(That's because, the "Estimated Wait Time" extended into 2011.)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I got a call back within a day, as promised. I talked to the rep. The rep sent out a meter reader.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;My $600.00 bill was found to be wrong. The original bill for the 4th Q of 2009 that I received showed twice as much water used as was &lt;em&gt;really&lt;/em&gt; used, according to the &lt;em&gt;new&lt;/em&gt; meter read.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I received a "corrected" bill. It was not corrected, correctly. Follow?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The billing system, which is supposedly new, only took off $50 as opposed to the $400 that it should have.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I called to complain. And then, I called to complain again.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Got a call from a "volunteer." Nice lady. She said she was a volunteer, and was only calling to say that someone will call within 7 days. I'm on day six. (&lt;em&gt;She also said that she would direct her Mom to this website, who was also having an "issue" with her water bill.&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family: Georgia;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #c00000;"&gt;Do you think I should wait by my phone tomorrow?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;  &lt;/p&gt;

I launched &lt;em&gt;this&lt;/em&gt; website to help fight the Water Department because of an erroneous bill that I, along with 2,000 other Cuyahoga County residents received.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I sure didn't wake up one morning and say to myself, "I want to become a community activist of sorts!"&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;But, now my other fight has been revealed.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;My next door neighbor asked me {In November} if he could build a "storage shed."         <summary>I hope that I am not jinxing myself here, but after 6 months, numerous hours {30+} of personal time emailing, writing, and calling the City Of Cleveland's Division Of Water to get my little 700% water bill increase resolved, it has been. So, I guess I'll shut down this website. Kidding. I will not shut it down until all 2,000+ Cuyahoga County residents have received their adjustments... Let's keep this going!         <summary>Tuesday. Waiting time on the "customer service" {Not} phone lines were 24 minutes. Sorry, but I do not have time to sit on the phone for that long. I have already invested over 30 hours of my time since January to try to get my erroneous water bills resolved. Wednesday. A little better. A 17 minute wait. I didn't. I did get a little adjustment on the latest bill, however. Now, instead of being 700% more than I have ever ever paid for water, it is down to only 550% more. Anyone else have a similar positive experience? Oh. One...</summary>
