Piotr is in charge of all optimization analysis and improvements. He joined ad tech industry in 2009, working on performance campaigns in an advertisement network belonging to Agora S.A. With us since 2012.

Joanna has been working in the industry since 2011. So far, always with and for publishers. Before joining Yieldbird, Joanna was hired by an ad network (Ströer Digital Media) and an affiliate network (Zanox).

Previously she worked in HR and PR industries. At Yieldbird since 2014, when she was promoted several times. Justyna manages Account Team and handles relations with media agencies as well as direct clients.

For over 5 years he has managed business in sport&digital marketing in London. At Yieldbird he is in charge of staying in touch with advertisers on international market.

Jakub started his career as a Ruby Developer. A few years later he was promoted to a Project Manager, where he had the opportunity to develop his soft skills, which helped him to become a Head of Business at Codest.

He has over 15 years of experience in advertising, both technology and business sides. Fredrik is a cofounder of AdMeta – an innovative SSP platform – Head of Programmatic in Mittmedia, the biggest daily newspaper company in Sweden, and a member of the Automated & RTB Group at IAB Sweden.

During years of his career he worked for number of Internet companies, i.e. Making Waves and Pracuj.pl Group as a Web Development Department. Marcin is also a cofounder of AdTaily, actually Yieldbird.

Bartłomiej has worked in the digital industry since 2008. He gained his experience in Sales Departments of Agora S.A. and K2 Internet agency. He joined Yieldbird in 2012 as a Board Member and a Managing Director. Bartłomiej is responsible for the daily operations and economic profits.

Karol has been working in media industry since 2009. In 2010 he was an owner of Sport Information Agency. Later he gained social media and traffic acquisition experience, which led him to a position of Head of Social Media and Traffic Acquisition in Agora S.A. Karol joined Yieldbird in 2017.

Szymon has more than 6 years of experience in digital advertising. He worked i.e. in Dentsu Aegis Media, where he prepared and executed integrated communication strategies. At Yieldbird, Szymon works with publishers to improve and maximize the revenue for their inventory.
