Since the 2020 election, Seth Holehouse (AKA Man in America) has become a household name as a great warrior in the battle for truth and freedom. His famous video, “The Plot to Steal America”, put him on the map after Donald Trump tweeted it out to the world.

But did you know he voted for Hillary Clinton in 2016!?

Why do I think this is important?

If you listen carefully to what he says about the "why" in this 6 minute clip, you'll understand how most people approach the voter booth.

I remember a person from Houston telling me they voted for Beto O'Rourke. When she was asked what O'Rourke stood for that earned her vote, she didn't have a clue of anything he was running on. Not one thing! So why did she vote for him? She didn't like Ted Cruz.

Add on the constant drum beat of fake news and propaganda and is it any wonder the average voter in this country is a dope?

I will give Holehouse props for figuring out posthaste what a huge mistake he made.

When you are confronted with a person who is voting for a commie/libtard, hitting them with a whole bunch of outrage backed up by facts, will not make a dent in their thinking, and it will simply make them angry. Instead, ask them questions about their "why", followed by more questions. To stay in control, do not allow them to change the topic or the premise. Eventually, they will (hopefully) figure it all out.

If they have already been propagandized into cult thinking, nothing will work, so just move on and save your sanity.

is in short supply lately.

Seeing people "going along to get along" should bother any thinking moral person. It ranks up there with "I was just following orders" and the sort of clever "not my monkeys, not my circus."

I have some news for those who think like that. It is your circus, they are your monkeys, and going along to get along is displaying a monumental lack of courage.

I like this definition of courage: the mental or moral strength to venture, persevere, and withstand danger, fear, or difficulty.

And also: the quality of being ready and willing to face negative situations involving danger or pain. A close synonym is bravery. Showing courage is often thought of as facing such situations without fear, but it also involves facing them despite fear.

I just finished a novel which, while not very good, did have this little nugget:

If you are honest, people may deceive you. Be honest anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfishness. Be kind anyway.
All the good you do today will be forgotten by others tomorrow. Do good anyway.
What you create, others can destroy. Create anyway.
Because in the end, it is between you and God. It was never between you and anyone else anyway.

Life rarely lets us choose our battles. It takes courage and bravery to stand up and be counted when the war is trying to kick down our door. It's not always easy, but no one said it would be - including God.

And like that ending line above - it is between you and God.

My opinion, and I hope I'm wrong, is we've got some very hard times and difficult decisions to make in the near future. The evil godless "elites" are not through with us yet.

She passed away today (4/21/22) after a short illness from a fast moving cancer.

What do those drugs have in common?

In 2006, Canadian singer Kelley Mooney was asked by her parish priest to sing Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah" in church during the Easter Mass. When she looked at the words she felt that they were not really suitable so she wrote a new set. After having performed it a few times she decided to get permission from Cohen's publisher to record her version. This was granted in 2008.

starting this evening (Thursday)

This is an important time to pray. And I'm going to suggest something and someone to pray for.

This morning on the Glenn Beck show, he had an expert on CRT and Race Marxism - James Lindsay, as a guest. Glenn and his guest were comparing the radical leftists to cult members. Since Glenn is a Mormon and I'm a traditional Roman Catholic, both of which have been accused of being cults, I actually thought Glenn's call to show them kindness to break them free from their "cultish" thinking sort of amusing (in a whacked out sort of way.)

While both Beck and Lindsay are correct in saying that many of the left have made CRT, abortion, sexual perversions too numerous to list, and hating whitey into cults, they are both missing an important component of the madness.

Calling out the left as a cult is a bit simplistic. The missing parts are thus: lack of a real belief in the true God - Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, and a healthy dose of narcissistic personality disorder in many of the left. Wait. Does that mean only lefties are narcissists? Absolutely not. I know plenty of narcissists who claim to be conservatives.

When we hear the term "narcissist", we always think of the loud mouthed braggart strutting his stuff. But narcissists come in four different flavors.

Grandiose Narcissist

“I’m better than you, and I know it”

This is your classic arrogant and attention-seeking narcissist. They are entitled, preoccupied with success, and jealous of other people.

Often misusing or exploiting relationships for one’s own benefit, they will gaslight you to doubt your own feelings and intuitions.

They seem blatant about their self-centered behavior, need to be in the spotlight, and get uncomfortable when they’re not.

Malignant Narcissist

“I will do whatever it takes to get what I want.”

Contrary to the “grandiose narcissist”, these individuals don’t do anything for your benefit. They will lash out at, or attempt to destroy, other people in order to prop up his or her fragile sense of self.

While there is a difference between narcissists and psychopaths, this category of narcissists has a tendency to lean more towards psychopathy more so than any other type of narcissist.

They still do feel some degree of guilt and shame when breaking rules whereas a psychopath will not feel any.

Covert Narcissist

“I’m a great artist but the world never noticed my talent.”

This one can be trickier to spot than other types of narcissists because the person isn’t always obvious about their disorder. Suggested by the name, this type of narcissist is someone who has a hidden layer of narcissistic traits.

Deeply self-absorbed, these individuals feel chronically victimized, as though the world has failed to recognize their brilliance.

Often misdiagnosed as depression, their concealed confidence makes it difficult to recognize their narcissistic traits at first sight. They are passive-aggressive, hypersensitive to criticism, and truly believe that the world never got their greatness.

At first encounter, they may even seem like that friend who lacks confidence and needs a boost, but the key indicator of their narcissism is the arrogance along with their failure. They don’t take ownership of what they did wrong, and they always blame the world for them not succeeding.

Communal Narcissist

“Look at all the great things I’ve done for the world!”

First proposed in a 2012 research paper, this sub-type of narcissism refers to individuals who get their validation from community-related aspects of life, such as helpfulness, and philanthropy.

This is the person who has countless photos on their social media of them getting all dressed up and going to charity events and galas.

They are always showing off their great deeds for the world but have an instant need to talk about it. They seek a lot of validation for their “good work”.

They even seem to have a lack of empathy for the people they are trying to help and rather feel above them.

If we want to do a good deed, we do it quietly. We do it because we know it’s the right thing to do. But a communal narcissist does it for show. A narcissist only cares for their image in the eyes of the world, rather than how they make everyone else feel.

Can people be a combination of the four types and have other personality disorders at the same time? Indeed they can, and that's where it may get tricky for the lay person to sort out.

I'm intimately acquainted with all four types, and I'm sure you are too. Everyone has a friend, family member, partner, boss, work mate, or a more casual acquaintance at church or a club you may attend who qualifies as a person with NPD.

Is There a Rise in Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD)?

You betcha!

It may be impossible to quantify the exact number of people who suffer with NPD since most of them do not get treatment, and so go undocumented. But, it doesn't take a PhD in psychology to know that raising kids on social media will lead to an exponential rise in narcissism. We now have "adults" who spent their entire childhood in the swamp of social media where even their lunch became a matter for posting. Don't even get me started on "selfies", which I find to be super weird. I'm not talking about the occasional picture, but the incessant (compulsive?) need to post pictures of themselves, very often "sexy" pics by the young gals.

Concurrent with the rise of social media is the number of people who define themselves as "nones" meaning they are unaffiliated with an organized religion. They're the people who call themselves "spiritual, but not religious", which is nothing more than word salad with no meaning.

Now put those two things together and you will witness the rise of the libtard, both the garden variety non-thinking everyday sort of person all the way to the malignant narcissist who fall into the category of being evil. This is why trying to discuss facts or reason with a libtard is so futile.

Can We Pray Them Out of Their Affliction?

Probably not. Most narcissists have a lack of awareness about their personality disorder and the chances of them changing hover around zero. But that doesn't mean we shouldn't pray for them. In particular, pray for those closest to you who suffer with NPD. And if you suffer from narcissistic abuse, pray for yourself to heal - and get help.

as we head into Holy Week.

My guru worked magic on my computer, which according to him was about the worst case of being jammed up he'd ever had to fix. It's zipping along like a puppy with a bad case of the zoomies now.

Thing is, I'm becoming more and more "low tech."** It's so time consuming to sort out the truth in the news that's it's become easier to just ignore the majority of the propaganda. I do know this, if the "elites" are stumping for a certain position, you can be assured it's not only wrong, but very likely evil.

A few days ago, I re-watched Schindler's List. It would be impossible for a thinking person to watch that movie and not compare it to much of what is going on now. How the principle actors, we're looking at you Liam Neeson, have the current opinions is beyond puzzling, but not surprising.

Oskar Schindler, a bad Catholic, a lousy husband, and an all-around not very nice guy, is proof that even bad people can do good things. Over thirty years ago, there were over 1000 descendants of the "Schindler Jews", who are here because of the people he saved. How many are there now?

At the beginning of Lent, our pastor asked, "What if this was your last Lent?" Of course, that question can be drilled down to, "What if this was your last day?" The only time I think about that is when I have to run errands in our new terrible traffic, because it seems everyone wants to live here and driving anywhere has become dangerous. I start all my trips with a prayer for safety and end with gratitude for making it home in one piece.

Lent is essentially over, so the new question is: "What if this is your last Easter?" Let us all focus this Holy Week on the really important stuff, and it's certainly not what's being crammed into our heads 24/7 by the national propaganda machine.

I've become so low-tech that when our fancy programmable coffee machine (about two years old) went belly up, I purchased an ultra low-tech Mr. Coffee for $21.00 at Wallyworld. It does exactly one thing; it turns on and off. It does have a pause thingy on the basket. No more high-tech machine with a ton of buttons. Couldn't be happier! Wallyworld has their own brand for about $12.00, but I thought the Mr. Coffee was cuter.

Reminds me of an ex-family member who is touting the necessity for all of us to be vegans, because it's vital to "save the innocent animals." which I'm finally going to change.

Sure, we all know the classic signs of physical abuse - the neighbor lady with unexplained bruises, black eyes from "walking into a door", and even cuts and scrapes.

But emotional abuse is insidious and can be just a damaging. My "partner" has been abusing me for quite some time now. It sort of crept up and continues to escalate. I'm at my wit's end and ready to end it all.

It started with him accusing me of being "unresponsive", and so he would be unresponsive in retaliation. So far he hasn't attacked me with weapons, but routinely keeps me from eating or sleeping. He often even locks me out of my own home.

On the bad days he's possessive and very unpredictable, which causes me to be irritable and nervous. He spies on me and watches where I go, and refuses to let me see my friends and family. He routinely ignores my most simple requests or makes me wait, and wait, and wait until I give up in frustration - classic narcissistic/passive-aggressive behavior.

And then, and then - when I'm completely demoralized and unhappy, he apologizes and like a true abuse victim I think, "Wow, this is the guy I used to know and things will be okay from now on."

No. They. Won't.

I've finally reached out for help since I'm unable to fix this on my own.

Tomorrow, my computer will be enrolled in a counseling course designed to root out the causes for his dysfunctional behavior. Will it work? Maybe. Maybe not. He has one chance to face his problems head on. If he doesn't comply, it will end in divorce and I will be free to marry a new hard drive.

Be back as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding.

It would be wise for anyone who thinks the FoS (Friends of Satan) are through tormenting us to wake the heck up. They're just getting started. Do you really believe all the states, at the same time, decided to roll back on the death jab mandates, forcing us to slap filthy masks on our face, and standing 6 feet away from someone else, is a happy accident?

In his most well known book, The Seven Storey Mountain (1948), Thomas Merton said:

The devil is no fool. He can get people feeling about heaven the way they ought to feel about hell. He can make them fear the means of grace the way they do not fear sin. And he does so, not by light but by obscurity, not by realities but by shadows; not by clarity and substance, but by dreams and the creatures of psychosis. And men are so poor in intellect that a few cold chills down their spine will be enough to keep them from ever finding out the truth about anything.

The FoS have already lined up some new and monstrous event in order to fulfill their wish for a new world order. We just don't know what form it will take yet. Some possibilities could be a cyber attack, a brand new "variant" requiring another lock down, gas prices so high many people will be unable to get to their jobs, and food shortages. On the back burner is one or more of those pesky "suitcase" nukes being dropped off in strategic locations.

One thing I won't be doing is dancing around the Maypole singing kumbaya with the people who have been leading the charge of the torture for over two years. I won't soon forget the snotty women at Costco who claimed I was standing too close to her. And I won't forget Costco not allowing anyone to shop without a mask. I called the woman a dumbass to her face and cancelled my Costco membership.

Oh, sure - Jesus told us to love our enemies. I do. I also pray for them (albeit grudgingly.) But I will never forget the barrage of fake news, the self-appointed mask Nazis, the elderly people who were murdered in nursing homes while their family was locked out. I won't forget the child who screamed in terror while a deranged child-care worker kept forcing a mask on his little face, or the people arrested for not wearing a mask of oppression.

Should we forget the government shutting down "non-essential" businesses, the majority of them small and family owned who ended up going broke? Will we forget the people who were forced to take a dangerous death jab in order to keep their jobs and provide for their family? Or should we forget to pray for those who died because of a "vaccine" that isn't vaccine but a bioweapon? Should we forget the graphic images of BLM and Antifa cheered on while being allowed to burn down block after block of major cities? Nope!

The Future

No one can predict the future and the list of possible future events are not all events we can control. We can control our reaction and plan accordingly. It would not be silly to suggest you pop a few extra food items in your pantry since prices are going up by the minute. Many times I've checked websites for items and by the time I get to the store an hour later the price has increased by as much as $2.00 - $4.00.

Ukraine

The most important article I've read about the situation in Europe was written by Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò. It's long, so set aside some time to read and digest what he has to say. I plan on printing it out and re-reading it carefully - probably several times. I will say the purveyors of fake news are not telling us the truth.

Receiving the Holy Eucharist while in the state of mortal sin is a grave sacrilege and is in itself a mortal sin, and trust me on this, support of abortion is a mortal sin. Period! And public sin requires public repentence.

I would like everyone to spend eternity with God - even Joe Biden, although I will cop to being rather grudging about that. I'm much more like those whining vineyard workers.

The general idea of the parable (Matthew 20 1-6) is that everyone comes to the vineyard (faith) at different points in their lives. Some people are lifelong disciples of Jesus, and some people convert only toward the end of their lives. In the kingdom of God, both groups are treated the same. By human standards, we perhaps might view this as unjust. Yet Jesus points out that the reward for their long work (heaven) is fair, and the only reason that others receive this same reward is because of the generosity of the owner of the vineyard (God). It is his (God’s) to do with as he pleases. So long as we have not been treated unjustly, how could we reasonably complain that God is generous to others? source

There is a huge problem when a priest of the Church winks at mortal sin and allows someone to pile up sin.

What I learned while on sabbatical...

perfect discussion for the Sunday before Ash Wednesday.

The first object of my attention was my habits. I made a concentrated effort to reform some of my sloppy ways. That alone changes so much in our life.

I believed being online for many hours a day was harmful. Now I know it is. And so I've severely limited the sites I visit. During the past few months I tended to all my duties associated with my state in life before even approaching my computer. I might add in most cases these tasks were written in my agenda the evening before - usually after spending a bit of time cogitating in my journal.

I try to stick to the 3-3-3 method to prioritize and it's working like a charm.

Every quarter, you set three goals that you want to achieve in the three months ahead.
Each week, you define the three objectives that will have the most impact on your quarterly goals.
Every day, you choose the three tasks that will help you make the most progress toward your weekly objectives.

By doing this I've managed to fix the tiles on my kitchen floor, paint my bathroom, while learning how to tape and mud. I've used joint compound before, but have never taped. Piece of cake! I have yet to have my new toilet installed and will miss my deadline for that, but not by much.

All my garden seeds are ready for planting, and I'll start pruning trees next week (yay! - love to prune.)

I'm back at the gym after my silly surgery, continue to intermittent fast, aka time- restricted-eating, for my health, As it happens, many medical people in the know have discovered time-restricted-eating helps protect you against the Wuflu and all sorts of other health problems. Dr. Jason Fung is the master of explaining the science behind intermittent fasting in his two books - The Obesity Code*, and The Diabetes Code.*

The best resource for helping with habits is Atomic Habits*, by James Clear. I acquired this book back on January 10, 2019 and this past year (2021) it was, by all accounts, the largest selling book on Amazon. The hardbound is on sale right now and I highly recommend the paper version over Kindle.

Ukraine

It happens I'm reading a novel set during the final year of WWII. The descriptions of the bombings are so similar to what is happening in Ukraine at the moment. It's all very sad, and it reminds me how blessed we are in this country - at least so far.

My good friend Lone Star Parson has a post on the spiritual and religious elements in play about what is going on. Not only do I believe Brandon will screw this up, I also know it. Sigh...

Do you really believe after seeing how the sheeple acquiesced and cowered in fear the monsters are just going to abandon such a great way to control? It's time for you to know it's not going away, and make appropriate decisions based on that knowledge. Unfortunately, Washington State will, no doubt, be one of the first in line to impose passports meaning we'll be kicking even more Washingtonians out of our way at our local Post Falls, Idaho Walmart and Super I.

This coming Wednesday, most believing Christians will "celebrate" Ash Wednesday, starting off my favorite liturgical season. Some of us will be lucky enough to have ashes smeared on our foreheads in the shape of a cross to signify death and repentance. How's that for a smack upside the head?

The ashes come from a previous Palm Sunday. The palms are burned, the ashes collected, crushed, and mixed with a bit of holy oil.

The ashes are blessed by the priest during the Ash Wednesday Mass after the homily. People are invited to come forward, and the ashes are applied to each person’s forehead in the shape of a cross (we hope - sometimes it's more of a blob) as the minister says, “Remember that you are dust, and unto dust you shall return.”

The rest of the day, we'll be assailed by helpful people telling us we have dirt on our forehead. NB: It's really not too Christian to reply, "WTHell, you pagan heathen. Don't you know it's Ash Wednesday?" Please just smile all holy and sphinx like, nod, and say, "Thank you."

Believing vs Knowing...

I thought my silence was caused by having nothing to say.

I was wrong.

It was more about having too much to say.

My apologies to all my faithful readers for the long silence. And to all those who have emailed me without a response, I will correct that over the next few days.

For many years, I had certain expectations of the manner in which civilized people ought to act. It was something I believed. Of course, that would mean realizing the veneer of being civilized was very thin on many people. I didn't. I also believed there were bad people, aka as evil people, in the world, but they were the minority. I was wrong.

Several months ago, I suddenly came to know what in the past I only believed. It was a stunning awakening. A very simple explanation:

The main difference between knowing and believing is that knowing refers to knowledge about something. On the other hand, believing refers to a firm conviction and trust in an idea, value or belief. In addition, Knowing is located in the physical realm, whereas believing is located in the mental domain. While knowing is eternal, believing is temporary. source

The main thing I came to know, rather than just believe, was Satan was hard at work in our world doing what he does best - causing chaos.

Are you an "ordinary man?"

On the radio a few days ago, Jesse Kelly recounted the true story told in the book Ordinary Men: Reserve Police Battalion 101 and the Final Solution in Poland*.

From Amazon:

In the early hours of July 13, 1942, the men of Reserve Police Battalion 101, a unit of the German Order Police, entered the Polish Village of Jozefow. They had arrived in Poland less than three weeks before, most of them recently drafted family men too old for combat service--workers, artisans, salesmen, and clerks. By nightfall, they had rounded up Jozefow's 1,800 Jews, selected several hundred men as "work Jews," and shot the rest--that is, some 1,500 women, children, and old people.

Most of these overage, rear-echelon reserve policemen had grown to maturity in the port city of Hamburg in pre-Hitler Germany and were neither committed Nazis nor racial fanatics. Nevertheless, in the sixteen months from the Jozefow massacre to the brutal Erntefest ("harvest festival") slaughter of November 1943, these average men participated in the direct shooting deaths of at least 38,000 Jews and the deportation to Treblinka's gas chambers of 45,000 more--a total body count of 83,000 for a unit of less than 500 men.

After you've read the previous description, read it again. What is missing is the fact these "ordinary men" were given a choice to step away from the slaughter with no adverse ramifications. Only a dozen or so out of 500 said, "No".

And then think about who you are and what you would do in that situation. Would you decline or would you "just follow orders?"

Considerations:

Did you allow your children to be masked up at school?
Are you still allowing your children to be forced to wear a mask?
Did you put on a mask because it's the only way you could access places like Costco or Target?
Did you drive around alone or take a walk with your dog with a mask plastered to your face?
Did you yell at or shun unmasked people in public accommodations?
Did you reprimand people who you thought were standing too close to you?
Did you receive a dangerous pretend "vaccine" in order to keep your job?
Worse yet - did you take a dangerous jab because you thought it would protect you?
Did you drag your innocent children in to also receive the dangerous jab?
Did or do you refuse to associate with family members who didn't get the jab?
Did you remain silent while small businesses were driven from the market place while big box stores were deemed "essential"?
Did you fail to support conservative candidates for school board, sheriff, or other local offices?
Worse yet - did you fail to vote?

Living in North Idaho, most of the draconian nonsense passed by us. Yet I know I would not have acquiesced if I lived in an area that used illegal means to force compliance.

About the only thing I can say with certainty is that I've always known before my awakening several months ago is there is a God -Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and cats rule.

May you know these truths also.

It's Monday again...

no matter what we think or do, it just keeps rolling around.

Since there are so many disturbing things happening in the world, I like to keep Mondays for starting fresh. Right now, I have 455 articles stored in my One Tab of some importance. Just because I'm quiet, that doesn't mean I'm not doing anything. Research takes time. However, we have plenty of time to get to the disturbing stuff later.

The following video gives us some idea of how to plan your days, and it's all packed into 5:52 minutes. I already do most everything mentioned with the addition of starting my morning with prayer before heading into planning. The one takeaway for me was the idea of checking up on your progress every hour. With a tendency to fall down rabbit holes, it will be a good way for me to keep on track.

By others, I mean those who are willing to listen. It's a waste of time to spend energy on those who are hypnotized. I'm aware it may be painful, since many of those hypnotized may be members of your family or close friends.

Hopefully, the article I will be linking will give you enough ammunition and may act as a wakeup call for the people mired in disinformation.

to pare down our possessions.

Let's do something different today since it's Friday.

I'm on a quest to declutter my home. I'm not a crazy hoarder, but it does seem like I have way more stuff than I need. I crave order, which is hard to have when you're forever cleaning and organizing (aka moving the deck chairs on the Titanic.)

None of this will happen until you're mentally ready for the changes. Case in point: About two years ago, I tried paring down the décor in my kitchen. The tops of my cabinets were very artfully arranged with all sorts of cool stuff, much of it beautiful things I've had for decades. I missed it all and put it back.

About two weeks ago, I decided to box it up again, stick it in the barn, while I tried out the new minimalist look. The decision was immediate, as both hubby and I said, "Love the way it looks." And now I don't have to haul it all down several times a year to wash and return to it's place. Running up and down a ladder, taking sometimes an entire day to clean, was not a good use of my time. Score!

This past week, I was struggling with a lovely blue and white vase that used to hold many of my kitchen utensils, which are now arranged neatly in a drawer (minus a whole bunch of spatulas. I have a thing for spatulas.)

I tried the vase on my living room shelves and finally put it in the hall closet while trying to decide if it needed to be in the Goodwill box. I finally hit on the optimal question to ask myself, to wit: If you came upon this lovely vase at the thrift store, would you buy it? The answer was no, and it promptly went into the Goodwill box.

One of my favorite cheer leaders for minimalism is Ronald Banks. This young man has a bright future. His post on "10 Reasons Owning Less Feels Out Of Reach" is excellent. I really like his posting the timestamps below his videos.

arguing with the hypnotized is a waste of time.

The concept of "mass formation" has been popping up in many places. It was a new term to me, and so far I can't really tell if it's been around awhile or recently invented.

It seems to trace back to Professor Mattias Desmet, a Belgian professor of clinical psychology at Ghent University who also holds a masters degree in statistics.

What is it?

It is, in my opinion, a way of totalitarian control through fear and manipulation of the masses. Due to our rapid communication it has spread world-wide.

Four conditions are necessary for mass formation:

The masses must feel alone and isolated
Their lives must feel pointless and meaningless
The masses must experience constant free-floating anxiety
They must experience free-floating frustration and aggression

The phenomena creates people who are clinically hypnotized. It backs up the phrase, "I tried to tell someone the truth, but they couldn't hear me." If they're hypnotized, they literally can't hear you. Continuing to hammer these people with facts is a waste of your time.

Want to know who backs this up? Of course you do. How about the paper COVID-19 and the Political Economy of Mass Hysteria brought to you by The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) which is part of the United States National Library of Medicine (NLM), a branch of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) - a government agency.

Professor Desmet in his own words from an interview with Reiner Fuellmich:

"Four things need to exist or need to be in place if you want a large scale mass phenomenon to emerge. The first thing is that there needs to be a lot of socially isolated people, people who experience a lack of social bonds. The second one is that there needs to be a lot of people who experience a lack of sense-making in life. And the third and the fourth conditions are that there needs to be a lot of free-floating anxiety and a lot of free-floating psychological discontent. So: meaning, anxiety, and discontent that is not connected to a specific representation. So it needs to be in the mind without the people being able to connect it to something. If you have these four things—lack of social bonds, lack of sense-making, free-floating anxiety, and free-floating psychological discontent—then society is highly at risk for the emergence of mass phenomenon."

Taken from a Christian perspective, it sounds to me like a lot of people who have no faith in God are the ones falling victim to this mass psychosis.

There's a short (5:47) video at Ban/ned Video of his explaining what it is, how we got here, and what to do about it.

Being a statistician, he throws out some percentages which may or may not be correct. But we can run with them for now. If his statistics apply to the entire world, they seem plausible. But taken region by region, they might be off.

25% of people cannot be hypnotized (true)
10% are highly hypnotizable (true)
30% of people are now deeply hypnotized (seems about right)
40% will ultimately follow the herd (questionable)
30% will stand against the prevailing propaganda (history backs this up)

I don't see 40% of the peeps in North Idaho capitulating to the crowd mentality. Since the MSM has started pushing the scarient, I have noticed a few more filthy rags covering the faces on the fat and old at Wallyworld, but it's still a very low number. I don't bother saying anything to these people because they are clearly hypnotized.

The Solution

A belief in God, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and great courage is required of the 30% who continue to stand against the madness.

Notice belief comes before courage, but that belief will give you courage. There is a reason Jesus said, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life: no one cometh unto the Father, but by me." John 14:6

Ann Barnhardt recently had a repost of an article she posted back in 2010 on courage, which may help you. In true Barnhardt manner, she storms in and smacks the reader upside the head. It's what I like about her (but, I'm nuts, so there's that.)

Mike Adams posted Your dominant DELUSION determines how you experience “reality” and how it all ends for you which essentially backs up the concept of mass formation.

The Night Wind is clearly fed up with this phenomena. Do read THE DIRECTION OF THE MAJORITY for more courage inducing information.

I break this rule just about every day. I'm the fasting zealot of North Idaho and I've swayed many a person to embrace this lifestyle. Let's be clear - it's not a diet, it's a way of life that will make your current and future life healthier and happier.

If you do have a bit of weight to drop (highly recommended), intermittent fasting is the safe and healthy way to banish those pesky pounds. I'm almost embarrassed to tell you how many pounds I've dropped so far (about 50.) It took looking in the mirror one day and declaring, "You are fat!!"

Dr. Jason Fung has the best and most easily digestible information on fasting. His book The Obesity Code will give you the science. His follow up book, which I have not read yet, The Diabetes Code: Prevent and Reverse Type 2 Diabetes Naturally, is highly rated. His numerous videos on YT address any questions you may have. His group on Facecrap (almost 140K members) is a good way to see how regular peeps fast and offers support. If you haven't kicked Facecrap to the curb, I think this link will get you there.

Also highly recommended is Dr. Ken Berry. His YT channel is also a wealth of information.

If you've been around here long enough, you are aware of my sometimes posting really lengthy videos. I think my readers all have a long enough attention span to sometimes watch a full length documentary.

Since it's on YouTube, I'm taking a chance posting this . How it's managed to stay there is a mystery. It seems my posting stuff from Rum..ble, Bit-chute, or linking certain right-wing, deplorable, dangerous, right-wing crazies seems to trigger Bl-ogg-er into unpublishing my posts. Until I find a new place to host my blog, I'll just depend on "work-arounds".

Take some time to watch this excellent documentary and find out how the government, big pharma, and big food corps are determined to keep you sick and unhealthy. This information also transfers to the current situation (hint.)

but first:

I am back among the living after my pesky little surgery. Since so many people have reached out to me with fears and concerns, I've decided to bury my ego-driven embarrassment and come clean.

I had laparoscopic umbilical hernia repair, and have discovered it's so common as to be boring. However, the meme of "a few days of discomfort" was definitely fake news. When you have holes pocked in your tummy, long pointy instruments inserted after being pumped up like a birthday balloon in order for the surgeons to see what they're doing, mesh inserted and affixed with dissolving staples, and with the final indignity, they glue you together, you do not have a "few days of discomfort." I will give very high marks though for having Propofol and Fentanyl during the surgery. The "take home opioids" were kicked to the curb in two days in favor of ibuprofen. After seven days, I was feeling pretty much like my old perky self and my 14-day check up gave me a clean bill, although I still can't "push, pull, or lift heavy stuff" for another 4 to 6 weeks.

All that sitting around and suffering gives a person lots and lots of time to think about the magnitude of what we're facing as a human race. It also gives a person lots and lots of time to peruse YouTube videos, but I'll get to that later.

I Am Not A Conservative

The word "conservative" might have suggested itself as a way to describe Yours Truly as you read. This is wrong. I am most anxious to correct this false impression. I am not a conservative: I am based. You ought to be, too.

Some of you might know that the recent neologism based was formed by shaving the first two letters from "debased", to form a new word meaning the opposite of debased, thus completing the pair of a formerly unpaired word (as in gruntled from disgruntled).

Based is everything debased is not. I want you to be based. The purpose of this book is to guide you in that direction, if not convert you.

Debased vs. Based

Here’s a quick, imperfect run-down of what based is. Majority readers will find their hackles rising as they go through this list. Stick with it. You and I will have a chance to argue about each item in the chapters to come. So don’t close the book yet, because you might want to see why I think you’re wrong.

Non-procreative sexual activities are debased. Procreation is based. Sexual orientation is debased. Biology is based. Body positivity is debased. Beauty is based. Hyper-processed and industrialized foods are debased. Meat and wine are based. Individualism is debased. Obedience to legitimate authority is based. Drugs are debased. Discipline is based.

Diversity and unchecked immigration is debased. Family and a shared culture is based. “Progress” is debased. Custom and tradition are based. Modern textbooks are debased. Old books are based.

Screaming “Racism!” is debased. Embracing race is based. Equality is debased. Difference is based. Cowardice and effeminacy is debased. Bravery, masculinity, and femininity are based. Unthinking atheism is debased. Worship of God is based. Ignorance and denial of the Nature of things is debased. Understanding the limits implied by Nature is based.

Oligarchy is debased. Liberty is based. Woke is debased. Aware is based.

There are many shades and rich nuances to all these, few are absolute comparisons, and quibbles can be had with all. But I hope you take the point, or at least the flavor. We haven’t reached the stage of arguments yet.

Simple, right?

The other thing I discovered was I can't stand listening to just about anyone on the radio except Jesse Kelly, who I find very amusing and often surprisingly astute.

Back on November 12, the day after my surgery, his radio show led off with "the apology." If I hadn't been so dang sore, I would have stood up and cheered. So, without further ado, here is "the apology" preserved on his podcast. It starts at about 2:00 minutes in and ends at about 10:00. I consider it 8 minutes of ~~shear~~ sheer joy, but I'm nuts - so there's that.

Today is Sunday, so I'm purposely skipping all the strange goings on in our world right now. There's time for that next week.

What did I find to watch on You Tube for seven straight days? Glad you asked.

The question is really, "What does a deplorable, xenophobic, homophobic, tin foil hat wearing, conspiracy theorist, right-wing religious zealot find to watch on You Tube. Oh, wait - don't forget the biggest of all - racist!

Allow me to share my favorites:

First are videos on minimalism and decluttering:

Number one on the list is about as white as someone can be. Perfect for a racist like moi. Benita Larsson is a Swede living in Stockholm who is organized and manages to be a minimalist without being stark. I find her very soothing (and white.)

Next on the list is Marissa Zen, who is sadly taking a break right now, but has plenty of vids to watch. She's very white too, but she's married to an Asian and lives in Germany. She went from a being a hoarder to an extreme minimalist.

The newest addition to my list is Ronald Banks. He's also very soothing and very instructive in living your best life. One pesky problem for this racist though. Ronald is very black. Oooops!

In the field of decor, I've latched onto Nick Lewis. Nick is very no-nonsense, fun, informative, and wait for it, I'm pretty dang sure Nick is a homosexual. It's never spoken about, but some things are sort of apparent (wink, wink.) I think he's super charming. Another oooops.

Fashion? My new favorite is a French gal living in Australia. How's that for weird? Frédérique Bros is also no-nonsense, funny and charming. I had to get over the exuberance of the French delivery at first, and sort out the accent. Honestly, these French ladies make Italian ladies look positively asleep.

And, yet another Frenchie, Marie-Anne Lecoeur, has also been helping me update my "look" since losing so much weight (only about 15 more lbs to go.)

Health videos are led off with the king of intermittent fasting, Dr. Jason Fung. I am officially a "Fungster." Dr. Jason Fung is a Canadian nephrologist. He’s a world-leading expert on intermittent fasting and low carb, especially for treating people with type 2 diabetes. He has written three best-selling health books and he co-founded the Intensive Dietary Management program. He might live in Canada, but judging by his name and picture, I can pretty well guess his ancestry is some flavor of Asian.

For art, we have Paint with Kevin (Kevin Hill), who is thankfully, white. I wouldn't want to lose my racist credentials. He's our modern day version of Bob Ross, and super talented. His paintings are beautiful and his instruction is superb.

Music is headed up by Simon Khorolskiy, a Russian who lives in Washington state.

That's sure a strange line-up for a deplorable, xenophobic, homophobic, tin foil hat wearing, conspiracy theorist, right wing religious zealot racist.
