Imaginile vorbesc de la sineinsa va povestesc si eu :Se pune intr-o cratita cu peretii inalti uleiul de masline si cateii de usturoi sa se caleasca putin,se adauga scoicile bine spalate si curatate ,se pune capacul si se lasa asa pe foc pana se desfac.Eu din cand in cand le-am mai invartit cu lingura de lemn si dupa 5 minute am pus vinul si ardeiul iute.Le-am mai lasat 5 minute sub capac si alte 2 fara ,apoi am stins focul si am adaugat patrunjelul verde.Iese o bunaciune ! Atentie ca scoicile sunt sarate,nu adaugati deloc sare ! Ele isi lasa zeama si sare,nu va impacientati la inceput ca le adaugati numai in 3 fire de ulei .N-am mai apucat sa fac poza la platou ca a disparut ...&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;In cratita se aseaza in felul urmator : primul strat de varza tocata,apoi bucati de sunca afumata ,apoi un strat de sarmale,se pune peste suc de rosii sau bulion si iarasi strat de sarmale pana se termina.aseaza deasupra un alt strat de varza tocata sau frunze de varza murata.Se pune apa cat sa acopere totul si se fierb la foc mic ,circa 2 h ,apoi se pun in cuptorul incins pentru inca 1/2 h .Se servesc fierbinti cu mamaliguta!&lt;br /&gt;

Se curata cartofii,se taie rondele,se pun la fiert pentru 5 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
Se caleste ceapa,morcovul,ardeiul gras iar la sfarsit se pune carnea ,sarea,piperul ,cimbrul.Se lasa sa se raceasca putin si se adauga patrunjelul si ouale (batute putin separat).&lt;br /&gt;
Se aseaza in cratita la cuptor in felul urmator: primul strat de cartofi ,urmatorul de compozitie si tot asa .Ultimul strat sa fie de cartofi.Se pune peste toata compozitia o cescuta de apa(cam 100ml) si se baga in cuptorul incins pentru o ora.&lt;br /&gt;
