years. www.dpileggi.sbcpower.com

With as much momentum, duplication, and incredible worlwide growth that we are experiencing right now, THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING. It is no surprise that TOP LEADERS from all over the world are joining Skinny Body Care every single day. SUCCESS LEAVES CLUES.
