Uncorked at the National Wine Centre - Wine Event

Friday's Uncorked is a free entry fortnightly event held at the National Wine Centre.

Guests are invited to enjoy wines from a featured winery within good company. Guests can elect to enjoy wines by the glass and bottle and tasting flights are also available for guests to purchase.

The chefs supply a complimentary selection of canapés and cheese platters to supplement the Uncorked menu - complete with Moroccan Lamb Pizza. Live music from local acoustic musician Laidley Poulton completes the relaxed atmosphere.

Uncorked is the perfect place for everyone from the wine connoisseur to the wine novice to relax and enjoy good food, great company and fabulous wine!

X Factor Australia Runner Up Andrew Wishart will be performing LIVE at McCracken Country Club on Friday the 20th of January. Following on from his success on the popular TV show, Andrew promises to provide a fun night out for all.

The twilight concert will be held outdoors on the lawns of Victor Harbor’s McCracken Country Club, with concert-goers encouraged to bring along a picnic rug on which to relax and enjoy the evening (deck chairs not permitted).

Gates will open at 5pm, with supporting guests kicking off the night from 5.30pm. The event welcomes guests of all ages, with adult, child and family tickets available. A selection of food will be available for purchase on the night, as well as a licensed bar (no BYO alcohol), and concert-goers are welcome to bring along a picnic dinner.

It's the last weekend of the school holidays. This weekend is the perfect time for families to go out and have some fun!

I am certain that you can come up with some fantastic ideas to do with you kids, such as visit your local shopping mall, or perhaps take a wonder down Rundle Mall.

Why not take a stroll along a chilly beach? Brrrr! Dare your kids to jump into the ocean! Have an icecream down the Glenelg Jetty. Go fishing off Largs Bay.
