That being said, I am not comfortable with the product I have created. There are some amazingly good things in my life. My wife Pam and her never ending patience with me. Also my Daughter Maddy, at three she is never ending in love and fun.



So what am I not happy about? Well I run my own business and more and more I am finding I am working more and more but my income is not changing. I am also finding that I am not satisfied designing things for other people any more. On some holidays recently I asked myself what do you want to do? I would like to get into some more artistic ventures such as Film, Photography and Web media such as Podcasting, webcasting and development of social media platforms. Then I thought how the hell am I going to do that? There is little pay in most of what is mentioned unless you are one of the best or what seems to me to be lucky but maybe it is more business savvy. Currently I am good at some of that but I view myself as far from the best. Then I remembered a book I read and meant to follow through with “The four hour work week”. I read it cover to cover thinking I would verse myself with it and then go through it a second time taking notes and going through his exercises and putting his method to work seeing if it was possible to create ‘muses’ to fund what I want to do. To become one of the ‘New Rich’ . But with my A.D.D. I put the book down about a year ago and got distracted with my current life and never got around to the second part of my plan.

Ill define what the muse and new rich are in future episodes but in the mean time here is my first stab at this as a webcast using one of my favorite mediums video. If all goes well this will help me be less A.D.D. and more O.C.D. like Tim and get on with my happier life with a 4 hour work week.
