We celebrate with joy and excitement our 20 years at Advantage Consultores, surrounded by the love of clients, friends, and our incredible team. The party under the stars at the Fabra Observatory was simply spectacular. It was a moment to remember and reflect on everything we have achieved together and how we have overcome challenges. I am very grateful for the support and trust of everyone who has been with us throughout these years. Every encounter, every hug was so inspiring… You know that Moonshot is the concept that defines us at Advantage Consultores. During these 20 years, we have dreamed big and worked tirelessly to achieve ambitious goals. Last night, surrounded by our dear community, that spirit became even stronger! The Advantage Consultores team met in Molló, specifically at Casa Tapiolas, to share together two wonderful days of activities, inspiration and take time to get to know each other and face this 2023.
I want to personally thank Teresa Niubó for leading and sharing the fantastic workshop we did with Human Centric Design prototyping and testing our storytelling and path for the future. #Moonshot Thinking
And I would also like to thank the hosts of Casa Tapiolas, Leticia and Marten Tauchert for their warm welcome, we really felt at home!

This 2022 has been an intense year in which we have faced great opportunities and challenges worldwide. It has been a very special year in which we have reached our Moonshots for Advantage Consultants, and we are extremely grateful to our partners for trusting us:

We have created the company Advantage HR Consultants in Dubai giving coverage in Middle East to Spanish and German companies to find their talent and Executive & Cultural Coaching.

We have won an award as the best company for the use of time and well-being of its employees 2022 by the Barcelona City Council.

We have consolidated the International HR Talks, monthly virtual events in video and podcast format where we have the presence of International Keynote Speakers on trends and future of work.

Our Female HR Forum in Spain has been consolidated in content and solidarity, we are unique in the market.

Our team at Advantage Consultores has grown with the demands of global projects, with an exquisite, individualized dedication to our clients. They are the pillar of our progress, and I am deeply grateful to them.We look forward to celebrating our 20th anniversary of Advantage Consultores with you in May!
