In an exclusive radio interview Massey gives a detailed account of the beating by the campus police.

The police admit to "striking blows to soft tissue areas," but Massey states that even after informing the police he suffers from diabetic neuropathy, the brutalization continued. Massey says he wants to clear his name hopes the university's actions will not be "swept under the rug."
