Before I found Mike, I started to learn trading in 2002 when the tech stock bubble burst. I wanted to learn because I want to make some money as my living. I had good teachers but sadly they could not teach their students to be successful traders. One of the teachers is even a chartered accountant and holding an MBA degree. Personally I do not know if he is a successful trader as he never said and his students never asked. I was really in vain because I was badly battered by the stock trading, when I talked to a gas station manager and raised the question that is there any better teacher in town who could teach successful student and the manager said that there could be but we do not know where to find. On returning home, I google searched and found Mike Ser and his meetup group. I enrolled his course and the rest is history. Perhaps My school fee payment stops at Mike as there is no need for me to find any, even let alone the chartered accountant. I am still subscribing his daily webinar and really good as it gives you another perspective of thinking, though you must have your own reasoning as well. For full time trading, you must have a full analysis of the market movement and apply what you have learned, before you trade and how successful you are before quitting your job. Trading looks easy but in reality it is not, there are a lot of pitfalls in the market that will easily whipsaw the traders.

I have been an equity trader for a very long time. I never really had any special training but I do have a very strong interest for investing in the financial markets. I have made and lost money quite consistently. The biggest challenge is trying to figure out when to enter the market and when to get out. I have never used any concept nor discipline consistently. One thing I have learned from Mike is definitely PATIENCE and all the techniques and methodology to establish a safer investing environment. I enjoyed Mike's guidance for projecting attainable potential returns but definitely and avoid the get rich scheme.

Meeting Mike was a lucky accident. For someone who had never bought a stock and got a headache whenever he heard about the Dow, becoming a trader was the furthest thing from my mind. However, in my time with Mike, concepts such as technical analysis, risk management, and trading strategies are no longer mysteries to me. I had the good fortune of having a professional who makes his living practicing what he preaches personally showing me the ropes.

I might perhaps be one of the few, if not the only, Mike Ser students who has started from ground zero – with only limited knowledge of technical analyses, market sensitivity and trading experience. Through the introduction of a friend, I attended a training course with Mike with some initial apprehension that my limited background might not be able to fit in. After the first meeting, I am happy to say that the concern has all disappeared. Mike turns out to be a very patient teacher, very “student friendly”, painstakingly introducing and explaining step by step the fundamentals for a beginner trader. Apart from the textbook knowledge of technical analyses, some of the most beneficial aspects of Mike’s training include his willingness to share life examples, his trading experience, and the important elements in the path that he has walked through to become a successful trader. After a few months of training (pretty slow for a mature student like myself), I have commenced to apply the course knowledge to practice. Throughout my trading days, Mike has unreservedly given me advice and support. Practical training continues after the course.

I highly recommend ‘The Trader Program’ to anyone interested in taking control of their own destiny. I found the course to be very specific and to the point, not a lot of confusion or unnecessary learning. Mike’s program is suitable for new traders through to the more advanced trader.
