<title>YEC/YLC Adventist Creationism: The Ellen White Connection</title>

In the current seemingly never-ending, misnamed and
mischaracterized Creationism vs. Evolutionism discussions, debates, and
diatribes, one fact seems consistently overlooked by most activist
Adventist Young Earth (YEC) and/or Young Life Creationists (YLC).

I have stacks of unread magazines growing in a corner not far from my desk–saved for some time when I have the chance to look them over. Of course, I am sure that most AT readers don't have that problem–they are more organized than I am.

National Public Radio reports that our fellow Sabbath keepers in Jerusalem are having a hot debate about Shabbat elevators. These are automated elevators that operate without any &amp;quot;work&amp;quot; being done by their riders -- pushing the buttons -- which means that religious Jews can ride them without breaking the Sabbath.
