Radio DJ Johnjay of 104.7--A hypocrite

So I do listen to these guys sometimes, Johnjay & Rich on Phoenix's radio 104.7, the demographic of which is probably 20 to 25 years old, working-family-kids on their way to work. So the show reeks of sexual escapades, they have a show that's called "Confession Wednesday's" and you can just imagine the type of debauchery that goes on, however words like "sex" are carefully bypassed with the word "Mattress-Mambo" instead, kind of a cute, funsy word to say other than just sex, or fucking--after all it is a radio show. Johnjay, the one on the right of the photo, always is the one that acts like the big perv and wants all the grisly details of what did you do, what does she look like, who did what to who etc...

He talks about his boys at times, I think he has 3 youngin's and his wife and he lives in Arcadia, one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Phoenix because of it's proximity to Scottsdale and everything good in life!

Anyways, I was so shocked to hear that he thinks of himself as a Christian??? and goes to Church? Talk about hypocritical, this man clearly promotes the GLT Gym, Laundry, Tan lifestyle of the Jersey Shore, and you can tell by his voice that he just loves it and has no regrets. How can a man that clearly promotes licentuous activity, sex before marriage, even homosexuality (if they are of course 2 women involved) muster the spiritual hypocritical pride to drag his big ass to church every Sunday.....It just makes me hate Christians and their 2-faced attitudes even more!

Well they did it, I didn't think these two would ever be free from that cesspool of a country called Iran. But it happened. Note how skinny they are.
After posting a 1 million dollar bail, Hikers, Mr. Bauer and Mr. Fattal are finally freed to come home.
One thought comes to mind that I see posted on hiking trails around the Phoenix mountains, "Don't be a trailblazer, stay on the trail!"

The picture of him getting his toes painted has caused an uproar, so I looked on JCrew online and found this shirt in only a boys size. It's a sailor shirt and with pants that I could roll up and hot pink toe nails, I think I will be quite a laugh. What do you think?

420 Fail!

A local radio station here has a 420 fail segment nearly everyday at 4:20 pm (ahem) on a newstory where someone, or organization did something idiotic.
Well here's my 420 fail of the day!
The New York Times online NYT has this stupid pop up preventing me from reading the stories! I mean it used to be only select articles but now it's everywhere!
If you're not signed in it asks you to sign in, and does the pop-up go away? No! Instead it has it again, prompting you to become a Premier member for a monthly subscription fee.

Eat out in Phoenix, Dillema of Tsunami Victims

So I was recently awarded the nickname "Tsunami" by my good friend / benefactor, Matt. Because it takes a whole insurance policy claim to cover my damages whenever I roll around.
I can't help but feel a twinge of guilt lately when I go out and eat huge portions that they serve here, knowing that across the ocean people are only eating once a day and such small portions because NOT ENOUGH FOOD AND GAS IS GETTING TO NEEDY AREAS OF JAPAN. It makes me angry that a first rate government like Japan can't do enough to help it's own people.

Modern Responsiblity--Conserve!

With the nuclear energy crisis at hand, it seems that much of this could have been avoided if Japan simply built fewer plants and made necessary updates. Apparently there was so much demand for energy in the 1970's in the burgeoning economy that power was valued so much it came at huge risks. Many countries around the world especially in the first world use nuclear energy to fuel and house ever increasing per capita income households. I thought "What can we do to help the crisis??" --Not much I am afraid, but perhaps we could use less energy and only keep up with the bare minimum. In stark contrast the city of Phoenix uses huge amounts of power to keep cool, to power cars that have to drive long distances, to pump and keep the water flowing through the pipes and through the monumental arizona canal that runs through half our state and also helps cool our nuclear power.
My roomate lives in a 5 bedroom house, all by his lonesome, I live in the guesthouse. In summer he doesn't turn down the air when he leaves for work at all I can hear it blasting away all year round, even in winter to keep it warm. Is all this really necessary? He says his electric bill is $450.00 a month in the summer. To me this is waste, but to him, an electical engineer with no kids and hardly any expenses he doesn't seem to mind. So strange. It's hard to imagine such waste, yet it exists. Households should have a limit of wattage usage they are allowed to use per square foot. It really should be mandated and controlled more.

David Kato--Tragic

Tragedy, Tragic, Tragically are the only way to describe the brutal muder of human rights activist David Kato by a supposed "robber" just weeks after he was outed in an anti-gay newspaper in Uganda. Imagine knowing that your own countrymen hate and want and will most likely murder you because of your sexual orientation. Even more tragic is the fact that Rolling Stone magazine published the names of several gay Ugandans thus outing them to an ignorant and cruel populace of 3rd world, Uganda. Last I checked Uganda was on top billing for all the terrible elements of the 3rd world. Don't they have more important pressing needs to worry about than if people around them are gay?? The utter irony and ignorance in this case is appalling!
P.S. Obama's response was most touching--"These are not special rights, they are human rights"!

Well like I hear on the radio, "Cathy Cruz Marrero earns todays 420 fail", --She will be forever known as the stupid lady who fell in the fountain as she was texting and has the audacity to sue the mall for, "no one coming to her aid" and possibly reckless endangerment?? --"No signs in the mall telling me not to text near the fountain"
Well she is so stupid and dumb and she couldn't have just a few people, co-workers etc know that she was the "fountain lady" but oh no she had to let the whole world know with a lawsuit and numerous appearances on TV networks.
Come to find out she allegedly (most likely yes) also steals credit cards and charges huge bills on them.

Food Prices will skyrocket

After watching the devestating floods in Australia affecting vast amounts of farmland, and then watching this story in India:
Food Prices go up
I predict there will be a major food crisis at the end of this year.
The irregular la nina after La Nino patterns 3 years in a row have affected the harvests of many countries and now the world will feel it's affects. Thank heavens we live in America with vast lands that can lay fallow so we don't have to be so dependent on local weather patterns.

Well well, we all were wondering what's up when conservative middle America Iowa passed same sex marriage rights. Now the voters get to have their say and yes, 3 of the supreme court judiciaries were removed from their posts in response to their previous ruling for gay marriage.
The first time in Iowa since the 60's.
It seems like this is the new persecution or intimidation, "Pass a rule we don't like and we will vote you out!"

One thing that irks me about blogspot, rather than tribe.net, is that there is no way to search for blogs, or interesting people that write blogs, (or at least I have no idea how to do it)
Anyway, I simply hit "Next blog" at the top of my page and a few links later,I come across a very nice looking family, with one child. The dad was friggin' hot, just the kind I like, in tip top shape, an avid biker and racer and they seem to have a perfect life. Then I realized that they are originally from Utah and yes, Mormon. I went through their entire blog to search for hot pics of this guy, yes I do get crushes on the little nobody's and got to thinking, "No wonder California voted for Prop 8, we had couples like this, the new nuveou republican young families voting in California that moved there from Utah to get away from the harsh weather!" Plus of course all the dumb one's that didn't read into the lines of the proposition to realize it was in effect discrimination!
Utah itself with it's very harsh climate cannot support the multitudes of hard working white folk that Mormonism has produced in the last 100 years, so they have to move away for "Greener" pastures....I mean look at them, they are all over the west now!
I was playing monopoly one day and came up with a new word: MONOPULATE, the act of a new group of people moving into an area and soon dominating it's political, economical climate by simply populating themselves on the new space to kick the original habitants out or shun them to lower echelons of society, i.e. White people in America, Javanese Muslims in Borneo, Catholics in Boston and finally Mormons in the American West.
Oh well perhaps another 20 years before their kids who grow up in more liberal climes will finally make decisions to turn this country around in this issue.

Greece: a country to be born and leave from

Many island nations in the world have had to have it's people emigrate as there isn't enough resources to sustain them. England, Ireland, Java to name a few.
Now one of the world's oldest nations is yet again entering this phenomenon, Greece. The very word Diasapora, of where we get our word "disperse" was a term coined by ancient Greece. It's too bad that the lovely almost island nation of greece simply cannot support it's people due to overcrowding and it's rocky soil.
The bigger countries of the world, Russia, Canada, US and Australia, must do more to accomadate the world's immigration. Well America you could argue is already getting too populated with our resources seemingly maxed out.
Perhaps I can visit the lovely ancient land of Greece one day.
