2019-12-25T19:10:00.001+05:45

Christmas (which means "Feast day of Christ") is a Christian holiday that refers to the birth of Jesus (whom Christians believe is the Son of God), and a cultural holiday for non-Christians. The day known as Christmas Day is celebrated on the 25th day of December.Christmas is celebrated to remember the birth of of Jesus Christ, who Christians believe is the Son of God. The name 'Christmas' comes from the Mass of Christ (or Jesus). A Mass service (which is sometimes called Communion or Eucharist) is where Christians remember that Jesus died for us and then came back to life. The word Christmas has its origin from the old English term Cristes Maesse, meaning “Christ's Mass.” Though the word Christ is commonly used as Jesus' name, it is actually a title Christmas is celebrated in a variety of ways.

Some Christians start Christmas Day with a midnight service, called Midnight Mass. Christians often celebrate Christmas by giving and receiving presents and cards. This reminds them of the gift of Jesus, beginning his earthly life.Merry Christmas is a term used by millions to express good tidings this Christmas season. ... Christmas is a combination of the phrase Christ Mass. This is an annual tradition that dates back to the fourth century where millions of people gather together for a large mass honoring the birth of Jesus ChristThe earliest source stating 25 December as the date of birth of Jesus is likely by Hippolytus of Rome, written very early in the 3rd century, based on the assumption that the conception of Jesus took place at the Spring equinox which he placed on 25 March, and then added nine months – festivals on that date were then .

The Bible does not give the date of Jesus’ birth, nor does it say that we should celebrate his birthday. As McClintock and Strong’s Cyclopedia states: “The observance of Christmas is not of divine appointment, nor is it of NT [New Testament] origin. The legend of Santa Claus can be traced back hundreds of years to a monk named St. Nicholas. It is believed that Nicholas was born sometime around 280 A.D. in Patara, near Myra in modern-day Turkey. Much admired for his piety and kindness, St. Nicholas became the subject of many legends. The Man Behind the Story of Father Christmas/Santa Claus. St. Nicholas was a Bishop who lived in the fourth century in a place called Myra in Asia Minor (now called Turkey). He was a very rich man because his parents died when he was young and left him a lot of money.

What if someone tells you that the religion is just waste of time or its just being superstitious , would you really mind to that person ? Of course not because the above picture depicts the same thing , it doesn't matter whether we are poor , rich , good or bad by heart but what matters is how we live and the way of living style and rejoicing festivals with each other as being creatures belonging to humans we are unlikely to maintain natural balance along with no disturbance in the other creature . As this festive season most of the christian people cut down tree and hamper the natural habitat for many aerial , arboreal and terrestrial creature , so just a message not to bring imbalance in environment and to celebrate this festival with lots of joy .It spreads tons of love and joy everywhere among people .

Wish this could true and each one of us would get chance to open the jar which contains only happiness and prosperity for our life each and ever day and not every month .But this will just be true somewhere mentioned in the fairy tales and unrealistic movies . We , humans have become very selfish because we just want to surround ourselves with the bloom of happiness around us and never let any sorrow or sad moment come into our life but this actually is never going to happen since happiness and sorrows go hand to hand if we are born as a homo sapiens creature . Hence , I always think that what would happen if we weren't born as humans ? But the answer we would get is we would be categorized as a creature that is most probably to do nothing in this world so happiness and sorrows are just the two sides of a single coin . Therefore , there must be faith in both the factors in order to bring much more prosperity in your life. Harlen Miller focuses on expressing that even if we focus on single happiness we would get plenty of joy and we can happily and comfortably live our life without any sorrow and problems regardless of what we feel about that particular point

The above picture also examplifies that whether we are poor or we are rich we all have the right to live and enjoy the moment , festival , occasion but at the same time we forget that they are poor , and the word "Poverty" is all clear to why they can't enjoy any festive season . It feels very bad when we see someone even smiling in their hard times because only great people know how to embrace in their hard times too . We must learn something from this picture as the christmas cap we see is just Rs. 100 for us but for her it is her daily bread , if we compare her sacrifice with the hard work it is very challenging to understand because she is doing that selling business for fulfilling all the needs and demands of her baby boy and most probably to fill his stoamch with food . So , just a simple request to each one of us reading this when ever you get a chance you are most likely to buy anything sold by the poor people . Let's spread the happiness everywhere among the planet , not only we in this extreme cold sleep full stomach with warmness but all those people like her should get food to eat and sleep warm in their home .

Just Look At Both The Pictures Above This Is What's Today Need Is Called .

Each and every religion supporting each other and having religious tolerance ....

Despite being different from caste , creed , language , religion , culture , traditions, beliefs , and values we are human and we do have feelings for each and every religion . Let's treat all the people equally , give respect to boy and girls , male and female , man and women that's what we called the fresh home of social creatures . Until and unless the concept of religious tolerance and secularism will not be provoked time and often it is impossible for the people to understand the feeling of Being a human . In simple words it gives freedom of religion, equal citizenship to each citizen regardless of his or her religion, and the separation of religion and state. ... It means equal treatment of all religions. If it would not be so then why all the hindus are celebrating Christmas today , why do people still wish "Merry Christmas" though its not their festival so this is the symbol of changing perspective of people all around the world .We are human not for name sake but for proof that we are still the most smartest creature in this universe .

Once again to all of us I wish you all "Merry Christmas", 2019 .

May this festive season bring gifts full of happiness and prosperity in your life and you bloom yourself with flying colors in your specialized areas .

Creativity

2019-12-20T20:36:00.000+05:45

Creativity is a phenomenon whereby something new and somehow valuable is formed. The created item may be intangible (such as an idea, a scientific theory, a musical composition, or a joke) or a physical object (such as an invention, a literary work, or a painting).

The ability to use skill and imagination to produce something new or to produce art; the act of doing this . For ex :1. Creativity and originality are more important than technical skill.

Creativity is like a muscle. It must be stretched, challenged, and occasionally pushed past its comfort zone.We already know being creative can make us happier and healthier. But while we may think of creativity in terms of writing a novel or painting a masterpiece, experts say it can really mean anything from trying a new recipe to submitting an original idea during a meeting.

Here we’ve got some fun ways to fire up that creative spark, from having a drink to taking a nap—seriously.

Now it's time to stretch your creative muscles again.

These can help you to dramatically improve your creativity.

1. Learn Through Collaboration

Curiosity will lead you to creativity.

"In my own life, I found that whenever I wasn't sure what to do next, I would go and learn a lot, read a lot, talk to experts. I don't know how the human brain works but it's almost magical: when you read enough or talk to enough experts, when you have enough inputs, new ideas start appearing."

Indeed, collaborating with and learning from others may be just what you need to give your creativity a boost.

2. Do Something You Love

Stuck for ideas? Not sure what to do? Your life needs some balance to ensure your creativity doesn't suffer.

In a letter to his son, Albert Einstein provided a great bit of fatherly insight when addressing his son's interest in playing the piano that is applicable to losing yourself in the creative process: do something that pleases you.

"That is the way to learn the most, that when you are doing something with such enjoyment that you don't notice that the time passes," Einstein wrote. "I am sometimes so wrapped up in my work that I forget about the noon meal."

Love and creativity are intertwined. A hobby, such as playing an instrument, running, or collecting memorabilia, can help you relax and fight stress while giving your creativity a boost.

3. Find Inspiration From Other Industries

Your next idea won't come from copying what a competitor has already done. So look for innovation in different industries and niches.

Research what businesses are dominating. Why

What businesses are you most loyal to? Why?

How can you transfer what worked for businesses outside your industry to your own market? Maybe you can improve on these ideas.

Taking inspiration from other industries is a great way to boost your own creativity.

4. Use the Six Thinking Hats Technique

Sometimes you just need to start over. Forget everything and begin anew with a blank slate - break it down using six different colored "thinking hats".

Using this process could help you look at things in a different way. It gives you the option to look at things in a "just the facts" manner (white hat); where things could go wrong (black hat); and possibilities, alternatives, and new ideas (green hat), for example.

By looking at a problem from several unique perspectives may be just what you need to find a solution.

5. Ask For Advice or Feedback

Sometimes you're too close to a problem to figure out a creative solution all by yourself.

Asking for help isn't a sign of weakness. Ask for help and advice from friends, peers, and people from your personal network that you trust and respect. Every person has a unique skill set, experience, and knowledge.A fresh outside perspective, or three, or five, may be just what you need.Even if you don't use their advice, it may spark some new, creative thinking that will get you where you need to go.

6. Pick a Terrible Idea

Step away from whatever idea you're stuck on for a few minutes.

What's the most useless idea you can imagine? Make a list of the worst ideas you can think up.

Now the real challenge to stretch your creativity: what are the best features of these terrible idea

Perhaps looking at these terrible ideas will spark something creative that you can transfer over to your excellent idea.

Bonus Ideas to Stimulate Your Creativity :

7. Listen to music.

Jamming out stimulates the part of our brain that controls motor actions, emotions, and creativity.Large-scale brain networks emerge from dynamic processing of musical timbre, key and rhythm: According to “The Mozart Effect,” listening to Mozart can increase creativity, concentration, and other cognitive functions. Though it’s not clear if this effect works for everyone, but a little classical music probably won’t hurt.

8. Meditate.

Stuck in a mental rut? When panic strikes, try meditating: It promotes divergent thinking, a state of mind in which we’re able to generate new ideas.

9. Get someone else’s opinion.

Don’t be afraid to ask for help. A friend might mention something that sparks a whole new stream of thought. The more ideas and perspectives, the better.

10. Think about something far away.

Research suggests our ability to solve problems improves when we think about events far off in the past or future or in another location. So picture New Year’s Eve 2022 or dining at a café in Paris and let your imagination go.

11. Write by hand.

12. Daydream.

What was I saying? Oh, right. We tend to take a more creative approach to problems when our mind is wandering (less so when we’re hunched over a computer with a deadline looming). So don’t worry about zoning out for a few minutes.

13. Look at something blue or green.

These colors tend to enhance performance on cognitive tasks. Researchers say that’s because we associate blue with the ocean, sky, and openness in general, while green signals growth. Check out that globe the next time a problem pops up.Blue or red? Exploring the effect of color on cognitive task performances.

14. Laugh a little.

Haha, get a load of this! According to some studies, a positive mood can facilitate creativity because it boosts activity in the prefrontal cortex and anterior cingulate cortex (areas of the brain associated with complex cognition, decision-making, and emotion).Better mood and better performance. Learning rule-described categories is enhanced by positive mood. Even if you’re not feeling cheery, letting out a hearty chuckle can actually trigger a positive mood—so get silly to get creative.

15. Exercise the eyes.

Moving the eyes back and forth facilitates interaction between the right and left hemispheres of the brain, which may boost creative thinking.Influence of handedness and bilateral eye movements on creativity .

Likewise , you can prefer the creativity quest or challenge that are available these days on social media .Here's a link for the creativity test :

16. Spend time outside.

Remember the thrill of being a kid running through the playground, making up games and adventures? Bring that feeling back simply by getting a dose of green. Being in natural settings is like playtime for adults: It taps into all five senses, energizes the body, and, most importantly, stimulates the imagination.

17. Create with your hands.

High-five! Thumbs up! Those ten fingers are the tools for expressing our mind and interacting with others. That’s why the Barrons say making something by hand can be a huge creativity boost. Producing something by hand also means getting information from multiple senses at once, which can stimulate creative thinking. Try cooking, knitting, or a DIY home decorating project.

18. Get social.

When we spend time with people we trust, we tend to have deeper conversations. The Barrons believe these chats often lead to creative thinking because we’re able to be ourselves and talk freely about our passions.

19. Exercise.

According to the Barrons, when we’re physically active, the body loosens up and our mind is a little freer. So it’s easier to come up with solutions to problems and think of new ideas. Plus one recent study found regular exercisers performed better on creative tasks than their less active peers did.

20. Do some yoga.

Some believe that certain poses, like child’s pose and pigeon pose, can facilitate creativity. Even if it’s tough to prove that fact scientifically, the other benefits of yoga, such as stress and anxiety reductions, are more well-documented.

21. Play video games.

Here’s one excuse to sit in front of the computer: Video games that energize players and encourage a positive mood (Wii Tennis, not Mortal Combat) can also promote creativity by boosting our problem-solving skills.

22. Get some sleep.

If you’re trying to solve a problem and can’t, go to bed. You might find a better solution in the morning. Sleep restructures new memory representations, meaning we think about experiences in new ways.Sleep inspires insight. At the very least, take a power nap, which stimulates right brain activity (the part of the brain responsible for creativity).

Long-Term

23. Sit in a coffee shop.

In one study, people were most creative with a moderate level of noise in the background. The noise around us is slightly distracting, so it encourages us to think a little harder and more imaginatively. (Of course, some people might need quieter or louder noise to produce their best work.)

24. Don’t stress about perfection.

It’s okay if that painting doesn’t make it to the Finals . Putting pressure on yourself to produce something outstanding can actually make it harder to create anything at all. “A lot of people secretly feel, ‘I’m not creative.’ But everyone is creative to a certain degree,” Carrie Barron says. Just try your best and see what happens.

25. List problems.

Keep a notebook handy at all times and, throughout the day, jot down pesky annoyances. You might come up with a creative solution to one of the issues.

26. Hang out with sarcastic people.

Hearing sarcastic expressions of anger can help our ability to solve creative problems a lot more than just hearing direct anger others’ anger makes people work harder not smarter: the effect of observing anger and sarcasm on creative and analytic thinking. That’s possibly because sarcastic people seem less scary. So take the facetious route next time you want some new ideas from a co-worker.

27. Play at work.

Consider looking for a job that fosters “play” during the workday, like team outings and gym breaks. Letting loose for a few hours can help us think more freely, boosting creativity and productivity when we’re back at the desk.

28. Make a creativity room.

Designate a physical space for creativity in the house and include objects related to hobbies, mementos from favorite memories, and vision boards featuring possible projects. Not enough space? Try a “creativity corner” in a single room.

29. Work when you’re tired.

Yes, sleep can help us think of new ideas, but working at our non-optimal time of day can also promote creativity because we’re less inhibited. Morning people might try working at night and night owls could try getting to work early.

30. Spend time alone.

We did suggest that hanging with friends can boost creativity, but sometimes a little peace and quiet is necessary. Hole up with some headphones, get in touch with your own thoughts, go for a solo walk, or focus on the task at hand.

31. Free think and write ideas down.

Instead of worrying about remembering ideas (what was that brilliant story idea again…?), you’ll have room to come up with new ones.

32. Exercise your creativity like a muscle.

One surefire way to boost creative thinking: Try. No, really! “Creativity isn’t made out of a magical fairy part of the brain,” Green says. “It’s essentially using all the same tools that go into doing everything else … but applying those tools in creativity-specific ways.”

Research shows that when people try to think more creatively, they almost always can -- and those effects are both significant and repeatable. Green points to an “age-old adage” in neuroscience that “cells that fire together, wire together.” The idea is that the more you use your brain to do something, the stronger the connections between the cells involved become.

Try implementing this idea in your everyday routine by avoiding bringing your phone to bed or to the bathroom. It's also a good idea to turn off notification settings for social media apps and email. Consider dedicating specific time in your day to thinking creatively -- and remind yourself to do so before any brainstorming session.

33.. Change up your surroundings -- even minimally.

Data support that creativity “nudges” can come from changes as small as a warmer cup of coffee or different colors in the room. Try switching out some of the items on your desk, orienting yourself differently or doing an overhaul of the bulletin board you sit facing. Know that those “nudges” don’t only pertain to your physical surroundings -- they’re also connected to your social setting.

There’s a good chance it won’t be immediately apparent how what you’re learning could be useful in the future.

34. Pay attention to -- and record -- new ideas that come to you.

As people age, the number of creative ideas that come to them doesn’t necessarily slow, but they tend to capture fewer of them. When an idea -- or a small component of an idea -- comes to you, start making it a point to preserve it. Jot it down in a smartphone note, write it in a pocket-sized notebook you carry around or sketch it on a napkin. “Capture now, evaluate later,” says Epstein, who says his research has shown over and over again that capturing your new ideas is likely the most valuable aspect of boosting creativity.
