छोटे शहर से आने वाले न्यूटन जैसे लाखों भारतीय हैं, जो सरकारी नौकरी पाने के लिए बेकरार हैं। भारत में सरकारी नौकरी का मतलब है, आमदनी की गारंटी, सिर पर छत और मुफ्त में मेडिकल सुविधाएं। इसके अलावा सरकारी नौकरी करने वाले और उसके परिजनों को घूमने या कहीं आने-जाने के लिए पास भी मिलता है।

रेलवे भर्ती बोर्ड के अमिताभ खरे कहते हैं, 'भारत का समाज सामंतवादी रहा है। जहां पर सरकारी नौकरी करने वाले को समाज में बड़े सम्मान से देखा जाता था। वो मानसिकता आज भी कायम है'।

आईएएस और दूसरी सिविल सर्विसेज़ को तो और भी ऊंचा दर्जा हासिल है। यूपी और बिहार जैसे राज्यों से हर साल बड़ी तादाद में युवा सिविल सर्विसेज में कामयाबी हासिल करते हैं। रेलवे के एक अधिकारी ने बताया कि हर साल करीब 15 हजार रेलवे कर्मचारी अपने शहर में वापस ट्रांसफर किए जाने की अर्जी देते हैं। इनमें से ज्यादातर अर्जियां यूपी और बिहार से आती हैं।

DU LLB Eligibility Criteria 2017

University of Delhi will announce eligibility criteria of DU LLB 2017 along with the examination notification. DU LLB 2017 eligibility criteria mentions minimum requirement for admissions to three-year law programmes at Delhi University, Faculty of Law. According to DU LLB eligibility criteria, candidates need to meet the academic qualification as well as age bar to fulfil conditions for the LLB entrance examination of Delhi University. The DU LLB aspirant needs to have a graduation degree with a minimum qualifying score and should not be more than 30 years of age. Those who meet the mentioned these eligibility criteria of Delhi University LLB entrance examination can apply and appear for the law entrance exam.

Eligibility for DU LLB Application Form 2017

Before filling online application form, candidates are required to read and understand DU LLB eligibility criteria 2017. Delhi University has mentioned some important conditions for appearing in the law entrance examination of the university, which is called eligibility criteria. According to the eligibility for DU LLB applications 2017, candidates need to be a Graduate Degree or Postgraduate degree holder from the University of Delhi or any equivalent university recognised by University Grants Commission.

Moreover, the candidate should have scored a minimum of 50 per cent marks in aggregate of the subjects studied at graduation or post-graduation degree programme.

The University of Delhi has begun application form of DU LLB 2017 on June 12. The date has been postponed for the second time in row as earlier it was to be announced on June 7 and before this, the DU LLB application forms were to begin from May 31, 2017. Candidates who wish to appear for the Delhi University law entrance examination need to fill DU LLB 2017 application form and have to register online through an official link in this page. The candidates need to fill the DU LLB application form only online as no other application mode will be entertained by the central university. Moreover, candidates will have to remit an application fee of Rs. 500 using online payment options–Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card. DU LLB application form 2017 duly filled should be submitted online before the last date of closure of online application window. DU LLB Admit Card 2017

Delhi University, Faculty of Law will be issuing admit card of DU LLB 2017 in June. DU LLB 2017 admit card will be issued online and no hard copy of the DU LLB admit card will be sent to any of the candidates under any circumstances. Candidates will have to download their admit cards of Delhi University law entrance examination as they are considered as hall ticket for appearing in the DU LLB entrance. The hall ticket of DU LLB 2017 can be accessed by logging into the registered account of the applicants. DU LLB Admit Card/ Hall Ticket mentions details of the examination and candidature including roll number, examination timing and complete address of the DU LLB exam centre. It’s advised to keep a copy of DU LLB 2017 admit card safe unless the undergraduate law admissions in the central university for the current year is complete. DU LLB Counselling 2017

The University of Delhi, Faculty of Law will be organising counselling of DU LLB 2017 in July. Candidates who are in the merit list and meet cut off for the Delhi University law admissions will be called in for attending DU LLB 2017 counselling. The candidates will need to participate in the DU LLB counselling according to their secured rank as mentioned in merit list of DU LLB 2017. Candidates attending the counselling process for Delhi University law admissions need to note that if any candidate is found ineligible according to the eligibility criteria of DU LLB, their candidature will get cancelled and no further request will be entertained in this regard. The DU LLB counselling is the last step of admission process for getting enrolled in the three-year LLB programmes which involves seat allotment after document verification. The central university may hold as many as six rounds of DU LLB counselling 2017 for admissions to the undergraduate law programmes in the university.

DU LLB Seat Allotment 2017

The central university will be allotting seats of DU LLB 2017 for those candidates who are found eligible for admissions to three-year LLB programmes in Delhi University, Faculty of Law. DU LLB 2017 seat allotment is a process involved in the counselling for Delhi University law admissions. The DU LLB seat allotment will be carried on in accordance with the merit list of DU LLB 2017, which means the candidate will be allotted seats according to their secured ranks. In case any candidate is found ineligible for the DU LLB admissions, the next candidate in the merit of the DU LLB 2017 rank list will be allotted the LLB seat. Moreover, candidates need to be present on the scheduled date for attending seat allotment process. DU LLB Participating Institutes 2017

Delhi University conducts DU LLB 2017 entrance examination for offering admissions into three law institutes affiliated under the central university. DU LLB entrance examination is a gateway to admissions into the three-year LLB programmes offered at the three DU law campuses namely, Campus Law Centre, Law Centre I and Law Centre II. While Campus Law Centre and Law Centre I is located in the North Campus of the university, a candidate needs to visit DU South Campus if enrolled in Law Centre II of Delhi University.

DU LLB Seats and Reservation 2017

The University of Delhi is offering as many as 2310 seats across its three law centres. Among the 2310 offered seats in three-year LLB programme of the central university though DU LLB entrance examination, a total of 1167 seats have been set aside for Open Category, whereas there are 623 seats reserved for OBC candidates.

Till last year Delhi University offered as many as 2611 LLB seats including 301 seats reserved for supernumerary candidates including Physically Handicapped, War Widows and Foreign Nationals. How to fill DU LLB Application Form 2017

DU LLB 2017 application form filling is a four-step process which begins with online registration for the Delhi University LLB entrance examination and ends with submission of filled-in application form of DU LLB 2017. Candidates can find below step-wise form filling process of DU LLB application 2017.

Step 1 – Online registration for DU LLB entrance exam 2017

In the first step of filling application form of DU LLB 2017, candidates will need to register for the law entrance examination for which he/ she needs to provide some basic personal details.

Click on ‘New User’ for beginning online DU LLB 2017 registration.

Question: Can I change my DU LLB exam centre 2017 preference after I have registered through the online application system of DU LLB 2017?

देश के बड़े लॉ कालेजों से लॉ करने की चाह रखने वाले युवाओं के लिए यह जरूरी खबर है। दिसंबर में कॉमन लॉ एडमिशन टेस्ट (क्लैट) 2017 के लिए नोटिफिकेशन जारी हो गई है। जनवरी के पहले सप्ताह से आनलाइन आवेदन प्रक्रिया शुरू होगी।
यूजी और पीजी दोनों में ही होते हैं दाखिले
क्लैट के जरिए देश के 16 नेशनल लॉ कॉलेजों के अंडर ग्रेजुएट, पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट और इंटीग्रेटेड प्रोग्राम में दाखिले होते हैं। एग्जाम के जरिए करीब 1200 सीटें भरी जाएंगी। मार्च तक आवेदन प्रक्रिया चलेगी और फिर मई में नेशनल लेवल एग्जाम होंगे।
पटना को मिल सकती है जिम्मेदारी
क्लैट 2016 का आयोजन राजीव गांधी नेशनल यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ लॉ, पंजाब ने कराई थी। इस बार इसकी जिम्मेदारी पटना के चाणक्य नेशनल लॉ यूनिवर्सिटी को मिल सकती है। हालांकि इसकी घोषणा भी दिसंबर माह में ही की जाएगी।

बच्चे को मिशनरी स्कूल में पढ़ाने की चाह रखने वाले अभिभावकों को दिवाली के काफी जद्दोजहद करनी होगी। एक नवम्बर से शहर के कई मिशनरी स्कूलों की नर्सरी कक्षा में दाखिले के लिए आवेदन की प्रक्रिया शुरू होने जा रही है। इनके अलावा, कई अन्य नामचीन मिशनरी और निजी स्कूल कतार में है।
लामार्ट के एक से : ला मार्टीनियर गर्ल्स कॉलेज की लोवर प्रेप कक्षा और लामार्ट्स बॉयज की नर्सरी कक्षा में दाखिले के आवेदन फार्म आगामी एक नवम्बर से मिलेंगे। दोनों के फार्म ऑनलाइन उपलब्ध कराई जाएंगे। लामार्ट गर्ल्स के आवेदन एक नवम्बर को सुबह नौ बजे से उपलब्ध रहेंगे।
जीडी गोयनका पब्लिक स्कूल : स्कूल में दाखिले के लिए आवेदन फार्म सात नवम्बर से मिलेंगे। स्कूल के चेयरमैन सर्वेश गोयल ने बताया कि स्कूल की सुशांत गोल्फ सिटी और महानगर स्थित दोनों शाखाओं में फार्म उपलब्ध रहेंगे।
सैनिक स्कूल में 8 नवम्बर तक : सैनिक स्कूल की सातवीं व नौंवी कक्षा के आवेदन आगामी आठ नवम्बर तक किए जा सकते हैं। आवेदन के लिए पंजीकरण पांच नवम्बर तक होंगे। स्कूल में दाखिले प्रवेश परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार के हिसाब से होंगे।
क्रिएटिव कॉन्वेंट में एक से : सरोजनीनगर स्थित क्रिएटिव कॉन्वेंट कॉलेज की प्ले ग्रुप और नर्सरी कक्षा में दाखिले के आवेदन फार्म एक नवम्बर से मिलेंगे। प्रबंधक योगेन्द्र सचान ने बताया कि नर्सरी की ट्यूशन फीस 800 रुपए है।
स्टैफर्ड स्कूल : नर्सरी कक्षा में दाखिले के फार्म एक दिसम्बर से मिलेंगे। आवेदन फार्म निशुल्क उपलब्ध कराया गया है। प्रबंध निदेशक अम्बरीश बंसल ने बताया कि स्कूल में पढ़ने वाले बच्चों के भाई-बहन को वरीयता दी जाती है।
ग्रीन विले स्कूल : लाटूश रोड और आशियाना क्षेत्र में संचालित ग्रीन विले स्कूल के प्लेग्रुप के फार्म भी एक दिसम्बर से ही मिलेंगे। यहां फार्म का शुल्क दो सौ रुपए निर्धारित किया गया है।

MUMBAI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will hold the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2016 on September 18.
The announcement was made on the CTET website. According to the website, in accordance with the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 23 of the RTE Act, the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) vide Notification dated 23rd August, 2010 and 29th JULY, 2011 laid down the minimum qualifications for a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher for class I to VIII. It had been inter alia provided that one of the essential qualifications for a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher in any of the schools referred to in Clause (n) of section 2 of the RTE Act is that he/she should pass the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) which will be conducted by the appropriate Government in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE.

इलाहाबाद (ब्यूरो)। इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय में दाखिला के लिए अब ऑनलाइन प्रवेश परीक्षा देनी होगी। कुलपति के निर्देश पर प्रवेश प्रकोष्ठ की ओर से इसके लिए तैयारी शुरू कर दी गई है। प्रवेश समिति की अनुमति के बाद आवेदन के लिए नोटिफिकेशन जारी कर दिया जाएगा। विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन की इस कवायद के बाद यह भी स्पष्ट हो गया है कि अन्य पाठ्यक्रमों की तरह परास्नातक (पीजीएटी) और शोध प्रवेश परीक्षा (क्रेट) के लिए भी वस्तुनिष्ठ आधारित प्रश्न पूछे जाएंगे।
विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन दाखिला के मामले में क्रमश: ऑनलाइन प्रक्रिया की तरफ बढ़ रहा है। पिछले साल सिर्फ स्नातक प्रवेश परीक्षा (यूजीएटी) के लिए ऑनलाइन के साथ डाक या प्रवेश प्रकोष्ठ पर फार्म जमा करने की छूट दी गई थी। अन्य पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन मांगे गए थे, लेकिन मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय की पहल पर इस बार विश्वविद्यालय के सभी कोर्सेज के लिए सिर्फ ऑनलाइन आवेदन लिए जाने का निर्णय पहले ही लिया जा चुका है। प्रवेश पत्र डाउनलोड करने समेत अन्य प्रक्रिया भी ऑनलाइन होगी। इसी को आगे बढ़ाते हुए विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन ने सभी पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए ऑनलाइन प्रवेश परीक्षा कराने का निर्णय लिया है। एक सप्ताह के भीतर प्रवेश समिति की बैठक बुलाकर इसका प्रस्ताव रखा जाएगा। समिति की संस्तुति के बाद आगे की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी जाएगी। प्रवेश प्रकोष्ठ के निदेशक प्रोफेसर जगदम्बा सिंह ने बताया कि कुलपति प्रोफेसर रतनलाल हंगलू डिजिटल इंडिया की तरफ आगे बढ़ रहे हैं। इसी के तहत उन्होंने ऑनलाइन प्रवेश परीक्षा का निर्णय लिया है। इसके लिए तैयारी की जा रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि इसके बाद दाखिले की प्रक्रिया निर्धारित समय के भीतर पूरी कर ली जाएगी और सत्र लेट नहीं होगा।
हर प्रदेश में होगा विवि की परीक्षाओं का केंद्र
विश्वविद्यालय की प्रवेश परीक्षाओं के लिए इस बार हर प्रदेश में केंद्र बनाने की योजना बनाई गई है। यदि संबंधित प्रदेश में न्यूनतम 20 अभ्यर्थी होते हैं तो वहां एक केंद्र बनाया जाएगा। इससे कम पंजीकरण पर नजदीकी केंद्र पर उन्हें भेजा जाएगा। प्रवेश प्रकोष्ठ के निदेशक प्रोफेसर जगदम्बा सिंह ने बताया कि आवेदकों से परीक्षा केंद्र के लिए 10 विकल्प भी मांगे जाएंगे।

Pros:

1. Brightness is a bit on the lower side.

Educational Qualification: The candidates having the following minimum educational qualification are eligible for appearing in CTET.

2. Candidates can apply for CTET-FEB 2015 ‘ON-LINE through website www.ctet.nic.in. Candidates can apply on-line at CTET website ww.ctet.nic.in. The candidate should supply all details while filling the ONLINE FORM. Candidates are required to take a print out of the computer generated Confirmation Page with Registration Number after successful submission of data upload of images and payment of fees for record and future reference. 3 The application for CTET-FEB 2015 has been made completely online with the facility to upload photograph and signature of the applicant. The particulars will be filled online and the scanned images of photograph and signature (in JPG format

Q. WHAT IS TEACHER ELIGIBILITY TEST ( TET EXAM) EXAM? WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO BECOME TEACHER?

ANS : TEACHER ELIGIBILITY TEST ( TET EXAM) EXAM PASS QUALIFICATION IS MANDATORY TO BECOME TEACHER AS PER NCTE GUIDELINES / RTE ACT.

CENTRAL GOVERNMENT PASSED RTE ACT ON 23RD AUGUST 2010 IN ITS GAZETTE NOTIFICATION ( BHARAT KA RAJPATRA).

NCTE HAS POWER TO FRAME RULES FOR TET EXAM TO MAINTAIN QUALITY IN EDUCATION SYSTEM-
In accordance with the provisions of sub - section (1) of section 23 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (RTE) Act, 2009, the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) has laid down the minimum qualifications for a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher in class I to VIII , vide its Notification dated August 23, 2010

Q. What should be qualification to become teacher under RTE Act for class 1 to 8.
Ans: Minimum qualification is as per academic authority ( currently NCTE) authorized by central government of India by notification.
NCTE prescribed compulsory TET pass qualification to become teacher under RTE.

Central Government can give relaxation in qualification to state government under following conditions :-
Where a State does not have adequate institutions offering course or training in teacher education, or teachers possessing minimum qualifications as laid down under sub-section (1) are not available in sufficient numbers, the Central Government may, if it deems necessary, by notification, relax the minimum qualifications required for appointment as a teacher, for such period, not exceeding five years, as may be specified in that notification :
Provided that a teacher who, at the commencement of this Act, does not possess minimum qualifications as laid down under sub-section (1), shall acquire such minimum qualification within a period of five years.
(Example: In UP, UPTET pass candidates are in sufficient large numbers approx 3 Lakh, And this causes problem for Shiksha Mitra to beocme Teacher under RTE act)

Q. Is there any specific guidelines/ rule for selected teacher under RTE Act?
Ans: Teacher under RTE Act shall perform duties for educational purpose only. However they can be engaged in collecting population census data related matters, disaster relief duties and election duties.

Q. Can teacher under RTE Act perform private tution . private teaching activity.

Q.What is RTE Act?
Ans : RTE ( Right to Education) Act OR Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (RTE) Act, 2009, is Eighty-sixth Amendment) Act, 2002 inserted Article 21-A in the Constitution of India to provide free and compulsory education of all children in the age group of six to fourteen years as a Fundamental Right in such a manner as the State may, by law, determine. The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (RTE) Act, 2009, which represents the consequential legislation envisaged under Article 21-A, means that every child has a right to full time elementary education of satisfactory and equitable quality in a formal school which satisfies certain essential norms and standards.

Article 21-A and the RTE Act came into effect on 1 April 2010. The title of the RTE Act incorporates the words ‘free and compulsory’. ‘Free education’ means that no child, other than a child who has been admitted by his or her parents to a school which is not supported by the appropriate Government, shall be liable to pay any kind of fee or charges or expenses which may prevent him or her from pursuing and completing elementary education. ‘Compulsory education’ casts an obligation on the appropriate Government and local authorities to provide and ensure admission, attendance and completion of elementary education by all children in the 6-14 age group. With this, India has moved forward to a rights based framework that casts a legal obligation on the Central and State Governments to implement this fundamental child right as enshrined in the Article 21A of the Constitution, in accordance with the provisions of the RTE Act.

The RTE Act provides for the:

Right of children to free and compulsory education till completion of elementary education in a neighbourhood school.
It clarifies that ‘compulsory education’ means obligation of the appropriate government to provide free elementary education and ensure compulsory admission, attendance and completion of elementary education to every child in the six to fourteen age group. ‘Free’ means that no child shall be liable to pay any kind of fee or charges or expenses which may prevent him or her from pursuing and completing elementary education.
It makes provisions for a non-admitted child to be admitted to an age appropriate class.
It specifies the duties and responsibilities of appropriate Governments, local authority and parents in providing free and compulsory education, and sharing of financial and other responsibilities between the Central and State Governments.
It lays down the norms and standards relating inter alia to Pupil Teacher Ratios (PTRs), buildings and infrastructure, school-working days, teacher-working hours.
It provides for rational deployment of teachers by ensuring that the specified pupil teacher ratio is maintained for each school, rather than just as an average for the State or District or Block, thus ensuring that there is no urban-rural imbalance in teacher postings. It also provides for prohibition of deployment of teachers for non-educational work, other than decennial census, elections to local authority, state legislatures and parliament, and disaster relief.
It provides for appointment of appropriately trained teachers, i.e. teachers with the requisite entry and academic qualifications.
It prohibits (a) physical punishment and mental harassment; (b) screening procedures for admission of children; (c) capitation fee; (d) private tuition by teachers and (e) running of schools without recognition,
It provides for development of curriculum in consonance with the values enshrined in the Constitution, and which would ensure the all-round development of the child, building on the child’s knowledge, potentiality and talent and making the child free of fear, trauma and anxiety through a system of child friendly and child centred learning.

Frequency of conduct of TET and validity period of TET certificate

The appropriate Government should conduct a TET at least once every year. The Validity Period of TET qualifying certificate for appointment will be decided by the appropriate Government subject to a maximum of seven years for all categories. But there will be no restriction on the number of attempts a person can take for acquiring a TET Certificate. A person who has qualified TET may also appear again for improving his/her score.

The examining body shall formulate a detailed procedure and lay down instructions for conduct of the TET. Candidates should be informed that a very serious view will be taken of any malpractice or impersonation.
