Engaging The Services Of A Licensed Philippine Recruitment Agency To Hire The Best Employees

The Philippines is considered one of the leading suppliers of overseas workers around the world, filling up job vacancies of various industries or fields. These include medicine and health care, banking and finance, information technology, education, military, care giving, and domestic cleaning, among others. Employers wanting to hire overseas Filipino workers should closely coordinate and work with a licensed Philippine Recruitment agency and follow the guidelines of the entire hiring process as mandated by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration or POEA.

Philippine Recruitment Process For Aspiring Overseas Workers

The process of hiring a Filipino worker starts by scouting for licensed private Philippine Recruitment agencies from the list provided by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate office. Employers are to choose an agency that can supply them with their manpower needs. If the agency doesn’t find a suitable candidate from its own database, then it advertises the job vacancy via local newspapers or job fairs and events.

Initial interviews and screening procedures for interested candidates will be conducted likewise by the chosen agency, which is responsible of making sure that only eligible and qualified Filipino workers are deployed. This means that aside from having to undergo stringent training and orientation programmes, the said applicants should also pass medical tests to be carried out only by government-accredited clinics or hospitals.

In order to verify the existence of the company or project as well as the job vacancy itself, the employer needs to prepare and submit certain documents to the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO), located at the Philippine Embassy or Consulate. They are the following: Manpower Request, Master Employment Contract, and the Special Power of Attorney or the Service/Recruitment Agreement.

Finding The Right Philippine Recruitment Agency

On the onset, make a shortlist of agencies that specialise in the industry or sector where your company belongs. Finding the ideal candidates will be a lot easier and faster this way. These agencies should have a wide network of resources so that they’ll be able to quickly match you with the perfect candidate for all ranks, even for top management positions. Make sure to thoroughly study their websites so as to familiarise yourself with the services they offer.

Hiring Workers From Malaysia Employment Agency

Many employers in Singapore work with a Malaysia Employment Agency to secure services of foreign workers interested in job opportunities in the country. Agencies in neighbouring countries usually partner with an agency based in Singapore to make the recruitment process prompt and smooth.

Before signing a contract with any employment agency, employers should make sure that they understand every detail connected to the deal. Below are some of the most important points to consider as you read the contract.

Malaysia Employment Agency Service

The duration of the agency service should be specified. Employers should agree with a specific date as to when the agency will be able to handover the foreign workers and when will the workers officially start work.

Employers should also study the fees related to agency service. There should be an agreement regarding the payment terms and the placement fees to be shouldered either by the employer or the foreign worker. It is also important that the contract confirms that the agency will not charge the employer any hidden fees or expenses.

Replacement of workers should also be seriously dealt with. This involves clauses on what will happen if the workers should go home because of sickness, because their skills are deemed not fit for the job, because they committed a legal offense, or whatnot. Most employment agencies offer free replacement under reasonable circumstances.

Malaysia Employment Agency Employee Welfare

What makes hiring an employment agency very beneficial is that agencies exert efforts to ensure that the candidates they endorse are in the best condition to work and live in a foreign country. Employers are guaranteed of workers that are highly-qualified, healthy, and with good work ethic.

A reputable Malaysia Employment Agency takes care of everything related to recruitment, from documentation and application of permits to sending candidates to medical exams and to ensuring personal accident insurance. Many agencies also provide candidates free training on language, culture, safety awareness, legal environment, and the like.

Human Resources; A True Asset To Your Business

In the world of trade and industry, Human Resources are regarded as vital assets for any business, especially since a business’s entire performance depend greatly on the output of its workforce. This is why it is important to properly screen every prospective employee to find out if he or she can indeed be an asset to your company.

Outsourcing Human Resources

But maintaining a full-scale, in-house human resource department can prove to be an expensive and time-consuming endeavour, this is why many companies opt to outsource such services from a recruitment firm, and have their entire manpower selection and recruitment process handled externally.

Two Easy Steps In Choosing Human Resources Providers

Locating companies who offer manpower solutions is easy and straightforward enough, it is the task of selecting the best ones that will take a bit more effort. Start by creating a list of eligible companies and conducting a thorough investigation of the various companies’ track records, find out how their previous and current clients rate their services and see if they can indeed deliver excellent results.

The best recruitment firms safeguard the quality of their services by making sure that all their candidates are highly skilled and well-qualified, and they do this by conducting stringent screening and training procedures to effectively separate the finest candidates from the rest. So when in the process of choosing a recruitment firm to work with, don’t forget to ask for a detailed description of their recruitment process.

The next and final step would be to compare the rates and service coverage of the various companies on your list of choices. And though it is quite tempting to just go with the company who offers the lowest rates, keep in mind that careful screening and recruitment procedures also require sizeable financial resources, and that your primary standard for selection should be on the quality of service and not on who can provide the cheapest rates.

Achieving Success In Finding A Good Job Online

Gone are the days when the only access to job vacancies is through announcements made in newspapers or the local community’s message or bulletin board. Through the years, with the advancement of technology, employers and job seekers have come to find each other more easily and extensively through the World Wide Web. Now, finding a Job Online has quickly become the norm, with the internet being a big marketplace for recruitment and employment.

Advantages Of Searching For A Job Online

Because the internet is a vast place that offers a lot of opportunities for business and work, you don’t have to leave the comforts of your own home when applying for a job. You just need a few hours of your time to search for job openings and send in your application. Since almost everything is already present online, finding a job that matches your skills and qualifications proves to be an easy task.

How To Land On A Job Online

You may choose to either join job search websites or sites of recruitment companies where you can search by type of job, location or industry. Or you may also go directly to specific companies’ websites and browse through their listed job opportunities. Make sure to have a professional email address that you will use in communicating and in registering a new account as may be required by some sites.

Be ready with your detailed resume and cover letter which should use only universally-accepted fonts and font size. Tailor-fit them to the company or position you’re applying for and make them stand out from the rest. Check the completeness of these documents, specifically your career objective, to ensure a suitable match.

Be meticulous when reading Job Online descriptions to see if you’re fit to apply. However, don’t be put off by some requirements that you seemingly don’t possess, because this doesn’t mean that you can’t be considered for the position. The strengths and qualifications reflected in your resume will surely earn you the attention that you need.

Give yourself about an hour of searching and sending off resumes online. Be productive while waiting for someone to contact you for a possible interview and always remember to acknowledge telephone calls and emails from potential employers.

Hiring People With Job Recruitment Agencies Malaysia

Malaysia has a huge workforce with a significant percentage of professionals and workers seeking for job opportunities in Singapore. Businesses in search of potential foreign employees can acquire quality candidates through working with employment firms that have strong ties with various Job Recruitment Agencies Malaysia.

Selection Of Job Recruitment Agencies Malaysia

A well-connected Singapore employment firm can search the best people in numerous industries ranging from construction, manufacturing, healthcare, and customer services. In addition, partnering with a firm will make compliance measures easier especially on acquiring work permits and special passes for foreign candidates.

Before a Singapore employment firm gathers potential candidates, its partners in Malaysia carries out a strict screening process to ensure that applicants have the right skills for and the significant experience in the job in question. Training people is expensive, so it is only logical that a business prioritises candidates that have done similar jobs in the similar industry.

Many Malaysian recruitment agencies also send their candidates to various trainings to prepare them for foreign work and Singapore culture.

Employment Promotion In Job Recruitment Agencies Malaysia

For foreign recruitment to be successful, it is crucial that the business makes potential candidates aware of the job opportunity in store for them. The business should highlight its employment strengths like financial security, retention, work-life balance, share of dividends, big chances for promotions, plenty of holidays, and whatnot. If candidates know that they will work for a great company, they will step up and do their best to get hired.

It will also be helpful for a business to engage its present employees in the recruitment process. Present employees can recommend great candidates, assist in reviewing resumes, help in screening and interviewing candidates, encourage someone who is qualified to work in the company and whatnot.

Recruitment becomes more competitive as the markets become more globalised, so a business should establish partnerships only with Singapore employment firms that can connect to top job recruitment agencies in Malaysia.

Working With Payroll Outsourcing

Payroll Outsourcing is the process by which a business or company commissions the services of another company who specializes in providing solutions to various business upkeep functions, one of which is the preparation and execution of the tasks related to payroll. This is a resource that many modern companies consider as a vital element of their entire business management process.

Benefits Of Payroll Outsourcing

Cost-effective: For medium to large enterprises, outsourcing payroll services from established corporate service companies is definitely cheaper than the cost of operating an in-house accounting office. This is mainly because running an in-house accounting office means that the company has to shoulder the added expenses for the necessary manpower, equipment, and supplies.

Efficient: In order to keep employees happy and avoid problems that may surface from a discontented workforce, salaries should be computed accurately and released on time. Top notch payroll processing companies are equipped with the latest custom software solutions to automatically and accurately calculate wages and apply all the necessary adjustments such as tax deductions, bonuses, travel allowances etc. This allows them to process payroll functions in a precise and timely manner.

Convenient: Managing payroll does not simply stand for the act of preparing workers’ wages, it also means keeping track of the various (and often dynamic) legal requirements and regulations of the local tax authority. Outsourcing payroll functions frees companies from this responsibility, and relieves them of the hassle of having to be constantly aware of upcoming changes and deadlines.

Payroll Outsourcing: Communication Is Key

When outsourcing payroll services, it is very important to maintain a clear line of communication between your company and the payroll processing firm, most especially for the first few months of your arrangement. This is to ensure that all the necessary information related to payroll is properly relayed to the outsourcing firm, and that the data they’re basing their computations on, are indeed current and accurate.

Hiring Work Holiday Employees In Singapore

Singapore advocates youth learning and cultural exchange, and this explains why the country offers short-term employment for foreign students and newly graduates. One example is the Work Holiday pass which allows young people from different countries to engage in brief employment stints in Singapore.

The holiday pass, which lasts for six months, is open to university students and newly graduates from Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. In addition to this, other short-term employment passes are available for young individuals in other foreign countries across the globe.

Work Holiday Recruitment

Many recruitment agencies in Singapore today specialise in hiring foreign individuals for internship or formal employment. This is because a lot of companies take the opportunity of making their work environment more diverse. They aim to gather business perspectives of people with different backgrounds.

Recruitment of young, foreign students can be very helpful especially to businesses that deliver products and services to the international market. These people can provide useful cultural insights on how to improve the business and how it can better get in touch with its target consumers.

Foreign students are very eager to learn. They want to make a good impression so they will surely be willing to perform various tasks in different aspects of the business.

Getting Permanent Employees Through Work Holiday

Work Holiday is a win-win situation. Young individuals get to experience how it is living and working in a foreign country, complete with the privilege of earning money to finance their trip. Companies on the other hand are able to discover fresh and promising talents which they can hire in the future for a permanent, long-term employment.

If you’re interested in hiring individuals in this kind of work set-up, contact a reputable recruitment agency that has good connections with student recruitment and internship agencies abroad. This will ensure that you get the right people with the right qualifications to do the job.

Protect Yourself, Work Only With A Reputable Philippine Employment Agency

We have heard it countless times before, innocent individuals looking to have better lives by making an honest living outside their native country, but instead, falling prey to illegal recruiters and heartless scammers. Things like these lead us to questions like; what led them to such a situation? Or what wrong decisions did they make along the way? We can never really know what these individuals were thinking at that time, but one thing is for sure, they definitely would have been better off working with an upright Philippine Employment Agency.

What You Should Not Do When Looking For A Philippine Employment Agency

And to make sure that things like these do not happen to you, here are two very important tips to help you avoid illegal recruitment scams.

Don’t forget to check with the proper authorities. The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration or POEA keeps an updated list of licensed employment agencies, and this list should be the first one you consult whenever you encounter a prospective recruitment agency. If the agency you’re dealing with is not on the list, then there is a high likelihood that they are illegal recruiters, and you are putting yourself in grave danger by working with them.

Don’t be blinded by dazzling offers. When a job placement offer seems too good to be true, it probably is, don’t be fooled by sky-high offers and out of this world benefits, they may just be fronts to lure unsuspecting victims. Always go back to the first tip and check to see if the agency you are talking to is legitimate, some illegal recruiters may also be using the names of a registered recruitment agency so make sure that you always make an in depth enquiry.

A Philippine Employment Agency For Employers

It is likewise important for employers to only seek out a licensed or legally registered Philippine Employment Agency for their manpower needs. This is to ensure that the candidates delivered to them have gone through ample screening and training processes to equip them with the ability to produce high quality results, for in this highly-competitive world, the performance of you employees may often mean the difference between success and failure.

Finding Singapore Jobs Through A China Employment Agency

China Employment Agency For Singapore Jobs

Because of its favourable foreign labour policies, Singapore has become a preferred employment destination of foreign citizens from neighbouring countries in Asia. More than a million or almost 33 per cent of the workers in the small Southeast Asian country are foreigners, which are categorised into foreign workers and foreign talents. Workers include semi-skilled and unskilled labourers, who mostly came from Indonesia and the Philippines. For foreign talents, employees usually come from Australia, Korea, U.S., Taiwan, and China. For Chinese nationals who want to work in Singapore, they need to go through a China Employment Agency.

Unfortunately, not all employment agencies in China deliver what they promise. These are the agencies that care more about the commission they will receive for securing applicants job placements than the applicants themselves. Even though there are no job vacancies at the moment, these agencies still recruit applicants. In the end, the poor applicants fail to secure a job even after paying the recruitment agency thousands of dollars.

Unlike employment agencies in Singapore, there are no fee caps set for recruiters in China. Last April of 2011, Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM) updated their rules on recruitment fee caps. Employment agencies can only charge workers a fee not exceeding one month of their salary for each year of the duration of their employment contract or approved Work Pass. The fee cap is based on the total salary, which is the basic salary and all fixed allowances but excluding bonuses and variable components like overtime pay. There are no fee caps in charging employers, though.

But the rule only applies to Singapore employment agencies. If the foreign workers go through a recruiter based in their country, MOM can’t do anything about it anymore since the foreign employment agencies are beyond the jurisdiction of the Singapore government.

Choosing A Reputable China Employment Agency

To avoid getting scammed when applying for a job in Singapore from China, one must choose a China Employment Agency that has good reputation and history. Although there is nothing wrong with a newly opened recruitment firm, it is risky to apply through them. It is important to research about the agency before signing with them. Confirm their legal existence by checking their license numbers and permits through the local government, and look for testimonials from past clients.

HR Consultancy Management

Every organisation relies on its human resource to operate successfully. And without efficient staff management, the entire company can crumble apart. Large companies normally have an entire department dedicated to HR management and resources. Unfortunately for small and even medium-sized organisations, it is not feasible to create a discrete human resource department for their few employees. What they do is outsource their needs to an HR Consultancy company. By outsourcing their HR processes, they can focus on their business and make sure that the concerns of their employees are proficiently taken care of.

What An HR Consultancy Firm Can Do For Employers

Not all establishments can afford to set up a separate unit to take care of their human resource concerns. At the same time, addressing employees’ issues is undeniably important. That’s why it is ideal for many businesses to outsource an HR unit rather than hire a whole department.

Aside from assistance in implementation of human resource practices, HR consultants can also handle the company’s recruitment procedures, ensuring that the best persons for given positions are hired. Even multinational companies also turn to HR consultant firms to deal with their recruitment needs. The HR company would generally conduct interviews and exams first before sending the best candidates to the client company for final interview.

The HR firm can also help the client company assess the performance of current employees and conduct trainings if necessary. Regular employee performance evaluation is crucial to maintain the standards of the establishment, while various trainings, whether related to their job or not, help the staff develop their skills and knowledge. The human resource group can also organise bonding and leisure activities for the employees so they can have an occasional break from work and recharge their mindset.

Outsourcing HR Consultancy management is a cost-effective and efficient way to handle human resource concerns for small and middle businesses. They can manage critical business matters while enforcing necessary workforce management through the help of HR specialists.
