Microsoft unveiled their follow up to the XBox 360, the XBox One, sporting 8GB of RAM, a Blu-Ray drive, USB 3.0, 802.11n Wi-Fi, a 500GB HDD, an 8-core x86 processor architecture (like what's in most computers), HDMI output and input (like Google TV), Infrared (for controlling your TV or Cable box), a new controller, an upgraded version of Kinect, HDMI input allowing you to overlay your XBox content on to live TV, and the system software is built on the Windows kernel (I'm hoping that this means it will run Windows 8 apps) allowing you to multitask by doing things like play games and have a Skype video chat at the same time or watch TV and use Internet Explorer (it also features some cool notification feature and the ability to quickly switch what you're doing by using Kinect voice commands).

Gran Turismo 6 [Concept Movie]

Somehow in my ever connected life, I missed the news on this.
Every vehicle and track from Gran Turismo 5 will be included in this game (totaling at 1,200 cars and 33 tracks from day 1 and more will be continually added online), it will also have a mobile app (didn't say for what OS) and web app to add some cross device connectivity oh and it's for PlayStation 3 (surprisingly not for the PS4).

_{While I'm glad it's for PS3, I hope they still make a version for PS4 (Maybe GT6+ or something, with online play vs. PS3s, upgraded graphics and share button support).}

Guilty Gear co-creator Daisuke Ishiwatari is behind this, it runs on the Unreal engine, it uses 3D animation in the fights (that somehow looks like 2D sprite animation), and it's an actual sequel!

This is a game by Przemyslaw 'Rezoner' Sikorski that I came across on Google+ and I've got to say it's amazing, he created all of the graphics and sound effects himself and coded most of it on his own in HTML5 all in around 20 hours and I've got to say I'm a fan (bonus points for the very chill chiptune music).

Something that was needed for a while, especially for Google Talks many versions.

It's out now for Chrome, Android (it will replace the existing Google Talk app), iOS and Gmail.

Chris Hadfield captain of the International Space Station, we wish you a safe passage back to Earth [People]

We here at Acrylic Style fondly wish Captain Chris Hadfield of the International Space Station a safe journey back home to earth after a 5 month tour around the world doing all the cool space stuff we wish as kids and more.

For those who don't know, Hadfield is a Canadian Astronaut now has two space missions now under his belt, he is the first Canadian to walk space, and the first Canadian to command the ISS. Aside from all his "first Canadian to do this and that" he is the first person to record an album up in space, and the first to make a music video in space. All that said, he's possibly one of the coolest astronauts to exist for not only his "music in space" achievements but for also all his other "space experiments" and "whats it like to live in space" videos.

With other scientist like Bill Nye and Neil Degrasse Tyson, we still have hope that they kids today don't end up having kids tomorrow, and that they decide to pick up a book and learn something.

This song appears on Cudi's third studio album, Indicud and it is sooooo awesome! My favorite song so far is "Unfucwittable". Also, Haim is featured on the album. Rap music fans might remember that Danielle from the group sang on Kendrick Lamar's "good kid, m.A.A.d city". You should all give it a listen when you can, if you haven't already. I'm not a huge rap music fan, but this album still kept me listening due to the vocal style and experimental sounds of the beats. So I would recommend this to music fans of all types.

Yes, I know today is Mothers Day. It is also Fibromyalgia Awareness Day. I just became aware that Morgan Freeman has it! In an interview featured in Esquire Magazine he speaks of it, briefly. Fibromyalgia is an illness that is so widely misunderstood that a person can often feel alone. Sometimes knowing that someone in the spotlight also deals with it can make you feel better. For all those who suffer from it, you aren't alone. For all those who are hearing about it for the first time, today is a great day to educate yourselves!
