These are google's default adsense reports that you can easily access. But to increase your adsense earnings you need to master these adsense reports. I'm going to show you how!
 Adsense Reports by Domain
So you got a couple of sites but you can't figure out which one is doing the best? In your adsense account, click on Reports, Advanced Reports.

On the right click channel data, do you see the list that comes up? No? Well seems you need to set up your adsense channels. No worries we have something just for you: Setting Up Adsense Channels to Maximize Adsense Earnings.

So now the adsense channels pop up. You want to check all of your adsense domains or Active URL Channels. Make sure at the bottom of the adsense channel box you click "Group by Channel".

On your left you will want to check "Adsense Content" for your adsense product and select whichever date range you want to view. Now click Display Report.

Now you can see which domains are making the most money for you!

So How Do I Rake in Adsense Profits?
Let's say your adsense websites are your employees. Pretty good employees if you ask me (no whining and work for free!). Now if an employee isn't doing so good but another is doing fantastic, would you keep the slacker? No! You would fire the slacker and give the hard worker a raise!

Now take this and apply it to your sites. If one site isn't performing that well but another is working extra hard for you and making you tons of adsense profits, what would you do? You'd "fire" the slacking adsense website and give the hard working adsense website a raise! A raise? Give it more content! Feed the hard working adsense earner and make sure it keeps making you adsense money.

Adsense: Google Searcher Psychology For The Adsense Publisher

Have you ever thought of the fact that the visitors to your website are always looking for a solution to solve a problem? Or maybe they are looking for the opposite, which could mean that they seek pleasure and try to find information about a topic they are very passionate about.

No matter what the Internet surfer searches for, Google will always try to find the website with the most relevant information to what the surfer typed in the search bar. The website at the top of the search results will be the best search engine optimized website with the most relevant information.

This means that Google has indexed that website for that specific search term or keyword phrase.

What does this mean for you as a Adsense publisher?

1. You will have to optimize your website for a specific topic, and use specific keywords that are relevant to that topic in the articles you publish on your website.

2. If you want to keep the visitor on your website you will have to provide good quality content, preferably original self written articles. Google will find that content and provide relevant ads.

3. If you optimize your website for Adsense ads well enough, then visitors that still do not find what they search for, will hopefully leave your website by clicking on one of the Adsense ads.

Optimizing your website for the search engines and the visitor, will be easier if you always keep the searcher in mind and if you ask yourself the following questions:

• If I want to optimize my website for a specific topic, what does Google want me to provide for the visitor?

• If I want to optimize my website for a specific topic, what information does the visitor want to find?

• In case the visitor does not find the information. Can I use this to my advantage by optimizing the layout of my website?

The above described can only be achieved by doing thorough research prior to the creation of the website. Google will reward you for delivering quality information and will give your website a high rank in the search results.

Always remember that if you keep the visitor in mind, creating quality Adsense websites will be so much easier.

Adsense Arbitrage: Is Your Google Adsense Account In Danger?

Would you believe a rumour that tells you that Google is going to ban the publishers that practice Adsense Arbitrage? Well, then I suppose you don't agree with me that Google would commit suicide. After all, the Adword/Adsense system that Google uses is arbitrage.

What Google wants to get rid of are the sites that convert poor for the advertisers. Imagen yourself paying dollars per click to get visitors to your site and you see your ad on one of those crappy 'Made For Adsense' websites. Chances are that you want to take your ads of those sites right away. There's no quality content on those sites that gives the searcher the information he or she is looking for.

Google is going after publishers that return bad ROI for the advertiser. Google has never said that they are going after Adsense Arbitrage publishers.

Suppose you use an Adwords campaign to send traffic to your website With Adsense ads. If that website has quality content on it and is relevant to what the searcher has typed in the search bar, then you are doing exactly what Google wants you to do. Give relevant quality information to the searcher. You are NOT violating Google's TOS.

The Quality Score of your Adwords campaign will improve and as a result you will pay less CPC (Cost per Click) and your ad will be displayed higher in the Sponsored Links.

What would be the result if you optimize your website to a quality website? Besides the traffic you get from your advertising campaign, Google will love to index a website like that. They need quality information for the searchers.

Affiliate marketers using PPC advertising are practicing arbitrage, because they often invest few cents to earn dollar commissions. Of course, in this case the amount of CPC that they pay depends on what niche they advertise in. And very often the searcher ends up on a landing page with a product review. If that review is relevant to what the searcher searches for, the advertiser and affiliate is doing exactly what Google wants. Again, this will increase the quality score of the Adwords campaign.

Conclusion: Adsense Arbitrage is not a ‘bad’ thing that will get you banned from Google Adsense. On the other hand, building crappy websites, such as the ‘Made For Adsense sites’, and sending traffic from a Google Adwords account to those sites is not recommended anymore. A logical thought is that Google will never index those sites and will let the advertiser pay high CPC inc case of arbitrage. Will this cost you your Adsense account? That’s up to Google to decide....

A continuous Adsense art

The appearance of your Adsense will determine the size of the Google Adsense check you will get. I mean ask him or her to really blaze the website and talk about all the bad things they can see. Tell them to save the praises as you don’t want to hear them.

This is one of the most powerful ways to improve the Adsense websites which you have built. Yet I think less than 1% of the people are doing it. But it does make sense right?

What you should do as soon as they see your website is to monitor their reaction and what and where they are looking at. Take note of where they are moving the mouse cursor and what they are saying about the content they see.

If your friend doesn’t know what Adsense is then brilliant. You got yourself an excellent tester. Make sure you keep him or her dumb with this aspect of knowledge.

If they click on the Adsense, ask them straight away why they clicked on it and also did they know it was an advertisement. This will give you valuable insight on whether your Adsense blends well with your website

Your friend is the visitor. Their comments and remarks count. You are an Adsense website builder and your task is to build Adsense websites so that these visitors will click on the ads. So take their comments seriously. This has been mentioned in a lot of forums that it increases the click thru rate of Adsense. I myself have tested this and after 2 weeks of monitoring, the results are postive.

I think the reason for this is that, the images draw attention around that area and some times the visitors looking at that area, overlook that it is an advert.

This is a good example of taking advice from forums and acting on them. Notice that I took the advice and tested it. Don’t take all advice as real. I’ve filed these in the category Google Adsense sites, so you can refer back to them. Let’s get started.

One of the biggest problems with driving traffic to a website or a blog is when the topic is boring and the market which has interest is small. For example, how to smoke 2 packets of cigarettes per day may be a niche that is very small. People are all trying to give up smoking as you can see from all the information products on giving up smoking. Coming up with something the exact opposite may not work too well.I could be wrong though but I’m not going to try.

To research on the topic, you can use a niche which you are interested in and search for it using the Google Search Engine. If there are millions of results for the keyword then you know that lots of people are interested.

Next, you look at the Adwords on the right hand side and see if there are many for the keyword phrase. After all, we’re all trying to make an income from Adsense. One of the tools which you use is WordTracker which I highly recommend. http://www.onlinemoneymachine.com/keywords

Wordtracker can be used to find good related keywords related to your niche, and you can use these keywords to further determine if the subject of your website is popular or not. So get to work and start researching on your niche.

Beginners with Adsense are shy

One of the major problems with beginners or newbies, are - shyness. Yes they are shy like 5 year old boys and girls when they’re introduced to someone they don’t know well. The reason for the shyness is fear. Fear of the unknown. You won’t suspect a person you meet who is confident and loud to be a beginner right?

You cannot be shy with your sites advertising Google Adsense. Nope, you have to get your word around and tell people to come and visit your site. So if you’re breaking any one of these commandments then quickly correct them. Sometimes Google may not know but if your competitor grasses on you, then you’ll be in deep pooh pooh.

By all means, check up on Google’s policies from time to time. They have the rights to change them. I mean they do pay you right?

Without further ado, here are the commandments:

It is a sin to place Adsense on pages that have no content. So make sure yo have good relevant content.
A maximum of 3 Adsense units can be displayed on each webpage. So don’t go crazy.
A maximum of 2 Google AdSense for search boxes can be inserted on a webpage.
Only One link unit can be placed on each webpage. This is in addition to the ad units and search boxes specified above. Link units are considered to part of Adsense.
No Adsense formats whatsoever can be displayed on domain parking websites, pop-ups, pop-unders, or in any emails.
The Adsense cannot be hidden so that it does not look like an ad. The latter is particularly important because natural search engine results are the best. When people use Google’s search engine, they look at the results on the top left the most. Then they may look at the Adwords on the left.

This tells us that getting natural search engine traffic is the way to go in the long run. Adwords should be used only to track results quickly. If you’re ranked in the first page of a popular keyword, you’re sitting on top of a goldmine.

So an Adsense website builder should take these into consideration when building websites:

- The domain name. This matters a lot because lots of people have tested that if your keywords appear in your domain name, it helps in the search engine rankings especially Google. It is also a good idea to have a short domain name so that people can remember it easily.

- Title tags. Learn some HTML programming. Don’t be scared - just a little would do. Make sure you put your keywords in the Title tags. Tests has shown that search engines prefer it.

- H1 tags. The same goes with H1 tags and also bolded keywords. Make sure these are done with the keywords you want optimized.

- Finally, note that the further on top, your keywords appear in the HTML source, the better. Also have an instance of the keyword at the end of the HTML source as this helps as well.

This is by no means a complete list, otherwise I’ll be here all night blogging about this stuff. However, these are the basics and it should help you rise up the rankings a lot if you have not already done SEO before.

Adsense accounts safety net?

Beginners guide to Google Adsense is all about teaching the basics to the newbie so that they have a chance of having a good start and not get burnt. However, you’re still new and mistakes will happen. You need a safety net.

Nothing is beats having two Google Adsense accounts. I recommend most people to have two accounts even if they’re a seasoned pro. The reason is if one gets shut down, you’re back on your feet again in 3 mins. How cool can you get?

You may unexpectedly have mistakes with your site having 4 adsense units for example and if you don’t have insurance, you’ll loose a few days of income.

For the confident Adsense website builder, they can try some new techniques with Adsense and their website. You also need to rank high in search engines to get traffic and also think of any other way to get traffic

One of the most important routine tasks to do for your Google Adsense sites or blog is link building. You need build links to your site.
Links are needed to:

increase your Google PR so that you can sell one way links from your website
increase in traffic coming from other sites
make your website rank higher up the rankings especially with Google as backlinks has a great weight of importance

Your links should not come from link farms or any other unnatural ways. Reason being that they have seen 5 ad units on some webpages.

So are those pages breaking Google’s policies? Well the answer is no and you can only place a maximum of 3 Google Adsense ad units. Confused? Don’t be. All is cleared with my explanation below.

You can only place a maximum of 3 Google Adsense ad units on a webpage. That is clear and no one can argue with me on that statement. However, you can also add Adsense link units.

These are a new type of Adsense ad formats and they look like a menu bar. If a visitor clicks on them, it will not count as paid in Adsense. The click will bring up a new page that will consists of Adsense ads that is related to the category clicked on the Adsense link unit. If the Adsense on this page is clicked then it will count as a paid click.

Adsense link units are not counted as Adsense ads because clicks on them will not get you paid.

Next is the Google Search bar. If the visitor uses the Google Search bar to search your website, the Adwords that appear on the right hand side after the search will count as a paid click when clicked by the visitor.

There you have it. You can have 5 types of Google Adsense ads on your website but only 3 of them when clicked will pay you directly. The other 3 Adsense ads will only bring up more Adsense ads for the visitors to click on. You will not get paid for those clicks only the ones afterwards.

5 Ways To Make Your Adsense Website Stick

What is explained is not a big secret but they are tasks which we need to do. Every little step counts towards that Google check.

5 Ways To Make Your Adsense Website Stick

Having the best layout for your Adsense on your webpage is not the biggest challenge people have with their website

Adsense income depends on the traffic coming in to the website. Making that traffic return is the challenge that people would like to know

What is better than having visitors continuing to return to your website, without any effort on your part? Here’s my top 5 ways to make your Adsense website sticky

1. Have good, informative content. This is the one of the main reasons why I favour blogs advertising Adsense. YOu can easily write content and update it on your website.

It is much easier updating a blog than a website. Unless of course, your website has a content management system (CMS) like a blog

People browse on the internet to read content. So if the information provided by you is good and it is updated on a regular basis, the user will bookmark your site and return possibly a few times a week to read your content.

2. Having a newsletter subscription or a mini course sign up form on the front of your website. Once visitors sign up to your form, they are on your email list.

You can use an autoresponder to follow up with them and also email to notify them that your content is updated. Of course, in your emails you will have links to your website asking them to check out the new content and/or what you sharing with them privately.

Having your visitors go on your email list will remind them of your existence so that they visit you again - which means Adsense profits.

Additionally, you can share with them your recommendations and give them your affiliate link. This means affiliate commissions.

3. Having a forum on your website. With good content you will attract interested visitors to your website. These visitors love to share and discuss what they are passionate about.

A forum will act as a regular gathering place for them which means repeated visits and also increase in Adsense clicks

4. Announcing upcoming events. In your content, you should always specify what is coming up in the next few days. Such as updated report on your particular niche

This will increase the visitor’s awareness of your website and they will remember to visit your website again sometime in the future to check out what you mentioned before.

This is a very powerful technique to build repeat visitors and it only requires a mention of what is coming in the next few days

5. The last technique to ensure repeat visitors is to have a schedule of the updates to your website and stick to it. If your blog advertising Google Adsense is rarely updated, the chances of the visitor coming back is near zero.

People love to read good content but if they return and find that your content is the same they will rarely return. The reason is because they have a lot of other choices

If you stick to having updates on regular basis such as once in 2 days, then the visitor will return to read the latest on your website

This concludes the 5 ways to having a sticky Adsense website. The best thing is to implement all 5 techniques to your website. Getting traffic is not an easy thing so make sure the traffic is your regular customer. A regular customer gives you business which in this case is Adsense income.

Tracking your Adsense clicks

One of the most crucial ongoing task with your blog advertising Google Adsense clicks is tracking the results. This means knowing where the clicks are coming from and where they are going.

This is very valuable information. I cannot emphasise this enough. With this information you will know where to concentrate on generating traffic, what your readers are thinking and also if your changes in Adsense placements and colors are effective

One of the websites you must bookmark now is http://www.mybloglog.com

This is a free membership. There is also a paid membership which is very cheap. What it can do is track your visitors to your blog by having one line of javascript in your blog. It is very simple and effective.

A must have tool. Check the website out to start with now. It’s free and if you like it you can upgrade later. The moral behind this is that as you’re getting clicks to your Adsense, you might as well get them for high paying keywords.

It’s a difference between earning $10 a day to $5 a day. But my advice is ignore these high paying keywords. Yes, unless you’re a professional internet marketer and know how to get tons of traffic forget it

Sorry to shatter your hopes, but the fact is, there is too much competition for these high paying keywords. I mean why not create Adsense websites where there is little competition and you can make lots of money there? This is why almost everyone says go for the low hanging fruit.

I prefer to earn money easily and effortlessly. Let others battle it out.

Another good reason is that these so called high paying keywords change. They could be selling for $10 a click one month and only $1 a click a few months later. So by the time your website is well established to get the visitors coming to click, it’s too late.

People should not take creating Adense websites as a hobby. Treat it as a long term business. Create good content and build several websites around your niche.

For example, create anger management, time management, attracting wealth and self confidence websites around a main niche - self improvement.

These will drive traffic to other websites as they are related. They will make your Adsense income stable and long term. Not a flash in the pan.

The Death of Adsense” continued…

The marketing build up is over. PLR means that you can later the content however you want. You can also add your name to the bottom to say that you’re the author

No matter how well your Adsense layouts are placed, how good an Adsense website builder you are and how many Google Adsense sites you have, you need good content for this business to work. You can’t argue with that statement

You must not create Adsense websites especially for Adsense clicks. It’s against Google’s policy. Therefore, it’s a wise decision to also advertise your own products and affiliate programs. This will give you more income opportunities and also makes you a good citizen. So you have no reason not to do it.

Blogging is a very good way to make your Adsense income. This is because you can continuously post and therefore create a reader base so that they return and read your blog.

For normal websites, updating them is a little more difficult and therefore advertising them is harder. The key is not to give up and keep delivering good content for your websites. The search engines love websites that have regular updated content. Human readers also love websties with much updated information

Therefore, you will get more traffic as time goes on. The more traffic you get, the more clicks on your Adsense you will get. It determines if we like them, trust them or attracted to them. First impressions with Adsense websites are even more important. They make a big difference to your Adsense income.

When your visitors first land on your website either from an article you’ve written, search engine traffic or forum signature, the first impression of your Adsense website is put to the test straight away.

They either love the website, read it, come back or click away to another website quickly. So you have to make a good first impression when they arrive on your website.

First of all, the design of your website or blog, needs to be pleasing to the eye and easy to navigate. This will attract their attention and make them more willing to find out what your website is about.

Now that you’ve got their attention, you need them to stay longer to read most of your content so that they have time to click on the Adsense ads which interest them. As long as the content is interesting, they will read it.

The next thing you need to work on is updated content. Whether it’s a blog or website, the content must be updated regularly. This will make the visitor return.
