Falam como se acrobacia fosse SÓ COMPETIÇÃO e na verdade, a competição é uma das vertentes da modalidade. Acrobacia é treinamento de pilotagem ampliando batentes e limites. Acrobacia é integração homem-máquina. Acrobacia aguça o feeling do aviador. Todo avião tem limites. Gerenciando esses limites, pode-se levar o avião a qualquer atitude. Se você souber “envelopar” seu avião dentro dos limites de peso, G e velocidade, a atitude pouco importa. Por exemplo, um avião que voa com limites de 3,8 G com 1500 kg MTOW, se voado dentro dos limites de velocidade mas com um peso expressivamente menor (800 kg por exemplo), tem seu fator carga aumentado significativamente. Mantendo a Centragem e com peso menor que os limites, nada acontece que EXCEDA as homologações.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="line-height: 1.5em; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="line-height: 1.5em; text-align: justify;"&gt;Baseado nisso, diversos shows aereos foram HOMOLOGADOS com avioes NÃO CERTIFICADOS para ACROBACIAS. Um dos problemas de CERTIFICAR é que CERTIFICANDO, o fabricante/projetista se responsabiliza que QUALQUER piloto possa fazer e ai como os limites são mais melindrosos, facilmente podendo expor a riscos de acidentes.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="line-height: 1.5em; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="line-height: 1.5em; text-align: justify;"&gt;Bob Hoover certificou seu show por anos com um bimotor Shrike Commander... Sem paraquedas, portas alijaveis ou certificação para categoria ACROBATICA. Mas teve seu voo homologado pelo peso e balanceamento, pelo gerenciamento de velocidade e fator carga durante toda a extensão das manobras.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="line-height: 1.5em; text-align: justify;"&gt;Matt Younkin, faz lindos voos num Beech Twin 18...Como seu pai Bobby fazia a decadas... Sempre com manobras de G positivo, pouco peso e limitados a uns 3,5 g.... como o próprio Matt declarou em entrevista a AeroTV, “My flight is based in a mastered combination of barrel rolls and loops” ..&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="line-height: 1.5em; text-align: justify;"&gt;Enfim, um sem numeros de aviões, certificados ou não , podem ser voados em movimentos acrobaticos. O bom senso, o conhecimento da maquina, a “intimidade” e o “planejamento” se fazem importantes. Não estou de maneira nenhuma incentivando ninguém a fazer acrobacias com avioes não certificados. Conheço vários que fazem, uns com conhecimento e outros perigosamente “as escuras”, contando mais com a sorte que sabendo efetivamente o que faz. Fiz meu curso de privado fazendo acrobacias basicas, loopings, rolls, parafusos, desde o inicio. Meus instrutores Fernando Guerra, Chico Ledur, Marco Antonio R.da Silva e Cato Belleza, desmistificaram desde o inicio e sempre, sempre me ensinaram os LIMITES. MEUS e das MAQUINAS. Sei que um Bonanzinha C35 voando com 2 a bordo e pouca gasolina tem sua categoria UTILITY(+4,4 e -2,2) certificado de manual... há mais de 60 anos! Com a impecavel manutenção que tem, não é problema algumas manobras de g positivo... enfim, o que importa é A PEÇA ENTRE O MANCHE E DO BANCO.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="line-height: 1.5em; text-align: justify;"&gt;Sempre! Como disse o Magalhaes Motta uma vez, “O QUE TEM QUE SER ACROBATICO É O PILOTO!” Ser acrobatico, é saber os riscos, os limites, gerenciar isso tudo e voar seguro... Sinceramente, vejo hoje muitos ULTRALEVES ACROBATICOS, que me dão arrepio só de ver... e ao mesmo tempo, vejo um bom Cessna 180, certificado e bem mantido com muito mais segurança... Desculpem aos que não concordam, respeito a opiniao de todos mas esses conceitos são fruto de uma vida inteira de aprendizado... Enquanto escrevo isso, me passa um sem numero de fatos e pessoas na cabeça...Braga,Magalhaes Motta, Fernando Guerra,Cato Belleza, Chico Ledur,Bola, Machado,Colvara, Leonardo Kaczmarek,Beto Textor, Otavio Kovacs, Joseph Kovacs, Vomero, Paes de Barros, Max Fontoura, Carlos Edo.... enfim... um numero expressivo de AVIADORES que em um ponto ou outro, ajudaram a solidificar esses conceitos do que é simplesmente VOAR!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="line-height: 1.5em; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="line-height: 1.5em; text-align: justify;"&gt;Esta nota tem a finalidade de esclarecer alguns pontos, e dar ciencia a todos, que o video que postei com o C 180 PT CGJ, foi muito bem planejado e nada, absolutamente nada foi loucura, falta de juizo ou qualquer que seja a conceituação das diversas mensagens em PVT que recebi condenando o video. Voei com dois a bordo, 50 litros de AVGAS, nunca excedi 160 MPH(arco verde do C180H com peso maximo de decolagem!!!) , não efetuei manobras com mais de 2,5 G(todos os tunos foram positivões propositalmente, tunos de aileron ou de tempo abarrilados) num horario livre de turbulencias que pudessem aumentar o fator carga e sempre mantendo no MINIMO 2500 ´ AGL... e como podem notar pela velocidade de rolamento, SEMPRE dando inputs suaves de comando...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="line-height: 1.5em; text-align: justify;"&gt;Avião revisado estruturalmente recentemente(trocaram todos os parafusos e checaram toda estrutura quanto a corrosoes e possíveis problemas.)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="line-height: 1.5em; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

A imprensa fez uma grande campanha de mobilização da sociedade, através da força de seus instrumentos de comunicação de massa; entrevistava autoridades e entidades (as mesmas de hoje: OAB, ABI, Fiesp, Firjan...), que afirmavam apoiar a manifestação e que estariam presentes; e depois dizia que as pessoas haviam acorrido "espontaneamente".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Os órgãos de imprensa, que hoje formam a cabeça do "estamento" político da direita (conforme o conceito de Max Weber), querem associar-se às manifestações de massa para produzirem a impressão de que as suas ideias tem respaldo popular. Mas lhes interessa que essas manifestações não tenham líderes, não produzam organizações civis, que não sejam vinculadas a nenhum movimento social, partido político ou sindicato. &lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Prefeitura agiliza procedimentos para construção de aeroporto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;D&lt;/b&gt;entro de alguns dias, a Prefeitura de Guarujá deverá encaminhar à Secretaria de Estado de Meio-Ambiente o Relatório Ambiental Preliminar (RAP), que visa obtenção de autorização para a construção do Aeroporto Civil Metropolitano, na Base Aérea de Santos, que fica em Vicente de Carvalho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;A notícia foi comunicada pelo próprio prefeito Farid Madi, que comentou também sobre a formalização de um aditamento do projeto que permite à Prefeitura buscar parcerias com a iniciativa privada para implantar o Aeroporto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;A idéia da Prefeitura, considerada mais viável economicamente, é incorporar as atividades do aeroporto também com um terminal marítimo de passageiros e operação de cargas. Essa foi a proposta encaminhada, no início de 2005, ao 4º Comando Aéreo Regional (Comar).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Na tarde da última quarta-feira (29), o prefeito manifestou preocupação e, ao mesmo tempo, contentamento com a notícia de que o Comando Geral de Operações Aéreas do Ministério da Defesa pretende encerrar as atividades do curso de formação de pilotos de helicóptero da Base Aérea de Santos (em Vicente de Carvalho) para uma unidade militar localizada em Natal (RN). Essa decisão pode provocar a desativação da Base.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Farid salientou que com a saída do curso, a implantação das atividades de aeroporto civil deixaria de conflitar com os usos militares, o que facilita a instalação definitiva do aeroporto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;O prefeito ressaltou ainda que a inauguração do aeroporto, um antigo sonho de Guarujá e de toda a região da Baixada Santista, resultará em aquecimento econômico e inúmeros benefícios sociais.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Por outro lado, Farid mostrou preocupação com o possível encerramento das atividades da Base, o que deve causar um impacto econômico negativo inicialmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Para ele, a melhor alternativa seria a manutenção das atividades militares independentes do curso de formação de pilotos: "será positivo para a cidade conciliar a manutenção da Base com a implantação do aeroporto", concluiu ele.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

O posto de abastecimento Shell Aviation tem previsão para iniciar o atendimento em um mês, e a expectativa é que o movimento do aeroporto aumente significativamente com a oferta do serviço de abastecimento de helicópteros e aviões monomotores e bimotores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_lblDescricao"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;O Aeroporto, que foi revitalizado pela Prefeitura de São Pedro recentemente, está operando diariamente e conta com uma oficina de manutenção de aeronaves e outra de manutenção de GPS, com sistemas de navegação e comunicação em pleno funcionamento. Outras empresas que já possuem a concessão para construir seus hangares prometem inserir São Pedro nos roteiros dos amantes da aeronáutica. A empresa Air Brasil já realiza vôos de balão aos finais de semana, com saídas do Aeroporto Municipal de São Pedro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_lblDescricao"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;Segundo Luis Bandini, administrador do Aeroporto Municipal, a vinda de um posto de abastecimento de aeronaves para São Pedro estimulará o uso executivo e turístico do aeroporto, tendo em vista que os demais aeroportos na região cobram taxas de pousos e decolagens, ao contrário do Aeroporto Municipal de São Pedro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_lblDescricao"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;“Outros empresários procuraram a Prefeitura para construir novos hangares e abrir empresas neste aeroporto, o que mostra que o desenvolvimento dessa área empresarial se estende por toda a cidade. A partir de então aeronaves bimotores e monomotores de pequeno e médio porte podem aterrissar e decolar do Aeroporto, sem cobrança de taxas. “São Pedro tem um incrível potencial para desenvolver o ramo aeronáutico. Primeira fase dos serviços terá início logo após o período eleitoral e vai durar oito meses. Aviões devem pousar já no ano que vem. O edital de licitação para as obras do Aeroporto Metropolitano de Guarujá será publicado em até 15 dias, pela Prefeitura. A informação é do secretário de Planejamento e Gestão Financeira, Mauro Scazufca.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A Planway Engenharia e Consultoria Ltda. – empresa contratada para executar os trabalhos de topografia e sondagem na área do futuro aeródromo – apresentou, recentemente, à Administração Municipal, o projeto básico do empreendimento, possibilitando a elaboração do edital de licitação.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A escolha da empresa responsável pela execução do projeto deve levar até 90 dias, mas as obras serão iniciadas após o período eleitoral e devem durar oito meses.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
O secretário de Planejamento e Gestão Financeira informou, ainda, que a licitação será aberta já para as três fases do projeto, mas as ordens de serviço serão emitidas conforme a obra avance.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Nesta primeira etapa, será construída a pista de taxiamento, pátio de aeronaves e nova portaria, além da separação física entre as áreas civil e militar. Para isso, a Prefeitura conta com R$ 4 milhões destinados pelo Ministério do Turismo. “Desta forma, será possível o pouso dos primeiros aviões, já no ano que vem. É o suficiente para o aeroporto funcionar”, afirmou Scazufca.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
O custo total das obras será de, aproximadamente, R$ 22 milhões. Segundo o secretário, com o aeroporto em obras, ficará mais fácil conseguir verbas. “Vamos buscar o restante dos recursos em vários órgãos, como o DADE, Petrobras e Ministério do Turismo, e na iniciativa privada, além de emendas parlamentares”, adiantou.&lt;br /&gt;

O assessor especial da Infraero, Edgard Brandão Junior, admitiu nesta sexta-feira, 29, que a viabilização do Aeroporto Metropolitano do Guarujá poderia ajudar a desafogar o tráfego nos Aeroportos de Congonhas e Cumbica, atendendo a demanda de passageiros da região do ABC paulista e de algumas localidades da Grande São Paulo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
"Os aeroportos de Congonhas e Guarulhos evidentemente estão com um processo grande de procura porque os passageiros não têm muita alternativa. Eu acho que tendo uma alternativa é possível sim. É bastante possível".&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Brandão e uma equipe técnica da Infraero visitaram nesta sexta-feira a Base Aérea de Santos, no Guarujá, aeroporto militar que a prefeitura quer transformar num aeroporto civil compartilhado. Segundo o assessor, o objetivo da visita foi avaliar as instalações para o caso o aeroporto vir a ser administrado pela Infraero.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ele disse que apesar de a decisão de quem administrará o locar vir do Ministério da Defesa, o presidente da Infraero "teria um prazer muito grande em tentar entendimentos a esse respeito".&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
De acordo com Brandão, a principal vocação do futuro aeroporto civil será o turismo, com destaque a interligação via barco ao terminal de passageiros do Porto de Santos, destino de vários turistas à região, e também por conta dos atrativos turísticos da própria Baixada.&lt;br /&gt;
