Looking around the other day, I found some pretty cool sites from the advertisements Google posted. Mostly all of the adds are based on skateboarding. Anyway, one example was a new Mike Mo Capaldi skateboard with the MW2 style. It was also a very cheap price. So if you guys see some cool links in the ads Google posts, feel free to check them out and hopefully you guys can find some interesting stuff.

Skate Spotter

On the side of the page underneath my You Tube account there is a cool site called skate spotter. (Link on the side) What it does is that you type in where you live and it finds spots that other people have posted and skated. People may or may not post pictures and type reviews about the skate spot. Sign Up is free and the website is awesome.

How To Tre Flip/360 Flip

The 360 Flip consists of two tricks: the Kickflip and the 360 Pop Shuv It.
You probably know what they are so I will not go into detail.
However, it would be wise to be able to Kickflip and Pop Shuv It before attempting to 360 Flip.
Anyways, first comes first.... The foot placement.
For a 360 Flip, you should set your front foot in a Kickflip position but in the middle of the skateboard.
While first learning the 360 Flip, you might want to move your foot even farther back down, because the higher and farther in your front foot is on the board... the slower the board will flip.
Personally, I think it looks better if the board flips slower.

Your back foot should be very close to the end of the tail with your toes hanging off.
The back foot has a very important role in the 360 Flip.
It scoops the board in the 360 Shuv It motion.
When the board gets to a ninety degree turn, it would be wise to flip it in a Kickflip motion with your front foot.
Beware in flipping it too hard because it might send your board flying.
In other words, a light flick of your front foot should get your board flipping smoothly.
If you have tried to 360 Flip before and the board is always landing in back of you or you land on the nose, don't loose your cool.
In that situation you need to always remember to pop your board before you scoop it to get your wheels off of the ground.
Try the trick going rather slowly and then with more speed.

If you can 360 Flip and have the board land perfectly under you but you can't seem to get both feet on your board, try aligning your shoulders to be parallel with your skateboard.
That way, both feet will land on your skateboard.
Try to always catch your skateboard with your front foot first and not with your back foot because it makes the trick cleaner.
Try following the skateboard with your front foot and catch it with your front foot when the grip tape comes around.
If for some reason, you cant make the board rotate a full 360 degrees, then it is most likely due to the fact that you are not scooping the board hard enough.
Always remember to pop, scoop, flick, follow, catch, and roll away.
Don't lean to far ahead or too far back, try experimenting to get the perfect balance.
It really helps to watch others 360 Flip, before you try it, to further familiarize yourself with the trick.
