Delaware 1 was an outstanding race hosted by the Delaware Enduro Riders. Much of the course had dried out by time the Main kicked off, and traction was everywhere. But as in any Delaware event after some rain, line selection was really important in places.

The weather at the Beehive Enduro was outstanding, but it was the rain the day before that was the story. The fire cuts that make the Beehive such a blast to ride were soft and quickly became frame grabbing 'fire ruts'.

Perhaps the best Michaux Enduro ever was held under sunny skies Sunday, after quite a bit of rain fell the previous week. But that only improved the course as there was no dust and the rocky terrain sheds water fast. Loads of new trail from woods to powerlines, and the infamous trials section capped off the afternoon. When it was over it was Andrew DeLong on top followed by Rich Lafferty and Ben Smith.

NEPG Enduro Round 7 Video - Rock Pile Enduro

The Bull Run Guest Ranch in Cascade, Mt was a beautiful setting for the Rock Pile National Enduro hosted by the MTVRA. The course was pretty fast, punctuated by short technical sections - and the riders had to be on their toes all day or risk finding a rock in the tall grass, the hard way. When it was over, KTM rider Mike Lafferty (22A) stood atop the podium with Jordan Brandt (34A) in 2nd, followed by Russell Bobbitt (21A) in 3rd. Nick Fahringer (27A) and Cole Kirkpatrick (23A) rounded out the top 5.
